I always have a great experience there. Jeremy and Dave really know bikes and I never feel like I'm big pushed to buy something that I don't need. They explain what my options are and what I'd get if I spend a little more or a little less. If I need something repaired they explain the problem, whether a new part is needed, how long it'll take and how much. Their passion for cycling is contagious.

I will never go to another bike shop again, love Trek, courteous, Fast, professional every time. Very reasonable prices. Huge thx to the Trek team.

Had a front derailleur issue happen on a training ride. Called Jeremy, who was extremely accommodating and told me to bring in the bike the next day! Trevor looked after me “on the spot” today and was equally professional and customer service oriented. I realize this kind of treatment can’t happen all the time but when it does, it’s worth calling out! Kudos to Jeremy and Trevor… I’m a Trek devotee from here on!

Great bikes! Well made and comfortable ride. The staff (especially Dave) were great to deal with whenever we had questions and when they did our warranty tuneup.

Very rude! I ask for the exact price of part and the guy gives me a ballpark number, I asked 3 times, was too lazy to go and give me the actual price of the product!
Terrible service!

These guys are wonderful and so helpful. Hubby bought a bike the other day and is being built and will be ready to pick up in the next couple days. While there he was looking at lights but decided to wait. When we got home I sneakily called them and bought the lights as a surprise. They were great for helping me make this happen. When hubby picks up his bike the lights will be installed. Now I just gotta keep my mouth shut so I don’t spoil the surprise, yes I can’t keep secrets lolol. A must to go visit and check out their rides and accessories, not to mention the amazing customer service.
