The bike itself is excellent. I was very impressed by the staff at your store in Vaughan. He made sure the bike was properly set up for me and showed me how to take off the front wheel while keeping the brake pads from being damaged, A very enjoyable experience.

Patience, professionalism, know how, friendly and accommodating - I’m of the opinion that a lot of bike store folks are very evil - Ricky and Peter are very kind and friendly people and will do their best to help and make customers happy They’ve been putting up with me since the store opened and they’ve always welcomed me with a smile - Trek is lucky to have them!

Went in expecting to buy Marlin 5 Gen 2. Kyle was straight forward, didn't sugar coat anything or beat a round the bush and tell me what I wanted to hear. Said that for a few dollars more I would have a completely upgraded assembly if I went with the Marlin 6. Ended up taking it out that same day and enjoyed every moment! Kyle was great!

The people in there are great to deal with. No pressure and they allow you to try the products out before you make a purchase. They also make you feel like a valued customer.

Called to ask how much it would cost to cut a carbon bar, (10 minute job) and was told it would cost $75. Called a different shop right after and they quoted me $10. Nice try!
