I’ve been going to this spa for a few years now. They offer the best Hydrafacials in GTA! Their estheticians are very knowledgeable and professional. They always go above and beyond to ensure their customers achieve 100% satisfaction. Bazla is my personal favourite!

Kathy was great, kind, patient and very knowledgeable on the laser service. She took her time to complete the session and was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. She was also more than happy to answer my questions and describe the aftercare process.

Bazla is your best bet at Trend sassy MedSpa. She cares and boosts your confidence like no other person. She just doesn’t do it for the sake of it, She puts 200% efforts every session.she’s very patient and calm throughout the whole procedure, never felt like she rushed it. She’s

I finally got to try a hydrafacial and it was an amazing experience with Abbie at Trend Sassy! I was nervous and excited as this was my first facial but she was so knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. The first step was a deep cleansing of my skin, followed by exfoliation and an extraction process which was surprisingly gentle and painless. The hydration step that followed left my skin feeling plump and refreshed, with no trace of dryness. The final touch was the application of a hydrojelly mask that left my skin glowing and healthy for days! I enjoyed the treatment so much I didn’t want it to end! I would recommend anyone to Abbie and will definitely be visiting again!

I recently had a Hydra Facial Platinum by Nicole. I was very impressed by how professional she was during the facial. She thoroughly explained each step that was involved. Trend Sassy only uses state of the art equipment which optimizes getting the best results. An unexpected surprise was the amazing massage at the end of the session. Can't wait for my next facial.

I have never had acne in my teenage but I suffered the toll of adult acne and thanks to god I visited this place as it is heaven. I did have to go through multiple treatments but it was all worth it in the end as I feel like I am carrying a new skin. They are very informative and everyone is friendly. Me and my skin feels so great as I don’t have to wear make up anymore.

I always come here with my wife from the US to Trend Sassy for their services and I got a laser treatment for my leg spider veins. This was some time ago and now the veins have completely healed over and disappeared. I’m very satisfied with my results from this treatment. I also got a Hydrafacial and really enjoyed the way my skin felt and noticeably looked so smooth and clean after the service. The atmosphere at the spa is great and we always enjoy our visits.

I got my hair bleached and coloured here and did fractional laser to remove scarring on my legs from eczema. My hair looks amazing and the scarring on my legs have faded immensely! I love this place because of the variety of treatments I can get done here!

I come to Trend Sassy for laser face rejuvenation treatments and also started getting botox here. I have seen great results with the laser treatments and I have noticeably tighter and smoother skin. The laser technician is also very professional and every treatment feels thorough and efficient. The doctor also makes botox treatments a breeze, she’s very clear about aftercare instructions and what to expect and I feel almost nothing during the sessions as they are so quick and easy. The facility is always pleasant and clean as well.

Hi, I had a very bad experience with the owner Mussarat, who does botox herself, very rude way of speaking. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. On asking questions and needing more explanation about botox and units she said you can go out and get it done somewhere else if you want less units I can’t do it Like instead of telling me the benefits and ways of how the botox will be effective and why I need more units this is what she said this, I kept calm and said and said thats very rude of you to say to a client and then she said Oh it’s the end of the day and I am tired and also that’s what we learnt from our trainers, if you want it get it or you can go somewhere else
… like really!
She said she will have a follow up appointment after 10 days and fix and add units if needed. After 10 days she says all is good you don’t need anything, although my forehead isn’t fully smooth I still can see wrinkles.
Do not recommend her and will not return.
Not satisfied with the work nor the behaviour they give to the clients. Making one feel comfortable should be the top priority, not happy with the way they deal.

Edit: the response I received did not address my complaint at all. My review is mainly concerned with the terrible customer service. The response is only an excuse to the lack of clarity. The reason should have been communicated properly and respectfully during my visit.

I went to Trend Sassy to see if I could get treatment for my acne scarring and general skin concerns, and it has been an amazing experience so far. My consultation with Dr. Mussarat was great - she made sure to explain everything and answered all my questions about my skin and the treatment options that could work for me, and I left the appointment feeling like all my concerns were taken care of. She suggested Hydrafacials and laser treatments for my acne scars in combination. So far I had one of each treatment and both were great experiences. The Hydrafacial was soo relaxing and I could immediately see a difference in my skin. The laser tech made sure I was comfortable and it was clear she knew what she was doing. All the staff are so helpful and caring. I can’t wait to come back and honestly can’t recommend them enough!

I received a gift card for a hydrafacial for my birthday. I scheduled the appointment and asked for a specific aesthetician. They told me she wasn’t available until 3 weeks and so I waited that long to get an appointment with her. On the day of the appointment, I arrived and was surprised to see that someone else was doing my facial and said “the person you requested is busy with another client”. Anyways, the service was rushed and based on the many previous hydra-facials i have done in the past at other spas, this was the worst one. I was very frustrated leaving because it was pre-paid gift card and they didn’t care.

I had alot of skin tags to remove and not only did they give me an amazing price but the removal was easy, fast and almost painless. I have not scars and my skin looks amazing. I also love the hydra facials, I leave feeling so refreshed and am definitely addicted now! The ladies here are very professional and polite it is definitely a wonderful experience!

Amazing and extremely accommodating, I was an hour late for my appointment and they contacted all the appointments after me to come in late in order to take me. And their facials are the best. I have gone to so many places and never gotten such good results.

The staff, their kindness and passion for what they do truly shines through. Bazla is one of the most wonderful staff who loves what she does, and it shows. They are all incredibly professional, happy, kind, and knowledgeable.
There are so many places that just push products on you, and advise you to try anything, you will not find that at Trend Sassy.
They actually take the time to get to know you, your skin, your wants, your insecurities, and they advise you as if they were a true friend. And, on top of that, you come out feeling and looking like a million bucks, without spending even close to that.

I had a really amazing experience at Trend Sassy. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with microneedling from another spa that left my once clear skin with horrible cystic acne and breakouts, my skin has never looked like this in my life. I came to TrendSassy after coming across the FOTONA acne laser posts on Instagram. From the initial consultation, treatments, and post treatments, the staff were understanding, comforting, and informative. They understood my anxiety and concerns and made sure everything was clear before starting any procedures. After my treatment package ended, my skin is literally even better than it was before my microneedling incident. I am so grateful to trend sassy and all the staff who helped me get my skin back to normal. Acne can really impact your self esteem especially when you aren’t used to dealing with it in such severity, thank you Trend Sassy for giving me back my skin! You are the best!

I only heard of the term customer is the king until I reached this salon for my hydra facial and was truly treated like a queen from the moment I walked in until I left the salon. I needed to make an urgent appointment and due to family commitments time is of the essence for me. The salon accommodated me in such short notice. They have a friendly and knowledgable staff. The salon provides a true spa atmosphere! My face was squeaky clean and I looked refreshed!

I get laser hair removal done here and the laser woman is very friendly and professional. The customer service is greattttt! She makes me feel very comfortable & actually cares about the results. Highly recommend!

I have been a client for the last 6 months. From laser, to fruit peels, and the famous Hydra Facials.everything has been amazing! I was reluctant initially because of recurring skin issues and my inexperience with such procedures. As the treatments progressed I started seeing results. Dr. Mussarat is awesome. She takes times to listen and suggests appropriate treatments. I have also had treatments done by Misba and Areej. Everyone is so friendly and comforting. You can tell that they really care about their clients. The salon itself is spacious and beautiful. I plan to remain a regular client at Trend Sassy to continue seeing results!
