All I can say is Top notch service. Randy has been my barber for over 16 years. I’ve seen the growth in his business vision over the years. This family business is the best barbershop and SMP spot in town. The new location for trendsetters is fabulous. Don’t forget your cappuccino on your way out.

Pamela really knows what she’s doing in terms of SMP. I am a female who wears hijab and not a lot of places accommodate a private area for me but Pam really went above and beyond to make sure to set up a little private space for me during every session and to make sure I felt comfortable. I REALLY appreciated that. The effects of SMP are great and she does it so natural that it won’t look like you got anything done, you’ll just look like you have fuller hair. I paid $1300 for 4 sessions and was told it would last 5-7 years depending how I take care of it. I would recommend using only baby shampoo while your getting your sessions done as well after at least a month after. Also, DO NOT wash your hair for at least a week after each appointment. It will really help the colour take better. I washed my hair after 4 days of each appointment and wish I had kept it on longer.

Randy - SMP

I had been getting my haircut with Randy for years until I started to experience a bit of hair loss - which caused me to stop going. I then discovered this new and emerging procedure called Scalp Micro Pigmentation. I was extremely hesitant initially to have this done until I found out Randy was an SMP artist. I immediately gave him a call and booked a consultation where we sat down and he explained the procedure to me and discussed next steps (pre care and post care) - keeping in mind how I wanted it to look while giving his processional input and advice.

With SMP, it is integral go go for multiple sessions in order to achieve the desired end result. Through every step of the way Randy was a complete processional and would work with meticulous detail until he achieved perfection.

Now that my procedure is complete I can honestly say I have never felt so good and have a renewed sense of self confidence and exuberance!

I HIGHLY recommend to anyone that is thinking about getting this done to go with Randy - you will NOT regret it!

I would recommend smp trendsetters studio for anyone looking to get an SMP treatment done. Randy is very informative on the pre/post procedure process and did one hell of a job on my scalp. The cost is also very affordable. From my personal experience, I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

After lot of research on SMP around GTA, I finally decided to get my SMP done at Trendsetters. One of the best places to get your SMP done for sure, SMP is all about getting a style that suits your facial symmetry, and here they have expertise in both, the micro-pigmentation and getting you your preferred hairline. Ashley and Randy are awesome people, you can feel the comfort from your first visit, they will take time to explain you all the details of the procedure and will guide you through each session to the final step. Keep in mind, SMP is a slow process and takes multiple sessions to get your final look. From what I know, the cost of SMP in Mississauga area is from $500 – 2000, depending on the size of the area to be covered. If you are looking for an estimate on time and cost, you can contact them for a free consultation.

I had two tattoos from ebony.one is the word divergent with heart one is the girl with Hayna mask.i really love them.she did so carefully even this is super late.the girl didn’t work well for the bottom but she keeps trying and finally it works for the upper back.awesome thanks, love you ebony

Drove 2 hours for a tattoo appointment, to be told once I arrived that she’s not there. One of the barber calls her and she wants me to wait around for 4 hours and can tattoo me at 5pm for only 3 hours. I ask for my $100 deposit back. She sends it after many calls and tells me 2 different passwords and gets cancelled. I am still waiting for my money back for a tattoo appointment that she cancelled/no showed.

I go there personally to get my haircut and Randy's my guy. Truely talented.
They also have a seperate tattoo parlor inside of it. I've gotten alot of tattoos by the artists and I usually bring 5-6 people with me when I go and they all are happy with the outcome!

Great barber shop with experience barbers who will provide excellent service no matter what hair type. Especially Noah and owner Randy.

This is the best barbershop. Punctual, modern, clean and they KNOW how to cut hair. All of the barbers have good customer service and are very professional. Never had an issue. I never have to worry about my haircut when I go there.

I've been getting tattoos from this place for a few years now, and they have always turned out great. However, my most recent tattoo turned out to be a disaster. The artist didn't bother to mention to me that the size of the tattoo I chose wouldn't work with the details I wanted. He proceeded to go through with it, and rush it if I must say. Some parts of it came out uneven and it was even more noticeable once healed. I nicely came back to discuss my dismay, however he tried to justify his actions with a smile on his face. I don't know if the artist was new or an apprentice, but either way there should have been an experienced artist with him to make sure these kind of mistakes don't happen. Unfortunately I will never be visiting here again for my tattoos.

I booked multiple appointments and arrive ontime every time, and am left waiting upwards of 10-15 minutes to get cut. Was late once about 5 minutes after booking a week in advance AND informing the day of that id be running late. I arrive and am told that I was too late and would have to get cut by someone else.

The barber Randy has no respect for people's time, no customer service/people skills. If your looking for good service in a new barber don't book with Randy.

Lovely Shop. I recommend Noah for sure, amazing artwork in his cuts and amazing fades. A clean atmosphere and good energy.

When you see a new barber it’s never the way you perceived it. But his first impression was fantastic I will definitely be back to see him.
