The staff and pharmacists were very kind and courteous. With that out of the way, we would like to say we are severely disappointed with the walk in service. We had big concerns over what we told the doctor was ringworm, and our worries were brushed aside and weren't taken seriously. We were told the circular rashes with rings around them was actually eczema and they suggested we used a shelf moisturizer to help.

Less than a week later we were at the hospital with how much the rash spread. Turns out it was ringworm the entire time and now we are all at risk of catching it. The doctors at the hospital were surprised to see how widespread it was, and as we unfortunately put our faith in the walk in clinic their advice had spread it and made the ringworm far worse. They gave us an anti fungal cream at the hospital and we can now start treatment.

This experience has bolstered my assumption that some doctors are less trustworthy and opponents that we must advocate for our health against rather than healthcare providers looking out for our best interest. If they listened to our concerns in the first place, we could have gotten treatment for the ringworm before it got so uncomfortable, painful, and a greater risk for spreading to others.

We wish we could get an apology at the bare least, but we greatly doubt we will be given the courtesy of one. As this is the only clinic we have to go to due to our location, we will sadly have to return but will fight much more and advocate for ourselves much stronger next time. I hope they learn to listen to patients more and take their worries into greater consideration. If you go here be sure to trust your gut, I'll never second guess myself again.

Wasted almost a year of my time constanty phoning back trying to get a follow up, with no results at the end.

Went in with my daughter. Discovered that it's $12 to have an appointment, but free if you do it online from home. The appointment is just a Skype call with a doctor, there's none on site. The benefit to doing it in person, after paying the $2 parking and $12 fee, is that you get seen quicker, apparently. I went in around 1 and was told I could "probably" get an appointment on site this afternoon but from home it would be a few days. Honestly, I'm not really sure what service they provide. There's many other options out there where you can get a virtual appointment within 4-6 hours and not pay anything. I'd suggest you look into those.

The staff at the pharmacy are so helpful and my visit to the walk in was very positive. Quick service to see the virtual dr on my visit, would definitely go again when needed

Great walk in clinic, very efficient, thorough and speedy. Emily was fantastic, great staff and a great experience, highly recommend to anyone without a doctor, or needing good care.

It feels like it’s a scam I went to the clinic I was told a doctor was going to call me, however he did call me around 9: 30 PM and I could barely understand what he was saying and I did not receive my prescription and my ohip card was charged

Trent Hills Medical is a fantastic virtual care service, with walk in, lab services, and specialists (Paediatrics, Gynecology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, General Internist and Rheumatology). I would highly recommend trying this service out as the doctors as very kind and nurses are easy to work with:)

My son saw the paediatric specialist at Trent Hills Medical, and it was such a pleasant virtual encounter. This makes accessing care much easier and convenient!
