Ordered from the A&W electric order and did not get a ticket. Tried to get a refund but was refused. Overheard the manager say that orders were backed up 45 minutes. Chaotic so I left without my Mama burger and root beer. I have never experienced anything so ridiculous and unorganized in all my life! I only put 1 star because this allowed me to give my feedback. This needs to be cleaned up immediately. A&W has always provided efficient service and excellent food. This was certainly not the case and I left without being fed and without a refund. Not impressed!

OnRoute WiFis typically DO NOT work (Thank you A&W for the WiFi today). I have explored them all between Toronto and Ottawa over the years.

I have yet to see a Charging Station for my Hybrid. I would be willing to pay to charge. Including a photo of a free charging station from an Ottawa parking garage.

Must check the new Ont Express marketplace next time.

30th April 2021 - After 1 year of rollercoaster shutdowns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this place looks haunted.but they now have FRESHII on the marketplace.

I NEVER liked the idea of a long narrow corridor to the restrooms. 1 year of health measures makes this corridor look even more absurd, because people from the same car may walk side by side or with kids and encounter others doing the same things.

A pregnant woman, bigger person or person with a handicap is vividly aware of this design flaw while negotiating a busy corridor. Suddenly a porta-potty station seems an appealing option

I'll be back to comment on OnRoute in general. Local staff is always fantastic!

Very nice spot to stop on a long road trip. I did enjoy my visit. They had everything someone would need and more.

Worst customer service, at the drive thru and while making my order, I said Hello, can I have (my order), then when I moved to get it, an old lady showed up and said in a rude way "Don't say Hello, just say ur order only". It makes me looks like I said a bad word. Unfriendly way and a very bad attitude.will never visit them again.

It's OK here.no different than any other Onroute I guess.lacks parking, the parking that there is, is generally taken up by.well, we all know who THEY are and how THEY park. Onroute staff seem decent, Hortons staff could be more pleasant but I think that's true for the entire franchise, I mean I understand you make minimum wage and you'll probably be stuck there the rest of your life but I didnt force you to work there, so don't take it out on me.or the other customers.

Terrible customer service & lack of empathy from the manager. My friend's car broke down and only wanted to charge her phone inside as it was cold/raining. She got kicked out. The place is god damn massive; I get that COVID-19 regulations may not allow people to stay inside, but c'mon. The place is massive. You're lucky I can't give 0 stars.

It's all well and good to not except cash due to Covid.but when the machines are acting up and debit does not work, what's the opinions.

Clean and friendly. Sometimes it's a challenge to park a big truck at this location, but otherwise pretty good.

Great spot for a break. Cleaning protocol is in place. Use common sense when your in public.

When travelling along the 401 East we have stopped a few times at this on route. We find it a little smaller than most of the on Roots but it still has a great selection of food places. The people that work here are very friendly very courteous and very knowledgeable to help you. They keep the grounds in the interior of the on Route very well kept.

Located just a little west from Wooler Rd on 401 heading East. Has gas bar to fill up. Inside has various types of chain restaurants to suit most palates. My only complaint is it is pricey.

The place was clean, the washrooms were clean, wifi actually worked for me this time. Most staff was friendly and helpful

Excellent rest stop, as are all the other Onroute locations. Bathrooms are always clean and there is a decent selection of food options, I especially like the ones with an A&W included, which this one has. There is a pet water station where one can fill up with water suitable for pets to drink. Ample parking available at all times.

I stopped by to get coffee on our way fishing to Trenton. The service at tim hortons was fast and they got my order right. Expect long lines but it goes quickly.

The cleanliness of the washroom can be improved. Long line at all food outlets. Service was ok. Wifi was working.

Had a long day on the road and was ready to go to bed. Plenty of parking upon arrival. Not too many food choices, but beggars can't be choosers.

A onroute place while going to Kingston at the middle of the route from Toronto. This place is with everything you want on Highway.

Dirty, overpriced, very little options, and the staff were of no help. My son has allergies and I was told they had zero allergy info, which goes against the disability act.

I am talking about Tim Hortons. I saw outstand service by Canadian ladies and girls. I am imressed in training trainer and other worker. But I saw entertainment some one look like Asian Indian Canadian back ground I am sorry I do not know her name she was not serve customer but she took one customer then she was busy on duty cleaning changing milk. I think they need put her on duties than serve customer. I think she likes duty then take customer. I do not know who is manager and how come she is doing that special act? When I use to work customer so I take customer then change cream I expect best service once customer visit in my restaurant.customer recieve best service then happy then give me gift. All canadian womans 100 percent in training one too. I do not know who train Indian Canadian woman.

De très belles installations très pratiques pour un break sur la route. On y trouve de tout, restos et toilettes.

A very clean and well kept place to stop and take a break from your driving tedium. The lines can sometimes be frustrating, but it's like this at most of The Enroute stops. Your able to get food, coffee, and other essential road fare at the store (but expect to pay a premium for the convenience) overall a good experience.

We stopped by here to get some gas. The machine wouldn't take US credit cards, which was strange! We had to go pay inside, and the store is different than the gas station; we thought we were supposed to pay in the store but then someone working at the gas station came to tell us to go into the gas station to pay. Oops! In any case, we did and then went to use the restroom and water fountain in the store. There's a lot of seating there presumably for people to take a break, and there's Wifi too. Not too shabby for a rest stop!

Good stop over, the TV's are convenient, good selection of restaurants & the washrooms are clean. They are good no matter which location. Souvenirs available at tje convenience store.
