The woman working the parts counter was very friendly and helpful. She even printed off a reference sheet of part numbers for me so I could figure out the remaining parts I needed to order. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others.

This is the only place I'll take my bike for service. Always great to deal with and the best prices around. I used to call around to get quotes but now it's just straight to Tri City for anything. Just got a new windshield installed on my V-Star, that required some customization to get it placed properly. Tri-City took great care of me as they have since I started riding motorcycles.

Reading some of these posts about Randy & his staff makes me sick. I have purchased 5 atv's & 2 snowmobiles from TriCity. They have been more than professional & fantastic to deal with on every occasion. Yes i've had to wait for service, that's only because he's so well liked everyone wants to deal with him. Randy personally brought a machine to his home so I could pick up after hours. People need to be less angry & look for more good. Got a new 750 atv here and had a tire that was leaking around the bead and he would not do anything about it really sad when you spend thousands and drive 2hrs away for him to say it dus not leak i told him it was leaking around the bead should of got bead sealer put on it and didnt what he told me to do was to put slime in a brand new tire instead i had to pay the local tire shop to put bead sealer on it he also did not have the tire long enough to see it go down over a few days should of got bead sealer on it at the very least or a new tire and rim

Excellent service experience at Tri-City Cycle. Randy was great to deal with. Scheduled my sled in, performed repairs and got me back on trails.

Good luck finding better sales and support elsewhere. Seriously, good luck it's not possible. After connecting with Randy it was obvious that he goes all the way for his clients. Although he was 2.5 hours away (delivery to me no charge) not a single local dealer would accommodate my needs and comfort add ons. They literally tried to unsell me on what i specifically needed. Randy went way beyond and added everything imaginable to my Polaris Rzr trail ultimate. He even went out of his way to grab an upgraded unit from another dealer (to get all factory options as well) and went to town on my customizations. From heated seats, block heater, windshield and side/back window, bumper, cooler, LED lights, I will never buy elsewhere and if you're reading this call and speak to Randy, he's sure a dandy!
