Lauren is an knowledgeable physiotherapist that will build the right plan for your recovery.

I've been seeing her for a couple months now and she's slowly getting me back to my normal self in a sustainable way.

I've been attending this clinic for over two months now and I've had a pleasant experience from day one.

How?

Calling-in for inquiries are usually seamless. My sessions with Krunal (my physiotherapist) are usually delightful; we get to talk on a personal level. I enjoy chatting with Maricel (the front desk staff) while I wait my turn. My sessions are usually right on schedule.

This clinic exudes warmth and it's a place where strangers quickly become friends. I'm sure there are others with similar experiences; I see it in the staff's interactions with other patients as well.

I will recommend this clinic to a loved one.if they ever sprain an ankle

This is arguably the best physiotherapy in Canada! I really liked their service. The warm welcome you will receive at the front desk to the treatment you will get from the physiotherapist, Damian is amazing. I hereby, recommended this place to anyone.

Everyone is always polite and welcoming at Triangle Physiotherapy. I have received treatment from both Krunal and Dr. Lucrecia and wouldn’t be able to bend my wrist without both of their help. I would highly recommend them to any one who is in pain and needs help recovering after an injury.

Both physio and massage therapists are amazing. My physiotherapist is Lauren. She’s so great! She works with my comfort level and really helps relieve the pain. I started feeling better right after the first session. She’s very knowledgeable and will share her knowledge with you and is always happy to answer any questions.

Alina is my massage therapist - she’s amazing and really takes her time with the massage. She listens to your needs and your body. The day I have a massage with her is always a good day.

I only have positive words for Triangle Dufferin (and Triangle Physiotherapy as a whole)! After a successful treatment at their King West location for a separate issue, I had a series of sessions with Marzieh after moving away from downtown and into North York. She was incredibly helpful and attentive to my issues, and provided excellent guidance for both short and long-term solutions. The front desk/triage staff is also very friendly and helpful; after making an online inquiry for a first-time appointment, I was contacted within ten minutes to book an appointment.

Kudos to this company and its staff for being so attentive in their care and customer service, and in multiple locations at that! I can't recommend them more.

I 100% recommend to everyone. Damian helped me recover from a rotator cuff injury by precisely modifying exercises and helped me get back to a heavier work load. Don't wait for your body to get better, just go and make sure it will.

Been with these guys about a year now for different reasons. Had costochondritis, a sprained wrist while playing tennis and now currently undergoing treatment for plantar fasciitis. I have been going to this Physiotherapy clinic for a couple of years and I can say that Marzieh, and Marciel are both amazing people. They are compassionate, understanding and always willing to accomodate my needs. Marciel always tries to accomodate me with my bookings and she is always polite, helpful and very respectful. Marzieh is one of the best physiotherapist in the world. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and caring person in the world. I would never change Marzieh for anyone in the world. She has helped me tremendoulsy with my knee injury and i will definitely recommend her to anyone! Triangle physiotherapy is the best therapy!

I have been seeing Damian for 4 months. I have gone to other physiotherapists many times over the years for neck issues which never have resolved. After only a short time the mobility in my neck has improved significantly. As well he has helped with other physical issues I have and has devised a home program for me to follow. His manner is gentle and courteous.

This is a one-stop-shop physiotherapy clinic. My wife and son both attend for treatment and maintenance here and both have positive experience. My wife has a bad neck spasms and her visit with Dr. Angelica, chiropractor, was a tremendous help in relieving her symptoms, likewise with Krunal, physiotherapist who's helping my son with his foot pain. Also Marzieh, physiotherapist with pelvic specialty, is a great help as well for my wife. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, and great with patients. Looking forward to a massage that they offer here too.

Every Step of the Process was Amazing. Mitchell was my Physiotherapist. He helped me with an Unbearably pain due to Plantar Fasciitis. He has an Excellent Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to get me through a difficult and Challenging issue. All Treatment and Exercises Worked Wonders. Also receptionist were so kind and did all paper work. The clinic is also Clean, Organized and Calm environment which is a path to recovery. Thank You! Triangle and to Mitchell especially.

My first physio appt ever and I was wary. Does
physio really work? Jacqueline Cadete immediately calmed my fears with her bright and professional demeanor. She asked me to describe my issues, assessed my injuries, pinpointed the exact muscles affected and quickly identified a course of treatment for me. After the very first treatment she had more than doubled my range of motion and reduced my pain. After my 3rd treatments I am up to 95% of my range of motion and NO pain. Seek her out. She is very good and will help you get better. She even makes you laugh while fixing you. Best Physio ever.

I messed up my back from sitting too much in my office chair working during the pandemic. My back got so locked up to the point where it was hard to even just get up from the couch or out of bed. That’s when I went to seek help. I started off going every second day and have gradually got to the point where I’m going once a week. In a month’s time, through treatment, I’ve been able to get back to my old self. Damian at this location is absolutely amazing, helped me so much. I’m so grateful.

I had a broken femur in 3 places from a hard fall One of my neighbor recommended Triangle Physio saying they are truly the best, and the nicest people running it. She was right they are wonderful and my therapist Mitchell is extremely knowledgeable has perfect manners

therefore i kept postponing physio after surgery. I could not believe how fast Mitchell picked up on my traumatic injury and being unwell. Very friendly staff! It was very comfortable atmosphere. Krunal were able to locate cause of problem right away and improvement were noticed after first session. With the combination of therapy and home exercises, we were able to achive great results! I'm really grateful for all the help.

Not only you get personalized care, they go above and beyond as they plan your after clinic exercises as well. Really nice and professional service. They fixed my shoulders and correct my posture like no where else. When I came here, I just expected my shoulders’ pains will be reduced but my physiotherapist helps me way more than that. I feel very confident now after he helped me to improve my posture. Still have a lot to work on but I am really happy and grateful. Also my shoulders’ pain have gone: 3 10/10 worth every penny!

I've been to Triangle Physiotherapy for three separate issues. For two of them, I was treated by Josh for physiotherapy (who now, unfortunately for me, only works at the King West location), and for the last one I've been treated by Amrit for massage therapy. All of the service that I've received has been excellent. Both Josh and Amrit were thorough in their assessments, knowledgeable about my afflictions, and delightful to chat with to boot. Furthermore, the office staff have been friendly and helpful, and their prices are quite reasonable! Being a graduate student, I was able to receive a discount for physiotherapy that ensured that my plan completely covered treatment.

I would highly recommend Triangle Physiotherapy for both physiotherapy and massage therapy.

I’ve been going to triangle physiotherapy for a prevailing pain of 3 years. Krunal, my physiotherapist helped me with stretching and strengthening and in almost 5 months, my pain has gone away. More to that I’m way more active now than prior to injury. I highly recommend triangle physiotherapy, especially Krunal as a physiotherapist.
