I placed an order on December 29 for 4 sweaters. I needed the order by January 12th. I was told that wasn’t a problem and the order would be ready for Jan 12. I went to pick up my order and was told they weren’t able to complete the shirts because the emblem I was told would be ok could not be put on the sweaters. The person who told me they could be put on the sweaters was a manager therefore I trusted that she knew what she was talking about. And they lost my phone number to be able to call and tell me that. This is very disappointing customer service as I will not have the sweaters in time for my group. As a result I do not recommend this business.

Janet & Mike were extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions regarding my custom order tshirts. They were done in a timely manner and look GREAT.to be honest exceeded my expectations as my design was quite difficult.would recommend!
