I m dropping my comment here and I hope the front desk reads it, you guys are the best in Kitchener, I loved the way you talked, you were so humble. I have explored literally all the dental offices in this area but I found yours the best because you guys know how to talk:) Thankyou, you made my day goood!:)

We needed an emergency appointment to accommodate a medical procedure and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us on really short notice. We were so grateful and impressed!

Never got lucky to get in when emergency happened. Have tried couple times and they never had prepared some emergency slots to squeeze you in. Always have reasons to refuse to see you immediately.

Absolutely amazing staff. The work they do is incredible. My child no longer hides her smile. Now she smiles big and bright with confidence

TriCity has been great - both with my daughter and my wife. Appointments are always on time and easy to schedule. Staff are super friendly. Especially helpful with my daughter as we wait until all her baby teeth are out. Very happy with the service to date.

As an older adult, I was understandably hesitant in going ahead with orthodontic work. I had issues with chewing and had one tooth nearly sideways. Fast forward to today. I'm very happy with the results.

I appreciate the attention to detail, their professionalism, flexibility (appointments), constant understanding (with the odd issue that came up along the way) and great care they took in every circumstance. So pleased with the amazing service and staff throughout the entire 2 years. Excellent navigation though the pandemic and safety protocols in place. I would highly recommend and a seamless experience for my daughter.

We have been so impressed with our experience at Tricity Orthodontics. Our daughter is close to the end of treatment and our 12 year old son is in initial consultations. The staff are welcoming, accommodating and personal, the offices are bright and inviting and our daughter has commented that the staff are all pretty friendly. They have adapted to covid obstacles with reassuring safety protocols and, despite some understandable delays, the standard Dr. Phan holds for his patients’ care has not been compromised. It’s clear that he cares about the final outcome as he hasn’t rushed the process. He is also very personable with kids. TriCity also values community involvement and support, such as partnering with KW youth sports teams, so it’s great to see local supporting local. We highly recommend TriCity Orthodontics just as they were recommended to us by friends a few years ago.

I'm so glad my dentist office suggested Dr. Phan and his amazing staff! I've always wanted braces since I was younger but my parents couldn't afford them. I was able to get invisalign and so excited for the final steps. Covid has extended the process but I'm almost done! Already there is a huge difference in my smile

As an adult getting braces after years of going back and fourth on the decision I am SO happy I did it and would do it all over again. Dr. Phan was fantastic! Always so up beat and happy, service was always quick and informative and anytime I had an issue with needing extra wax, elastics, etc. They would offer for me to just stop by and grab some. TriCity Orthodontics is by far the best Orthodontics in KW. I visited 4 other places before I chose TriCity and I haven't been disappointed! Dr. Phan is conservative and precise in his approach so you can always trust his judgment on treatment. He is great with kids! He makes them feel at ease, including my big kid husband who is getting treatment as well! He doesn't try to sell you anything; you feel empowered to make your own choice once he's given his recommendations. I recommend this place to all my family and friends!

I love Tricity Orthodontist! Went there for a consultation with Dr. Fang and he was very welcoming and professional. Can't say enough good thing about TriCity Orthodontics, Dr. Phan, and his great team. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I went to three different places before I met with Dr. Phan. Every other place felt like a factory line for teeth, but Dr. Phan and his team definitely make you feel like they care (also they're extremely funny). One of the other places I went to visit even told me I'd have to remove four of my teeth, thankfully I met with Dr. Phan and got his opinion. Also, I have a chain that is attached to one of my teeth that broke off on a Saturday night. I thought my tooth had broken in half, but Dr. Phan went in on a Sunday morning to fix it for me and thankfully it was just glue and not a tooth (I have a mid-term Monday morning so he really saved me). I've met with probably every major orthodontist in the city and Dr. Phan is by far the best. I wouldn’t let my friends or family go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!
