Tridont Dental

I have read many of the reviews regarding Dr. Rashid. Unfortunately, my experiences with Dr. Rashid have not been good. Perhaps because my dental coverage is through the government, and not through private insurance? Every time I have seen Dr.
Rashid, he is dismissive, patronizing and behaves as though he's annoyed and rushes through my treatments, which are mediocre; and as a result, I have to speak up to get him to fix the inferior work he's done, then he gets even more annoyed, which I find extremely disrespectful and rude.
Perhaps if I had private insurance, l'd be treated as well as the other patients who have given Dr. Rashid good reviews? Maybe there’s another Dr. Rashid at Tridont Dental that I don’t know about?

My two daughters and I are patients with Dr. Moon, who joined the Tridont Dental office last year after our previous location was amalgamated into it. Dr. Moon and his assistants have provided us with wonderful, and attentive care since we started seeing them. Both of my children feel so comfortable coming here, despite needing cavities filled and other dental work done that is often scary or painful. The Tridont office is clean and the staff have all been helpful and organized. It can be a bit challenging to find appointment times, as there are three dental offices working out of this space, but the level of care we receive here more than makes up for it. I would highly recommend Dr. Moon to anyone, especially those with children who are anxious about dental visits.

Everyone is very professional, Dr Rashid is an amazing dentist, he is so personable and puts you at ease. I have no trepidation going to the dentist or when I go for cleanings.

The team at Tridont Dental are friendly, accommodating and professional. Dr. Rashid is experienced, patient and efficient. Nina the dental assistant was very nice and attentive. Overall pleasant experience, would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Salman Rashid for tooth fillings, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
The atmosphere was relaxing, and I instantly felt at ease despite my dental anxieties. Dr. Rashid took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment plan, putting my mind at ease about the procedure.
I highly recommend Dr. Rashid to anyone seeking top-notch dental care and will undoubtedly be returning for my future dental needs.

I have always been so uncomfortable at dentist's. I've been to so many that judge you, make you feel small, and lack any sort of compassion. Dr. Rashid was Amazing and I would highly recommend him. Best dental practice I've been to and I've been to many. I've had several procedures done by Dr. Joshi including 4 wisdom teeth removals and a complex root canal. Great patient education and follow ups with no post-procedure complications. My hygienist David is always a pleasure to see - he's professional, communicative and makes sure I feel comfortable.

I've been a customer for many years and never had a problem with the service, the quality of care, nor the staff. Have been under the care of many dentists over the years and Dr Joshi is presently my dentist.

I was looking around for good dentists near my workplace when I was told about Dr. Joshi. I was told that he does great work and I found this to be very true after interacting with him and the staff. Definitely coming back for future appointments. Also, he was very patient centered - explained multiple treatment plans, discussed pros/cons, and asked how I wanted to proceed. The staff was excellent, Benjamin was definitely helpful during my visit and the hygienist Aisha was friendly as well as a true professional! Highly recommend

Staff there are friendly and professional. Had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Joshi, him and his assistant made me feel comfortable and less nervous with the procedure with their kindness and patience. Reception was helpful when they did a care call to check up on me too. Thank you

It was indeed a great experience to met by Dr. Salman Rasheed who treated me. Dr. Rasheed is a very professional Dentist, i had no issues in getting the appointment, he personally came out and greeted me when i reached at the clinic. He was well organized and took his time to explain me the dental process, went through with every single details of my treatment. Before he treated me he went through with all the protocols of Covid-19 made me so comfortable. He took his time to do my dental treatment in a most professional way. I didn`t feel any pain and his staff was very nice too. I will definitely recommend Dr. Rashid to my family and friends.

Dr. Ona Elvikis is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. And the hygienist David is great—always very friendly and knowledgeable.

No respect for their customers time. Appointment was 1: 30p.m. Came in at 1: 15p.m. And filled out all documents as a new client. Sat waiting for 20 mins. Very unprofessional. Do not book people for appointments to have them sit indefinitely in your waiting room. This is NOT an OHIP covered service, you are paid VERY well. Try to be professional in regards to your appointments and respectful of your clients time. I will have to look at other dental options as this is ridiculous.

Lol. Everything seems late with your establishment. Your appointments, billing, online responses. Don't worry, it's not surprising.

Very friendly dentist! He explains procedures in detail and his work is efficient and surprisingly pain free

To whom this is concern in your office please in the future be more understanding what your patients are trying tell you. About one year ago I had my front tooth fixed. With one year later my tooth filling came off. Trying to explain this issue they didn't even lesson or care. About 30 minutes later they charge me about $350 for the second time with one year this is crazy. Extremely dissatisfied. I feel they only care is about$ After 25 years of been you patient and you did this to me. It feels You don't care

Dr. Joshi takes the time and effort to explain whatever work needs to be done and why. Honestly I have never had such a informative dentist, and I felt very at ease. The office staff are so friendly too, and I had a great conversation with the hygienist. One of the best dental experiences in my 27 years, despite getting 5 cavities repair! If that doesn't say how good Tridont Dental is, I don't know what will:)

Outrageous. Scammers here beware of those crooks. They'll give you a price quote on the phone or at the reception level and when go to the dentist he'll do all the possible unnecessary operations to overcharge you.
Whether you have insurance or not, these guys will steal and take all your money for their benefits. Too shame how dentistry has turned.
Do your research and see someone else.

I was told I have a ton of cavaties that need filling. Went to a new dentist after moving away and my teeth are totally healthy. They also tried to bill me when I gave them my insurance info. Very shady.

Tridont Dental got my wisdom teeth out quickly. I called in Saturday and they booked me for Wednesday for consultation, but i said i need it sooner and i needed my wisdom teeth extracted and they did it on Tuesday. So really great place if you need things done.

I found this location throughout my insurance company. I read reviews before visiting the office. I was sceptical for some reviews regarding using my maximum yearly allowance during visits. I was told about my treatment and service. Amazing service and covid19 protocols are followed. I was asked about my maximum insurance amount as well. Let me be honest I rather take advantage of what I am entitled so I didn't mind. Hygienist was well knowledgeable and so friendly. Dentist was so nice and even did a cosmetic retouching on 1 piece without charged. I did 3 visits. On my 2nd visit receptionist was not so friendly but Hey it was Saturday and quite early. 3rd visit same receptionist with better attitude. I'm quite demanding when I'm paying for my service overall I'll definitely recommend this clinic. No pain at all with my doc.
I would definitely recommend disposable paper on chairs for each visit on the NEW normal. Great smile

I am extremely pleased with tradont dental and their staff. I have alot of cavities and some in my front teeth and Dr Joshi has been working with me to restore smile and has done a phenomenal job. I also highly recommend the hygienist Bridget. It's been a long time since I got my teeth cleaned and she did an outstanding job. You can tell she really cares about the well being of her patients rather then just making a buck. Thank you so much! - Trisha

THEY'RE GOOD AT ABUSING INSURANCE! YOU NEED DETAILS? DOC JOSHIE AND HIS ASSISTANT ASKED ME HOW MUCH I HAVE LEFT ON MY INSURANCE (I SAID I DIDN'T USE IT MUCH, EXCEPT FOR 2 TOOTH EXTRACTIONS AT A DIFFRENT CLINIC) AND SCOPPED EVERYTHING OUT OF MY INSURANCE! ……. 2 BILLS ROUGHLY $1200. /1300. WELL! IT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST MISTAKE. NEVER AGAIN.

Yesterday my 12 year old daughter had a tongue tie release done by Dr. Rashid. I was so worried that it would be painful for her but she felt absolutely nothing, even after the freezing wore off. She is so happy being able to move her tongue around freely. Thank you Dr. Rashid.
