This is by far the best dental office I have ever been a patient at! I have an intense fear of "being in the chair " that I have struggled with for most of my life but DR. Doctor Rana and her amazing team (Dr. Rafal and Dr. Fahima) are welcoming and extremely professional. The clinic is prestine and well kept. I had a few appointments and all of them were amazing. Great overall experience at Trilliant Dentristy. Eman took care of my cleaning and from start to end was very informative with explaining procedure and what she will do to make the procedure really smooth and calming. The office is clean and the staff members are always in great attitude and always are helpful. Andrea who is the Office Manager is super attentive and ensures to follow up on emails and is very calming and attentive in her care for the patients needs and questions. Highly recommend them!

Trilliant Dentistry is truly the best dental office I've been to. The staff and the hygiene of the clinic is beyond incredible. Just to give you all a picture of the situation. I had a very bad tooth ache the night of April 26,2022. I couldn't sleep the whole night, so painful. I contacted the Trilliant Dentistry in Milton, on Bronte in the morning and thanks to the front desk staff, they made the necessary arrangements. They accommodated me for an emergency appointment, same day. When i went in, i was welcomed warmly and they took care of me right away. The administration ladies are so sweet and always smiling, loved it. The staff/assistant, they made me felt comfortable specially taking into consideration how much pain i was going through. Honestly speaking, they were making their best to make scan/x-ray process to go fast but effective at the same time as they could tell how agonizing I was in. They had been so helpful and kind to me, cheering me up. When the dentist (Rana) came to start the process (root canal), she was so nice and explained to me what my tooth needed with all the options. I'm no dentist but the way she took care of my tooth, I felt very comfortable and at ease. I was given the best care I had ever experienced with my tooth.

Overall, I would say all the staff at Trilliant Dentistry in Milton, did an excellent job, great atmosphere, professionalism at its best and great team work. I would definitely go back for further treatment for my teeth.

First of all, I had an emergency situation because of wisdom teeth pain. This office tried their best to accommodate me in their busy schedule. From booking an appointment to discussing the cost of treatment, admin staff did their great job. Very professional, kind and caring staff. If anybody has wisdom teeth problem, see Dr Shevket. He explained everything about the treatment, did great work. Assistant were also so nice. Overall, I felt very comfortable in office. Thank you so much for the service.

Trilliant Dentistry deserves all the high praise they are getting. I’ve had pleasant experiences every time i’ve been to the clinic. The staff is well trained, professional, and most of all very kind! I don’t get excited to take a trip to the dentist but i’m always at ease knowing i’ll be taken care of at this clinic. They even called me after my surgery to ask how i’m doing - doesn’t get better than that.

Very professional and friendly. Just recently got a crown for a tooth. I am so glad that I found this dental clinic after I moved to Milton. And their business hours are very accommodating full time working people.

Absolutely refreshing to see the attention to customer service, prompt and professional. This practice solved a significant issue I had with a root canal done by another Milton Dr and the identified the issue, got me into a specialist and solved the problem within a week. Our family now comes here and are extremely happy. Highly recommend Trilliant!

The one dentist Connie is great. All the other ones are not the best. They put a bunch of fillings in my mouth way too high and I couldn't chew for 9 months until I went to a proper dentist to fix my mouth. I cracked the filling because they put it so high on one side and the other one was so high it made my opposite sides molar hurt. Girl had to freeze me 4 times because I could feel everything and let a bunch of the freezing liquid go down my throat. Told me it was okay because it was clean water when I could taste it wasn't. Couldn't talk for 2 days after. Went back to try and get them to fix my fillings and they did a half job and gave me a bunch of attitude. They said that how they scrape the enable off your teeth is the newest technology for cleaning teeth. I have never had sensitive teeth until I went to this dentist office. They booked my friend in for an appointment when she told them she was unavailable due to vacation then they said "well your not supposed to be going on vacation so I'm booking you in anyways" then she called and told them to cancel the appointment and they didn't. Worst dentist experience.

Trilliant Dentistry is the BEST dental service I’ve ever been to! Absolutely no stress as they all make you feel like you’re at home. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I can’t stress enough how much I would recommend them! Do yourself a favour and give them a try! You’ll be glad you did!

Went in for a filling and took an hour without numbing, she found another cavity and now feels like a hole in my tooth and filling is not smooth, she sanded my tooth shorter now it is sensitive and hurts. I've messaged them and they called but then tell me they will get back to me. This is my dental health that they are dealing with and I'm very unimpressed and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend. Mind you the filling that they found they didn't notice the first time I was there!
Update.
I've now gone back twice to get fixed and have to go for a 3rd.she said what I was feeling was just my tooth but after I left I realized that she did touch the bottom of my tooth since she had to do a filling to fix her mistake.so now I do not trust them to do anything else. I'm very upset because that tooth is now wiggling and she sanded the tooth beside it and cut my gums three times in a row after I said it hurt she dose it again and again I'm still dealing with pain

Special and a very big thank you to Dr.shevket he is so professional I really don't know what to say to this great Doctor, I went to the clinic to remove my wisdom teeth, I was really scared he calmed me down and said it will take 2 minutes each (I was expecting to spend 2 hours), I thought he said that to relax me, but Seriously! It really took 2 minutes for each tooth and I didn't feel anything, also after the removal nothing happened! Everything is ok. I was just living a nightmare in my head before the removal? But thanks to Dr.shevket it was like a piece of cake? Many Many Thanks

Just got my braces off! Thank you so much Dr. Firas and Dr. Rana. After two years of wearing braces I’m very happy with the results. Throughout the process, Dr. Firas was very nice, capable, and was always making sure that we were getting closer to fixing my teeth. Had a great experience with my wisdom tooth removal procedure by Dr. Shevket. I didn't feel a thing! My post surgery healing was pretty quick and smooth as well.
