Dr. O'Connor and the hygienist, Taylor, acted very professinally, were very kind and courteous, did a very thorough evaluation and made my visit a very pleasant experience. The staff at the front desk were all very nice too.

This dental clinic is marked by outstanding kindness among the staff, fantastic service and thorough follow up with patients showing their genuine care.

The staff are fantastic and my dentist Dr. O'Connor really takes care and is very careful to not inflict pain. The partial crown I got was perfectly seated and my pain is now gone.

I am someone who struggles exponentially with anxiety towards dental procedures. And my teeth have paid the price for that. Came here to get myself on the path to having a more functional way of life. And I’m so relieved by how patient, cooperative, and understanding everyone is. No judgment was passed on my nervousness or my crying, they told me what they were doing as they went along and made sure I was okay with it, gave me a couple minutes to breathe and collect myself when I needed it. And reassured me the whole way that I was doing great. It feels silly to need this kind of patience at 30yrs old. But I do, and not for a moment have I felt judged for it. Highly recommend this office for anyone who struggles deeply with anxiety like I do

I have been very impressed with the lengths Trillium Dental takes to help patients who suffer with anxiety at the dentists office. Everyone is very supportive and helpful. Netflix was put on to distract me, and a stress ball was given to me to help with anxiety.

Had x-rays and cleaning. Appreciated being informed of next step throughout the process. Cleaning was thorough and friendly.
