On January 5th we ordered by phone a bouquet for a funeral. The bouquet was called “ Sweet Tenderness” and the dimensions should have been 19 1/2” high and 17” wide.
We attended the visitation that evening and saw the bouquet that we had ordered but it appeared very small. The actual dimensions were 16.9 “ high and 12.5” wide. Not even close to what we had ordered. The vase that the flowers came in was also warped on the bottom and sat crooked.
Didn’t get what we paid for. Very poor and would not recommend Trillium Florists in Pickering.

So your response is that size is approximate. The advertised size difference between a Deluxe and a Premium is 1/2” in height and 1” in width so approximate would have to be somewhere in between these measurements. The Deluxe is advertised as 19 1/2” in height and 17” in width but actual dimensions were 16.9” in height and 12.5” in width. That’s a difference of 4 1/2” in width and almost 3” in height. You can’t possibly justify that as approximate. The offer of replacing the vase is of no use since the service was held yesterday. Your product was unacceptable.

Very beautiful display of flowers, they were prompt and provided and excellent experience! Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family!

Absolutely amazing service. I placed my order with short notice and they were able to deliver them the next day in perfect condition.
