Trinity Chiropractic is awesome! After my second pregnancy and c-section I was experiencing pain in my hips and lower back. After a few sessions with Dr. Lowthian the pain was completely gone! Communication with the team is impresive, as well as their punctuality.

Thrilled to recommend Dr Lowthian and Trinity Chiropractic! I was first referred to chiro by my physiotherapist, and despite apprehensions (I couldn’t say where I picked the idea up along the way, but I was wary of the field in general) I’m so thankful I gave it a try.

I came to Trinity with a slew of potential considerations: I had cracked my spine and had nerve damage from military service, I had been in a motorcycle accident, and I currently work in a field where I’m routinely carrying 30-40 lbs of equipment while proper ergonomics are next to impossible. I’d come to a point after more than a decade where I’d accepted pain was just part of my existence.

Since meeting Jeff, I’ve finally found some relief! Pain is considerably reduced, I sleep about 30% longer, and I wake rested (formerly, I couldn’t claim that more than once or twice a year). If you’re curious if chiropractic care could help you, give it a try. It won’t hurt you, and if my experience is any indication, it could help you in ways you wouldn’t have guessed. I've been seeing Dr. Jeff for several weeks now for neck/shoulder pain and resulting headaches. This is my first experience with Chiropractic treatment. Dr. Jeff was very kind and explained the treatment in detail as I was a bit nervous. The treatments are going great. My pain is controlled and no more headaches! Kathleen's lovely smile and friendly demeanor are wonderful. I have recommended to friends and family.

I must admit that, up until a few weeks ago, I was skeptical about chiropractic. Then I injured my back. I felt like an invalid. My wife had to help me to put on my socks and underwear on in the morning!
I started massage therapy, which provided some temporary relief. Then my wife and my massage therapist both suggested that I see a chiropractor.
My first visit to Dr. Lowthian was at the end of March. I was impressed with how quickly and effectively he was able to diagnose my back problem. I had my first adjustment that day and walked out of the office feeling much better.
Dr. Lowthian also explained exercises and stretches to aid my recovery, all of which have been very effective. Today (mid-April), I have recovered much of my mobility and continue to improve daily.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeff's ever since he opened his practice in Ottawa. For well over 20 years, he has been taking excellent care of my over all health needs and keeping my body in alignment. I am very pleased with the service at Trinity chiropractic. Dr. Lowthian was sympathetic, knowledgable and very helpful. For my first visit, he determined that my problem was muscular, not skeletal. He recommended exercises that were very effective. I have since been back to check on a hip problem and a potential wrist fracture. He examined me and recommended an x-ray for my wrist and adjusted my hip. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

My Story:
I first met Dr. Jeff 19 years ago when my good friend convinced me to go see him. I was always in chronic pain from migraines; my migraines were so debilitating, there would be days when I could not leave the house. I had CT scans, EEG's, and finally saw a neurologist. The neurologist told me that I would be on migraine medication for the rest of my life. I had to take the maximum dose of Tylenol and Advil each day in addition to my migraine medication. I still continued to have the migraines. I was finally convinced to go see Dr. Jeff.
I remember first meeting him (even though it was 2001)! I remember feeling totally at ease and felt that he had my best interest in mind. Within 3 months of seeing Dr. Jeff I was completely off my prescription medication and by 6 months, I was off all over the counter medications.
I continued to see Dr. Jeff over the years. Life and kids came along and I didn't see him for 9 years! Fast forward to 2018: I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease after I was paralyzed from the waist down. I spent 3 months in the hospital and then came home to do my physio, regaining my strength and learning to walk again. As feelings returned to my lower body, I always felt the crushing of my lower back. I could only sit for a short amount of time before I had to lay down, but not before taking a lot of pain medication.
I continued like this for a year. I would spend days in bed because I couldn't sit for long periods of time. I called Dr. Jeff and he took me right away. After my first adjustment, I cried. The relief I felt was instantaneous. Why didn't I think to go see him sooner? It took a few more adjustments, but I was soon able to sit for a longer period of time each time I saw him. I highly recommend Dr. Jeff Lowthian.
