Slight wait but the service here is the best! I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you live in the Etobicoke area! The owner her is amazing and maintains professional business standards and hires only the best! I hope they are around for a long time to come!

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to write one about this place.
I arrived 15 min late due to my newborn baby having a difficult morning. I called to let them know and the very friendly receptionist told me to take my time and drive safe. When I arrived, they understandably had to take another patient with a scheduled time behind me, but kept me in the loop and took me only 10 minutes later.
During the ultrasound my baby started crying while waiting and the lovely tech helped to settle her and rocked the stroller so I could get dressed. She put me at complete ease during a potentially very stressful situation.
I’ve never been here before but will absolutely return for any future imaging and will recommend others here. I’m a medical professional and will refer patients here for sure.
Keep up the great work! I know how hard these jobs can be, but your location is doing a stand up job of it!

I waited till i had acouple of appointments before writing this review, so far ive been here 3 times for ultrasounds, waiting time is reasonable, receptionist is lovely and always so courteous whether when calling to book or in person. The technicians are super knowledgeable, considerate and in general provide such a great experience. I truly appreciate your approach and empathy- makes a huge difference for the overall experience, thank you!

Excellent service. The xray technician was helpful and kind to my elderly mother. Definitely would recommend this place.

Friendly staff and efficient service. The centre was very busy at the time hence my mother (with accessibility needs) felt very rushed. The change room isn’t ideal for multiple people to change.

Trinity Medical Imaging is by far the best imaging place I have been to. Clean office with exceptional front desk and technicians. Although they are a busy office, they're always able to fit me in as a walk in they work quickly and efficiently. If you have the pleasure of having Michael the owner as your technician rest assured you will be in good hands, he is wonderful, caring, friendly and kind. Thank you for your services!

Ended up going here when the normal place recommended by my physician was booked up for months, and am I ever glad I did! It's way closer to home, has easy and spacious parking, and the people are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! There was an issue with my requisition and they were so helpful to troubleshoot. My ultrasound tech was awesome - warm and friendly and made me feel so comfortable! This place is amazing. I got the request yesterday from my doctor and called all the ones close to home. All booked for ultrasounds til may 4th and beyond. Needed one for my ankle sooner than that. After talking to several, i was ready to give up. Google showed me this location, and their website said the same or the next day. I was ya right kind of thoughts. But i figured I might as well call anyway. I had my appointment today, both x-ray and ultrasound. The place was clean, and the staff was amazing. In and out, no sweat.thank you so much for being there for me. Amazing, i would give more stars of i could.and it was still close to home

Yesterday morning I had ultrasound and I did it Over there but afternoon, I received call they asking me to come back to do it again because they didn’t catch pictures well ….
I don’t recommend them, no experience, Also the lady asked me to push side of my stomach to get a good picture, this is first time I hear that….

First time at Trinity Medical Imaging, Got an x-ray. Everyone there was super friendly, quick and helpful.

I was accommodated and taken in the same day! A little wait time was expected, but a lot better than having to wait 2 weeks+ else where!

REPLY TO THE OWNER COMMENT: Yes, I'm sure that it was your clinic. I am talking about the appointment a month ago.

The technicians are wonderful, but the administration/front-desk staff are HORRIBLE. They don't answer the phones/return messages, and if they do they're rude. I had one tell me I had all the wrong paperwork so I went to my doctors office (which took over two hours) to be told I had the right paperwork the entire time! Would not recommend if you have another option.

This is a wonderfully well run family business. I was able to get an ultrasound appointment within 24 hours and results sent to my doctor the next day. Michael and Brian are simply the best - courteous, professional and great sense of humor. They made my visit so extremely pleasant and so comfortable. Would highly recommend plus Michael.and Brian have great taste in music too.long live the Bee Gees.lol

You WILL NOT find a BETTER imaging clinic. Trinity Medical Imaging is filled with THE BEST doctors and staff. They are efficient, thorough, compassionate, professional and honest. This is the only place I would ever book an ultrasound with. I have only had the most positive experiences here - even when I ended up going through a miscarriage which was made obvious at one of my ultrasounds here. The owner is exceptional and while totally professional, also knows how's to have a human and real conversation with his clients. He has a great sense of humour and doesn't beat around the bush. I can't recommend this place enough! The only place I ever want to come to for these sorts of tests!

I was able to book both an xray & ultrasound later on the day I called in. I waited no more than 5 minutes for each procedure which were handled quickly, professionally and with compassion. I would not hesitate to recommend thus clinic.

Great Place very clean and very professional. They were able to take me last minute to do ultrasound.

DO NOT COME HERE. They made me wait 50 minutes and I didn't get my x-ray done. They specifically overbook and make people wait. If you come here, expect to wait a long time before your appointment. Complete disrespect for people's time.

I had my ultrasound today here. One of the best places for ultrasound, the technician was so humble and made me comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I am not sure the technician’s name was Shazia or.

Unfriendly staff. Took 5 days to send my results to my doctor despite him calling for them daily. Technician was rude.

Very mixed feelings about my ultrasound today with Trinity Medical Imaging. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great. Some of the staff were kind upon arrival but my technician really dampened the experience. She was very snippy with me, was super impatient and had no bedside manner. She asked my husband to wait outside and told us she would come get him later. She finished the ultrasound before inviting him in and so he didn’t get to be a part of our first ultrasound. Very disappointing and I will not be returning.

No point to make appointment at this place! They made us wait 40 MINUTES outside in the mall hall. Two people before us were complaining about the same. If you want be seeing close to you app time you better book somewhere else. Don’t waist your time!

Not only is TMI highly proficient, professional & very friendly, they are the only location I could find that preformed an Ultra Sound the same day for an injury that my doctor said needed to be done ASAP. The staff went out of their way to help me. KUDOS Trinity Medical Imaging & especially Michael.

Terrible organization - why bother making an appointment when you have to wait in line (more than 30 minutes) behind everyone else? I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to see me. The total time from calling their office, arriving and completing an X-ray and Ultrasound, and then returning home was barely over an hour. Other places I called had several days (to over a week) delay before the next available appointment.

The staff were really nice and efficient over the phone and in the office, the wait in line/chairs was short (~10 minutes), and the service was friendly but professional.

Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

Super fast, clean, friendly. I was sticky trying to find an appointment and sure enough Michael and his team helped me get an appointment for the next day with flexible time. No long waits. I would def recommend this place.

I submitted appointment request mentioned for OBSP screening this morning, they book me same day appointment at 1: 30pm, I was happy, but when I got there after 1 hour driving, I was told they couldn't do it. But their attitude is good

Michael was amazing! I had an excellent experience at the diagnostic imaging clinic. Wait times were minimal. The technology is modern, up to date, and the facilities were clean and well organized. They had X-ray and ultrasounds ready to go when I had checked-in.

This was the most efficient, friendly and professional experience I have ever had with ultrasound and digital imaging. Staff were courteous, confident and there was very limited waiting time. Thank you!

Well known to Sports/Special Athletes- Physio/Chiropractors and Specialists as one of the best Ultrasound Technicians! I’m sure there are many good ones out there…. But there are those that are good and those that are EXCEPTIONAL!

Was able to make x-ray appointment for next day. Fast and friendly service and doctor got results next day. Recommended.

Booked the first appointment of the day (10am), because I didn't want to wait. Not only they started calling at 10: 15, but they start calling the last person who checked in?
As soon as I walked in to ask, they send me in to the changing room.
And when I mentioned the situation to the receptionist she said "I know, it's okay"

I really like this place. Lots of free parking, very fast turnaround for results and nice people work there. I could not imagine a better place for X-rays. My only concern is that the mall looks like it's shutting done soon. In the meantime I'll hold this place in very high regard. It really is a 5 rating.

1st time experience with Trinity Medical Imaging. AMAZING! Prompt at making an appointment. Paramount at Customer Service. Professional engaging friendly accommodating team. Ex-ray was done quickly. Huge mall parking lot-not pay park like so many other medical facilities. Mall entrance to office as opposed to having to stand outside especially if the weather is not conducive. Would HIGHLY recommend Trinity Medical Imaging. You will not be disappointed!

The best lab in town. The staff we dealt with were so nice, friendly and professional. Appointments are easy to book, a lot same day slots available. No wait time, quick in and out. They even offer online portal for immediate access to your results. These guys are the best. Big thanks to the whole team for the great service!

Great location. Staff is friendly when coordinating a time but I did not have the best experience. First they were almost 30
Minutes late, which happens but then the tech was rushing to make up the time for the next appointment. She complained I was 2 days early on 12 weeks - this was my first scan, also the scan can happen between 11 and 13 weeks, she said new protocol is 11 weeks and 3 days, which I was 11 weeks and 5, so still fine. She reluctantly continued with the scan but bedside manner was not great.

This place did not treat a father as an equal parent/person during an ultrasound, only let the father come in after the initial process was already done to determine that there was an actual fetus.
Fathers are equal parents and should be treated as such, they should not be treated second and should not have to find out information after the fact.

Trinity Medical imaging is absolutely wonderful. Their staff and technicians are caring compassionate and friendly. The wait times are extremely reasonable and you can get an appointment within a day. Wonderful team. Thank you.

Wow! I am so glad a friend told me about this place.they are so nice, professional. The place is so clean and i felt while waiting a sense of serenity, they had nice soft music playing. You don't feel you are in the normal cold x-ray places. They actually care about the patients and talk to you and like answering your question. They were truly amazing with my child too. I had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was truly nice and care about the quality of service him and his staff offers. Totally recommend it!

Great job guys, Excellent service provided by Michael at the clinic for my parents and surprisingly on the same day when we were looking for an appointment everywhere around, He is the owner and the technician and knows his job very well. Michael goes above and beyond and make sure things are done in a very Careful and Professional manner, and pays full attention to every single details. I have removed my previous review of 3 years ago. I truly appreciate the great care you gave my elderly cousin today during her ultrasound. Called at closing time saturday and got an appt on Monday. The person who booked the appointment on Saturday was super helpful and assisted me a lot with booking the appointment. My cousin's appt went so well. Michael was knowledgable, very kind, gentle, and patient. Thank you Michael. Will recommend you to anyone. Great place!

Went in today for a ultrasound and the doctor made me sign a document without explaining anything and she made a huge assumption on my age. I am not happy with the experience there. I am in a lot of pain thanks to this doctor and feel hugely violated. What upset me the most that she proceeds to blame me for signing the DOCUMENTS THAT SHE DID NOT EXPLAIN what it was for!

This is an excellent example of what can be good in our health care system.
Michael Archee and his team are punctual, cordial and helpful. They are sensitive to the need fo urgent assessments in certain cases. Most impressed.

My husband had an excellent experience! Phoned several labs with openings 2-3 weeks away. 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, I had an appointment for the next day! Witnessed 2 people walk in without appointments get taken care of. Friendly staff, competent technicians, clean and prompt facility.
Highly recommended.

Found this place on Friday night and had my x-rays Saturday morning. Efficient, friendly, caring, clean. I can't say a negative thing about my experience! Even open Saturdays, and loads of free parking, which is not common in the medical field.

Great employees.perfect customer service. Ms. Svetlana in the reception with always smiling face and helpful. Me and my wife at least 5 times for different ultrasound and kardio test overthere and we always satisfied with professional stuff and service. Our family doctor has also full trust for trinity medical.
I would like to thank also Mr. Michael in trinity medical for his always friendly welcoming and knowledgeable service.
It is great to have that kind of medical imaging place in Toronto.

Loved the treatment there! I went there for my first pregnancy ultrasound and my bladder had to be full. So you can imagine - I'm having a hard time holding it in and I'm also emotional and excited. The man, I think he might be the owner too, at the front took one look at my requisition and had me go into a room right away (not to sit with the other people in the waiting room - it's Covid times), then the technician came in a minute and did the procedure in a timely manner so I could go to the washroom. I was in and out in 25 min!

Best place ever. I just left there today and the man who did my ultrasound is amazing. I didn't have to wait for long.
I hope I get well soon and don't have to go there again but it's an amazing place.they also try to book same day

It was my first time having an ultrasound exam and I had very mixed feelings about my experience at TMI. My appointment was 20 mins late; on one hand I understand sometimes other appointments could run longer but with a full bladder it wasn't the most comfortable wait.
The technician was polite and I could tell she knew what she was doing. However, I was pretty nervous during the internal ultrasound and she was being very rough. I understand that a huge part might be I wasn't relaxed enough, but I wish she could be more gentle and empathetic, as I felt a lot of pain and discomfort during my exam. I left with a pretty unpleasant impression about ultrasound exams in general. The pain and discomfort continued even after I got home.
Overall the staffs I spoke to were still all pretty nice, and the exam process was efficient.
