Excellent travel clinic service. We've been going there for many years now. Dr. Bhardwaj is very thorough and knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything and an all round nice fellow. Highly recommended.
The administration team here are very professional, educative, and informative regarding medication and travel related medication. They helped me understand all that I need for my travels based on specified places and also how to take the medication. They really are great for a clinic and a walk-in clinic. Highly recommend if you do not have a family doctor or if you need a quick consultation for your travel plans.
Doctor answered all my questions without hesitation. The nurse was gentle when giving vaccines. Very friendly. My only complaint is it took roughly 30 minutes before the doctor or nurse saw me from when my appointment was to start.
Extremely rude customer service when i called them. They advertise on their sign as a walk in clinic but said they don't take walk ins. Sign says they close at 9pm but when I went at 8pm they weren't open.
Stuff are very accommodating and nice. Our family Doctor are very caring, kind and thoughtful concern in regard to our health and providing our family excellent medical and physical care.
Trinity clinic's scheduling and follow ups are second to none. That comment is after several years of being a patient of Dr. Ron Curtis and his colleagues. Brilliant!
This place closes at 9pm per their website. Went there at 5: 30 in the afternoon. There was 1 person waiting in the waiting room. The reception told me that they were not seeing any more patients for the day because they were "at capacity". Naturally I asked how they could be at capacity when the waiting room was almost empty. The reply: Walk ins need to book a timeslot. Same story I heard from 2 other "walk in" clinics in Newmarket on the same day. This clinic calls itself a walk in but they don't take walk ins. No wonder the emergency rooms are jammed up with minor problems
We have been patients with Dr. R Curtis for over 10 yrs. The staff are always helpful and polite when we call or visit the office. We cannot thank Dr. Curtis and the staff for always being there for us to answer our many questions and excellent care they have provided to us.
I have had Trinity Medical specifically, Dr. Curtis as my primary care Doctor for a number of years. He and overall the Trinity Medical staff have provided nothing but excellent service for all of the time I have been with them. This was even more critical in the last 6 to 8 months where I was dealing with life threatening issues. Dr. Curtis was very responsive and knowledgeable regarding my situation and his staff were excellent any time that I was in contact with them. I cannot thank them all enough.
Worst doctors visit ever. The doctor was rude and called me a liar when telling him about my pain. He didn’t even examine me or anything just said I was fine and sent me on my way. Went to a more competent doctor and surprise I was right internal fracture in my left ankle.
We have seen our family physician at this clinic for a couple of years now. The staff is always polite and helpful. Wait-times are acceptable, and vary based on how busy it is. Our doctor, Dr. Abdullali is very friendly and knowledgable.
This clinic was the only one still open on new years eve by the time I got my self and a sick baby ready to leave the house. I've had a fever for 3 days and my 5.5 month old is showing the same symptoms. I was second in line at reception and she literally put the sign up in front of my face saying they were no longer accepting patients. This was an hour and a half before they were scheduled to close. Do not waste your time going here. Apparently Doc cares more about his new years eve plans than making sure a baby is well!
UPDATE: In response to the owners post, I don't see how one additional patient would determine whether or not they could handle all the patients. This is a 5.5 old infant that had a fever of 102 and needed to be seen by a doctor. There was no compassion or understanding by reception. She provided terrible service by putting the sign up in front of my face while I'm still talking to her. They should have closed the doors once they reached the limit and put a sign on the door and provided care to those already inside the clinic.
The receptionist don't know how to treat there patients. You could be waiting at the desk for for hours and they won't say anything unless they feel like they want to and ready to help you. She told us 1 hour and then waited 2 hours and finally called us after 2 1/2 hours. I hate coming here. I only come here cuz I like my doctor
