TRIO Fertility

First experience was okay. I got pregnant. Second attempt was not so good. This clinic is disorganized and the administration staff lack supervision. You can't tell who is who and the staff lack knowledge on how the clinic is to run. I asked about fees early on in my visits. No Body knew anything amd had no answer nor who to go to for answers. They chase you and harass you till you pay. They treat you like a criminal and let everyone in the office know your billing issues. Then they all join in and pester, threaten, with-hold services, patronize you and then act like they care. Oh yeah, you're not allowed to get upset or mad at them. My journey has become a misery.
PS, whom ever is responding to these messages, you are patronizing. What you wrote on each comment, has no honesty in your words. You sound like a greeting card writer. Keep your comments to yourself.

UPDATED: Okay, I have two beautiful children in 2 years from this clinic so they are doing something right!

The clinic is organized, responsive and effective but the doctors seem irrelevant. You never meet them in person and they act like they are all interchangeable. I have had 3 different doctors at this clinic and have never met ANY of them in person, except when one did my embryo transfer and that is because I had to specifically ask for my doctor to come down to do the transfer. Don't expect any emotional handholding or a relationship from them.

Pros:
-Nurses and admin are quick to answer questions over email
-Nurses are very sweet
-I never had to wait more than 10 min for my morning u/s or bloodwork. I hear some other clinics are chaotic
-The app they use feels very organized
-Pricing is easy to understand
-They never pushed anything on me and I never felt they were just trying to make money
-I like that they CALL (instead of email) for important results
-They really do try to accomodate any requests I have, which I appreciate

Cons:

-I never met my Dr.in person, which was bizzare and impersonal. My first doctor only offered me a phone chat, not even a video one!

-The covid policies were horrible. They wouldn't even let my husband do an in-clinic sperm sample until I begged and also forced medicated FETs

-Random doctors do your ER and transfers which is impersonal for such a sensitive issue. Apparantly it was instituted because of covid. It doesn't make it okay, especially when you are paying tens of thousands of dollars.

-High staff turnover - I was only with this clinic a few months and both my Drs.left

-Takes months to get an appointment with a Dr

-Had to fight for a follow-up apt.with a dr once pregnant

-They took me off the OHIP funding list once I got pregnant and never informed me

-I was excited to hear they are creating a new in-house sperm clinic because we really had no support with our MFI issue besides a referral to an andrologist, which took months.

I had a bad experience as I found their nurses to lack knowledge and empathy towards patients. Patients aren't allowed access to doctors and all communication is primarily with nurses throughout the process. I saw the the doctor once at the beginning and then again on the day of extraction.
The nurse on my case did not correctly follow the doctor's orders on monitoring of egg development (as conveyed to me by the doctor afterwards) and led to me having to cancel the cycle. The clinic feels new and the team seems to lack basic training in patient care and the procedure conducted at the clinic.
I had a productive conversation with leadership regarding these issues and the feedback was well received. However, I think it is important that I share my experience so people can make informed decisions.

I recently visited the downtown location to start my journey with Dr. Albar and his team. I am extremely pleased with my choice and impressed by the doctor and his staff. Dr. Albar is a knowledgeable, patient doctor who explains everything in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, even for non-medical people. He is also caring and understanding. Working with Bushra on his team was also a great experience. She provided clear explanations and helped me navigate the process with ease. She is also very friendly and kind.

This place is in infact home away from home for me. The excellent support received from Dr. Laskin's team, entire Trio family has been nothing less than Surreal. My journey started in 2020 at a clinic based in Mississauga and somehow I was not getting a good vibe from that place. Whether it was treatment or people, nothing seem to be right. The moment I decided to opt for treatment at Trio in September 2022, I was scared and yet hopeful. Never knew that the entire journey will be so smooth. I can't be more thankful to trio team for their guidance, support and handholding. Thank you for being there. It matters a lot. To anybody who is ready to welcome a baby and are facing issues related to fertility, this place is worth to opt, put all your trust and hard efforts and you will succeed.

The complete package - that is what you will experience when you have Dr. Chang and the staff at TCART (in 2015), now TRIO support you through your infertility needs. We were previously seeking treatment at another fertility clinic and was basically told, they couldn't do anything for us. We came to Dr. Chang and quickly developed a trusting and respectful relationship that evolved into a partnership. Our journey was very long and difficult, given both our circumstances but Dr. Chang was very honest, patient and supportive. He was open to complementing the treatments with acupuncture and naturopathic support, which was very important to us. We found him to be in tune to our needs - listening with compassion and suggestions we had. He is full of energy and eager when he speaks, which could be mistaken for curtness, but Dr. Chang is absolutely committed to your needs, 100%. He never gave up and had a wealth of knowledge to explore other possibilities. We felt we had all the staff and Dr. Chang as our team standing behind us, which is very important given the already challenging notion of infertility. It is not an easy journey, but when you have the support of everyone and made to feel comfortable, it makes a huge difference to the experience. We are very fortunate and grateful to have been able to get pregnant.

Dr. Weisberg and her team at trio are absolutely amazing. I had such a great experience and FET was successful on the first try! All of my questions were answered right away and all of my concerns were addressed in an appropriate and considerate manner. I am very impressed with how wonderful her staff is too, they are so kind and a joy to see every time I had an appointment. 1000% recommend trio to anyone who is experiencing infertility issues.

I visited this clinic today for the first time, for a procedure and the nurses were so amazing. Janet who prepped me was a sweetheart and Cecilia who was by my side in the room, was probably the best nurse I've ever had. Dr williams as always, is an amazing doctor who always helps answer your questions and has a calm and kind demenor!

I had a 95% positive experience with TRIO. Firstly, my doctor was Dr. Mehta and she was never anything less than amazing. She was extremely kind, as well as intelligent, clear, and really supportive throughout the whole process. Secondly, the team at the lab made my frequent visits almost entirely painless (literally) and that made things tremendously more bearable. Thirdly, the nurses. My first nurse was great, but unfortunately she left. The second nurse I had was truly awful. The reason I’m still giving a high rating is that I spoke with my doctor and some others at the clinic about my concerns and they dealt with them quickly, and compassionately. I was immediately assigned someone new and she was awesome, and helped guide me through the rest of the process. Finally, and most importantly, if it weren’t for TRIO I wouldn’t have a beautiful baby daughter who I am currently holding in my arms. Though the journey is hard, I would highly recommend TRIO as one of the best fertility clinics in Toronto. Thank you to everyone there for your help along the way!

Maria at the blood lab is great! I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Sierra and her team. The nurses and staff are super responsive with questions.

It is said that it takes a village to raise a child. I feel privileged to be a patient of Trio. The team was wonderful in caring for me and assisting me in my dream of motherhood. So grateful for this village.

This review follows a successful pregnancy and birth of my rainbow baby. It’s easy to write something positive when you have a favourable outcome, but I must share, in our many years together there wasn’t always positive news to share.

From the start, from my very first consult with Dr. Abrol, I knew she was right for me as I pursued the journey to motherhood, my lifelong dream. She always had my best interest in mind.

I felt like I was being treated/assisted by my bestie. I look back and laugh at our first interaction when it was initially going to be me and a boyfriend… but that derailed and I then pursued single motherhood by choice. Her openness and acceptance was just what I needed as I was feeling nervous and scared. Dr. Abrol’s emotional intelligence was spot on. She always had a sense of how I was feeling and responded accordingly, and by that I mean in a loving and caring way.

The journey was long but I remember her words, “ be patient”. Patience isn’t something I have and I learned to be patient which now in motherhood, is highly needed. With each interaction, it was evident, that she is an expert. She explained the process and protocols chosen for me in this journey. It was so well explained that I felt this immense weight off my shoulders… this is what trust feels like. I trusted her in my care so much so that I opted not to do my own down the rabbit hole online research. It wasn’t necessary, I had my own expert in reproductive health leading me to my dream yet I felt that I too was at the helm.

Dr. Abrol and all of Trio’s staff were open to what I thought was a unique situation, 40 and pursuing motherhood as a single heterosexual woman. Yes, it was unique in my circle, but not to them. I was introduced to a plethora of resources for someone like me. As a result, I joined single mother groups that today still play an important role in solo parenting.

Moreover, Dr. Abrol’s expertise lead me to see Amira, a psychotherapist, who helped me delve into what things were going to be like and how I can better advocate for myself in trying to conceive and in motherhood. I am so grateful for all that was available to me to ensure optimal care; my mental health was always at the forefront.

There is so much more to share, but, what I really want to convey is that Dr. Abrol is an incredible health care practitioner who is highly skilled and cares immensely about her patients. I was fortunate to be treated by her and think all her patients are. If you are looking for a reproductive endocrinologist who is knowledgeable, honest, loving and caring… go see her as you too pursue your dream of parenthood. I will certainly be seeking her care again soon.

Thank you Dr. Sierra and Trio team for all of your support & helping my husband and I create our perfect family. I received cycle monitoring and treatment from the Trio team and as per Dr. Sierra’s initial assessment, we were successful in conceiving our beautiful healthy baby boy within 6 months from start to finish. Although we waited several months for our appointment with Dr. Sierra, it was absolutely worth the wait. Prior to our journey at Trio, we had spent 3 years on our own trying to successfully conceive and had experienced several miscarriages. We were truly tired and unsure whether we would ever be able to successfully stay pregnant. Thank you again Trio for the thorough assessments, for educating us on the process of conception, for finding the right medications and for supporting us compassionately in trying the least invasive methods all while encouraging us to be hopeful.

I have had 2 egg retrievals at Trio and have had nothing but the best experience. You go in with a bunch or nerves and every single nurse I was in contact with and the doctors took their time to calm me and make the procedure easier. My partner also agrees that from reception to the procedure all of the nurses were amazing! Thank you Trio

I want to start off by saying I identify as a Black woman who has worked in the nursing profession for the last decade. Although my egg harvesting story was successful the journey to get there was disappointing/ traumatic to say the least. I am scoring the clinic a 2/5 because of the lack of bedside manner that is given during my experience and lack of communication.

Trio clinic has perfected efficient patient flow through the clinic, but you have also made it de-humanizing. This may be the result of covid -not sure, but no one greets you when you come in. You sign in on the computer, if you don't do it right the front desk just barks at your behind the partition. Having e- modules may be mainstream and efficient, but that does not fully explain or humanize the experience your patients are about to embark on. Your ultrasound tech's do not add any bedside manner/ when probing you while running the diagnostic testing. Your blood techs are welcoming, but they should be reviewing with the patient what bloodwork they will be drawing. Close the loop of communication.

I do want to thank my nurses Mary and Raquel for helping me through this journey. I would have appreciated knowing that the clinic is nurse lead, and you will not see a MD till your retrieval. There is also a possibility that your most responsible physician will no be doing your retrieval. Dr. Ronn did my procedure, they were kind and informative on the day of my procedure. It should be communicated to your patients if the nurses have advance directives to disclose treatment options with the clients. That should probably be stated when clients come in for consultations.

To be a big clinic in the GTA I would think the DEI efforts would be on the forefront of this clinics mission for the population they serve. The lack of diversity on your Psychotherapy options list is disappointing. You carter to a diverse and multicultural cliente, that should be reflected in the mental health resources you suggest. When I asked if there were any psychotherapists that looked like me, I was told everyone on Trio’s list are great and I can find my own practitioner if I wanted. It was poor taste and extremely dismissive, especially when your client is looking for resources during this highly sensitive time. Knowing that the procedures and journeys your clients will be taking is emotional, mentally and physically grueling there should be a service offered so people do not feel alone. Perhaps having a care navigator that explains what each phase of their treatment is going to feel like. There should be virtual information sessions regarding the experience or the procedure they will be going through. This would allow people to feel safe, to ask questions and recognize that they are not the only person going through the emotional rollercoaster they have embarked on. I am a nurse, and I felt this way, and I knew what questions to ask, and I still felt extremely disconnected/ connected to my body through this whole traumatic process. I can only imagine what the rest of your clients feel like. In a post pandemic world, where people are craving community and to be heard, there are bridges that you could be building with the clients you are bringing in.

Your clients should not have to go research on their own to find solace. Although, my journey had great results, I am left with the emotional, mental anguish and isolation that could have been prevented by your clinic. With the solutions I have mentioned above. I asked your front desk if I could speak to the office manager, I was given the general clinics email address. When I specifically asked if this was the email for the office manager she said yup and looked away. If you do not want feedback from your paying customers just say that, Trio. Again, I want to specify my egg freezing was successful, but there are many areas of customer service and patient relations that your clinic needs to learn from. I would be happy to be contacted by someone in your office to discuss further solutions.

We had our 1st IVF here and it failed just after the week of belly injections.they said we need to re do the injection because the dosage was not enough. 1 belly injection is already at $1000.and thats what we only have at that time.brought us depression.after that they never follow up how we are doing.very bad experience.

I'm having quite the negative experience atm, and rather than blast and go off in public, if you let me know the correct way to contact someone about the issues I will do that instead and change my review. But from the very start, I have bad representation, bad communication, and lack of information. A d currently, I'm awaiting word on an "investigation" on a serious matter. I'm not very happy atm. So far, our experience with TRIO has been great. It is very evident that they are extremely professional, punctual and organized. On top of those great qualities, the staff so far have been very lovely and kind. Looking forward to working with them more to achieve our family!

I don’t understand how this place gets such high reviews. I spent 2 years with TRIO, assigned to 2 doctors and did 3 IVFs without ever seeing a doctor in person. Every single one of my appointment was with a nurse. I understand that COVID restrictions were in place during my time at TRIO. I am just not sure why the nurses can come into the office but their doctors cannot during COVID. Please make sure you do your due diligence carefully before spending so much money like me, not to mention having to endure all the added stress of the whole IVF process. I am with a new clinic called Create Fertility and my first appointment is with a doctor (Dr. Baratz) in person and much more knowledgeable. Dr. Baratz is my 4th IVF doctor he is definitely the best so far in terms of knowledge, efficiently, compassion and no BS. I rarely provide reviews online but feel obliged to write this to share my experience with TRIO.

Just started our journey with TRIO, its been very comfortable and supportive so far. Hoping for a miraculous future with TRIO and dr.kajal abrol. My experience with TRIO has been devastating.their admin team is unorganized and rude at best.they are transphobic and insensitive.they claim to accept LGBTQ couples but the way they treated us was horrendous and i would caution any queer couple to stay away.they claim to pride themselves in serving queer couples for decades but their paperwork has no option for trans or non binary ppl.they say new forms are in the works but honestly how hard is it to change the drop down menu?

i spoke to a member of the team on the phone for a long time.she said a lot of really hurtful things but the worst one is she said my partner (who is a trans male) was technically my wife.this is disgusting behaviour and honestly after reading the other 1 star reviews it seems like this treatment is pretty normal for TRIO.best of luck to anyone who decides to book with TRIO.you’re gonna need it.

Trio team are very caring and helpful, they take good care of my concerns as fertility is long journey that you can’t go through alone.

Must say a BIG Thank you to Dr. Ken Cadesky for giving a chance for us to have a baby which we have tried for 9 years. Dr. Cadesky is the most human, kind, understanding and compassionate doctor that I have ever known. He truly gave us hope when we thought we lost. We went to 2 other fertility doctors in Scarborough and must say they were all about the mighty dollar, didn't care and wasted our time.
Dr. Cadesky on the other hand wasn't and was truly caring. Thanks to Dr. Cadesky our little baby boy is 14 1/2 months now. Parent life is a busy one but as the saying goes: Better Late Than Never! Henceforth giving this review now. A BIG thanks goes to Pam the Nurse who is such a awesome person and keeps you well informed and then there is Sharon the Receptionist who keeps you informed about appointments and procedures. They are truly awesome medical staff. Thank you once again Dr. Cadesky, you are truly an awesome person. Definitely recommend Dr. Cadesky to family and friends. 2 thumbs-up to Dr. Cadesky and his staff for the great work they do.

Dr. Greenberg was very friendly and understanding with our requests and also helped us understand what we needed to do to get started.

We have been with Trio since 2018, first with Dr Hartman and now with Dr Phillips. Shortly after the live birth of our baby boy in 2020, we were devastated when Dr Hartman left for another clinic. However, we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received from Dr Phillips since returning to Trio in 2021 on our journey to grow our family once again. Dr Phillips is caring, thorough and thoughtful. She never makes us feel rushed during an appointment, always ensuring she answers all questions we have. She is also up to date on current research, which we love. I feel at peace and calm knowing our embryos are so safe in her hands. Her assistant Bridgette is also lovely and quick to respond to emails!

I’ve only had one phone call Meeting to start the next journey on our lives. Dr. Mahesan provided me with honest information and I felt comfortable talking with him and it made me more excited about this next possibility. His executive assistant Jennifer has been SO MUCH help. I was overwhelmed with all the tests I need to do but she phoned me right away and went through all the steps with me and made me so calm. I am excited to see what comes from this but so far I have nothing bad to say - only positive! Thank you Trio for coming into my life! Positive thoughts for us!

UPDATE: Now that I’ve been at this clinic for a few months, my review above officially stands. What an amazing clinic. ALL of the staff at Trio are so friendly and professional. They provide you everything you need and obviously in a timely manner. I’m so happy that my doctor recommended Trio! Highly recommend

Worst ever experience they always cared about the money and never cares about you. I would like to Mention Dr Mehta, we were shocked that she wasnt 100% aware about our process.we were shocked to see that. Not recommended.they give u shicking answers like in my case urologist contacted me after our procedure started and about this trio said thats on their end. (my question is then why u start the process). They will kill you financially and emotionally.
Not recomended at all.i dnt even want to give 1 star.

I spent almost 3000 $ for tests. Even they send dead membrane to USA get results, at the end they said that it is bad luck that u lost baby 2 time ‍️. Try for 3 and we will check again. They did not find a problem in my wife. By the way this problem was not big. After I changed clinic and they solved this problem about 20 min. Problem solved just with one medicine. Do u believe that? ! Now my wife well and we had baby. Baby also well! I recommend all who see this comment. DO NOT GO and DO NOT WASTE TIME.

I came for help with my endometriosis and Dr. Casper has been a great help! They are super supportive and care about helping you with your concerns.

Background - sucessfully had my 1st child with Trio in 2020 (prior to covid). Returning for 2nd child in 2022.

I would give 3/5 stars pre-covid. I found the process was OK. It was inefficient and slow, and miscommunication happens here and there. But overall the plan set out was sound. But you feel the experience could be better.

Returning to Trio has been a circus.
- prepare to have a close relationship with their voicemails and email inbox (calls will not be answered by a person)
- you have to take on the duties to review the plan and assess if it is sound or not, you cannot trust Trio to make a sound plan and no mistakes (there's going to be alot of 1 step forward 1 step back due to missing step in a plan or etc)
- prepare that not all your questions will be answered even if you ask more than once
- the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing

Thus, if you are prepared to bare with the bumpy process, and accept that you won't be treated well (overall) then try Trio.

0 stars. WORST fertility clinic in Ontario - avoid at all costs. ZERO patient care, completely incapable staff.

Some of the Doctors are admittedly ok, but the other half are NOT so it is a gamble who you get on any given day for procedures. More importantly >90% of their admin and nurse staff are beyond terrible. They don't know or care about your name and never know your case details, they are beyond rude, and make mistakes constantly: everything from providing the wrong instructions for medications to not even being able to get billing correct!

IF you can overlook the rude and awful staff, be wary from a medical standpoint. In the year I've been stuck with them (it is VERY hard to change clinics once you begin a process or I'd have left long ago) they have also made countless errors (from improper medication or protocol administration to administrative errors) that resulted in MULTIPLE lost months of treatment not due to fertility, but due to clinic errors. Anyone going through this process knows you cannot afford to lose additional time due to incompetence.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: I could not believe that Trio had the audacity to respond to this review and try and imply it was due to 'stress' and 'being emotional' from infertility issues. If you need any proof of their non existent patient care - this is a perfect example.

Furthermore:
1. If they were so 'alarmed' by these allegations they would have responded to the MULTIPLE complaints submitted to the practice through their internal 'process'.
2. I am not even at the clinic due to infertility issues, solely because a sperm donor is being used and otherwise (luckily) have excellent health and fertility. The ONLY reason for being a patient this long is because more than 6 months have been lost due to clinic errors and incompetence (everything from botched embryo transfers due to Dr error to missed cycles due to admin staff not processing Day 1s properly). I feel absolutely terrible for the women at this clinic who have fertility issues and are losing time and being ignored / told it is because of fertility instead of the clinic taking responsibility for their incompetence.

I cannot stress enough - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Dr. Laskin was very thorough and easy to understand. Requisition were emailed with clear instructions and on time. Good experience with my first encounter.

Initially I was at CREATE and had a very negative experience. I switched to TRIO and had Dr. Perry, who was very down to earth. Unfortunately, she's moved on. The new doctor I was assigned has been professional and attentive. Most of all, the nurses are great. They spend the most time with you, and really cheer you on during the process. It has been a long journey, but I got 7 embryos during my funded IVF cycle and I'm readying myself for a transfer in a few months. TRIO seems to be a bit more expensive than other clinics, but I've found their organization and quality of care worth it.

Terrible patient support. There is no number to to contact the doctor’s office and the doctor’s assistant to Dr. Gunn doesn’t respond emails. The care team wouldn’t help; just forwarded my email back to the assistant the doesn’t respond.

This building is so beautiful! The ladies that work on the ultrasound floor are the nicest. Dr laskin is the only Dr that specializes in lupus+pregnancy! I carried my son to full term because of him and my amazing OB that specializes in high risk pregnancies. We are very lucky to have him!

I just started working with Trio but so far so good. The doctor is wonderful and pleasant. The nurses are nice and really informative. I’m really impressed so far. I’m excited for the future with this team!

I have only had a phone call so far, but all I can say is Dr. Laskin can read his patients vibes over the phone. He talked to me the way I would talk to my friends. He knows how to make you feel comfortable. Can't wait to meet him and his team in person.

The clinic operator called me to confirm an appointment that was set over 5 months ago. When I told her we already moved on with another clinic (as no one should wait for such a period to consult with a dr), her tone immediately changed and she rudely, passive aggressively said: ‘It would have been nice if you called us to cancel the appointment’ and then she immediately slammed the phone in my face.

If this is the customer service this clinic offers, I am happy we’ve decided not to move forward with them. Wow! Train your employees better Trio!

Very bad experience, they never care for you, they only care for money. I won't recommend this clinic to anyone. 1 in 100 cases is successful in this clinic.for others they don't put any effort to resolve the case.

I was Dr. Laskin’s patient and they certainly don’t put their patients first! What a terrible experience! No response, no follow up and it takes forever to get anything done. I had to change my fertility clinic.

I had a great experience with TRIO. My doctor, Dr Sierra was very knowledgeable and the nurses were kind and empathetic. I have already recommended TRIO to two friends.

I feel that the Trio clinic only think about money and not really think about their patient. The some of nurse don’t have no empathy towards you at all. One of the nurses left me a voicemail stated that my pregnancy test was negative and if I want to continue or take a break and email her because she’s going to be off of work. My doctor don’t care to no follow up and no empathy all about the money. Well I am going to change clinic. I am done with them. The Rate should be “0” not one 1.please don’t respond back to me clinic saying sorry, your sorry mean nutting to me.

I did the egg freezing with this clinic in 2020 and I had a terrible experience. First of all, scheduling any appointment with them was a cumbersome and lengthy process and the doctors and nurses on the call were always substantially late in calling me at the scheduled time (more than an hour late). They did not give me much information and I had to ask many questions to get some clarity about the procedure and what to expect. My egg freezing results were disappointing and despite my healthy and fertile reproductive conditions (great hormone levels and healthy reproductive system), they only managed to retrieve few eggs, much less than the typical 12 to 14 eggs. I only had a cold follow up call a couple of weeks after the procedure from Dr. Cadesky during which he was far from sympathetic about the disappointing results of my procedure and admitted that the medication were not well suited but offered no detailed explanation; he told me I could repeat the procedure in a few months as if it's an easy and cheap procedure to do! I had horrible night sweats and bloating during the procedure which is still ongoing 9 months after the procedure and I am worried about the damage the procedure may have caused. I had no instructions from them for follow up checks which seems wrongs considering it's an intense procedure. Their lab facility at Bay St is clean and organized which is the only reason to justify the one star that I have to give to them here.

We are very grateful to Dr. Chang. From the beginning he had encouraged me to work with Dr. Malone at Conceive Health at Trio to improve egg quality. Dr. Chang is a very honest person and never gives unrealistic promises. He provides his patients with different options and highlights pros and cons. He can easily navigate you through this challenging process and will always stay in touch with follow up appointments.   Dr. Chang is a great professional!

Dr Chang’s secretary Ming is extremely helpful and positive – she always followed up and scheduled all appointments and tests.

 

Dr. Malone and I spent quite a lot time together and she managed to help me achieve serious progress. She is brilliant! She is knowledgeable and truthful. She has a scientific approach that’s easy to understand. If you are truly motivated  and listen to her guidance - you will see results very soon. I can say she has changed my life forever!

They all are part of our team. They have genuine interest to help and of course there is never 100% guarantee for success, I am certain that if a patient follows doctor’s suggestion and do “home work”, the chances for success will be significantly higher!

I am in the process of my treatment - my doctor is nice and the nurses are nice.but I feel so lost on why things arent working. When I email the medical assistant I dont get a proper explanation from the doctor on why my cycle was cancelled- the reasons on why things didnt work. I am only just given another protocol with different meds or amount of doses. I came to Trio because I thought I will be taken care of but I am just so lost in what to do next in my IVF journey.

Excellent experience, nurse and support staff are amazing. Dr Nayot is professional, extremely knowledgeable and is an all around fantastic person.

Our doctor always made us feel hopeful and positive and his approach felt customized and well thought-out. I got pregnant with a beautiful baby boy and have only him to thank! He was always readily available with quick responses no matter what time I reached out to him or how I reached out (phone or email). My fertility journey felt like a partnership, I did not feel like a number or experiment.

The clinic is a well oiled machine. I never had to wait long and was always in and out for blood work and other tests. Support staff and nurses were always so friendly and warm. Oddly, going to the clinic felt very comfortable when it should be the last place to feel that way.
