James and his team helped me clean the whole house just before my moving. This included duct cleaning, carpet cleaning and deep cleaning. Team did a great job with attention to detail. On top of that. James was kind enough to explain everything about A/C, HRV and furnace maintenance.
Definitely recommended.

Great cleaning service by James and his cleaning crew, very thorough cleaning, very detailed, I am really happy with them and would recommend them. Very friendly crew, which was a bonus too!

I’ve used this company quite a few times, and the quality of cleaning is excellent, which is why I’ve kept booking with them, but it’s always been hard to get ahold of the owner to book services, and a few times he’s rescheduled last minute which has been inconvenient. This past Friday was the last straw though. They were meant to show up at 9 am on Friday (we had booked this a month in advance) because we had house guests coming and a party on Saturday. I hadn’t heard anything since we confirmed booking, so I messaged to confirm the day before and got no reply. 30 mins before they were supposed to arrive I messaged again, and the owner said they weren’t coming because they were short-staffed. If I had received some notice, I could’ve booked another company, but the lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and left us scrambling hours before guests arrived. Very upsetting. After I expressed this he said he’d see what he could do, and I never heard from him after that.
I can’t say anything bad about the cleaning which is why I’ve given two stars instead of one but I won’t be booking with them ever again unfortunately. I don’t feel I can trust that they’ll show up.

We had extensive renovations done in our home over the last 3 months that involved a lot of concrete drilling and wood cutting and wallboard sanding.

James and Lisette and their team were amazing. They cleaned all ceilings, ceiling light fixtures, walls, baseboards, furniture and carpet throughout the house.

All wooden furniture was cleaned with lemon oil. All upholstered furniture was steam cleaned. All leather furniture was washed with leather cleaner. All area rugs were steam cleaned.

They also shined all windows, glass and mirrors. They even took out the window screens and washed them.

As they left they washed the glass on our outside front door!

I’m extremely picky. I really didn’t expect to be “wowed” the way I was!

James sent me a crew at the last minute. I had an unexpected major surgery and we needed help with moving a few things as well as cleaning during major reno. They did an amazing job. Thank you

I hired Tripple J to clean my Dad's home and they were so easy to work with and my dad was very happy with his deep clean. He has arranged for them to come regularly.

As a former client, I felt compelled to share my experience. Tripplejcleaning sent 2 cleaners for a 2900 square ft.home ages 76 and owners 63yr old Mother. No Covid protocols, (as promised) smoker, came with dirty cleaning equipment: hair coming out of vacuum head, used dusters. The cleaners came 2 hours late. Instructions not followed. Floors left dirty, toilets not properly cleaned, many areas in dusting missed. Gave Tripplejcleaning company 3 chances and the owner (James Brandon) only wanted more money for this substandard clean. In my opinion if you hire Tripplejcleaning company, be prepared to clean behind them.

Triple J Cleaning are 'awesome'. This was the 2nd time we contacted them for their services. They were able to take a relative's condo which was filthy dirty and unsanitary to a pristine almost new condition. A painting service was also provided which handled the transformation. James was also very responsive to our texts and emails. The painting and cleaning crew were friendly, professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend their services and would not hesitate to call them again.
