It’s me ridge. Just got my braces but wires keep poking at me. You also have this thing I have to bite on and really makes my mouth tired and hurt! Please make it more comfortable because it’s annoying

Amazing Ortho clinic! The doc and staff are very caring and helpful! We had many questions and they didn’t hesitate to answer any of them without going over examples to help us understand! They can do complicated cases without pulling teeth or jaw surgery. Very thorough and patient! Highly recommended!

Got my braces off a couple months ago, and the whole journey has been wonderful thanks to everyone working here. Dr. Schacher and the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The place is nice and organized, and appointments are always on time. I recommend this place to anyone looking for expert orthodontic care!

I underwent an almost two-year treatment with the Tropical Orthodontics Team, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had a severe issue with my bite that would likely cause long-term problems down the road. Not only that, but I wasn't comfortable with my smile and hardly ever showed teeth for pictures. I knew I wanted braces from a young age. My girlfriend referred me to this lovely team, and I was beyond excited to start my braces journey with Dr. Shacher. Now that I am finished my treatment, I wouldn't have done it any other way. The team is incredible! They are professional, meticulous, passionate, caring, and honest while still being disciplined in their practice. The environment is always positive and makes the visits a pleasant experience. While it is a tad more expensive than other options, I promise you; you're paying for quality. Not only do they improve/fix medical issues, but they also go the extra mile and put in the effort to make your smile cosmetically appealing as well. You come out the other end with a beautiful smile that you can wear proudly!

I've had a great journey with my braces thanks to this fantastic staff of orthodontist. I am always greeted with great service and a friendly environment. Dr. Joel Schacher is very experienced and is great with explaining the processes that he will take to ensure that I will get the best results for my teeth.

Big mistake, after having my son’s treatment with them I run as far as possible and did not come back

- We saw the Dr only on the first appointment, to sell you the treatment. Never again.

- My son told me on every appointment that was an assistant who saw him.

- There was nobody who could provide updates on how the treatment was going for my child

- For every appointment we had to wait about 20-30 min to be called inside, and then my son was sitting on the dental chair texting me (while I was waiting outside) that nobody was seeing him yet, wait could be about 20- minutes more.

- Parents are never allowed to go inside with the child.

- For the 3-4 year treatment only one day I got there 5 minutes late and OMG, my appointment was cancelled for not been on time. I was totally upset.

I was ver happy when his treatment was finished. Other members of the family were treated on other place.

He's been mines & my brothers orthodontist since we were kids. Really friendly guy and team!

Terrible service.got my braces off too early and now suffer with severe jaw problems. 5 years later and dental hygienists still are finding glue due to horrid removal. “damon system” left teeth crooked with gaps in between

Had my first visit today and they left a great impression. Everyone on staff that I met was so nice and full of smiles. Will definitely recommend.

Really polite and friendly staff.everyone is very professional and on time with appointments.very easy to reschedule if appointments conflict with any other events.the area is also very clean and the location is convenient (in both mississauga and hamilton) for those using buses and coming from other cities.

Bringing my son to his ortho appointments is worth the drive for me, because the staff are very polite and welcoming. They admit him at his exact appointment time.
The waiting area is clean, they provide complimentary coffee and tea.there is a children corner as well.
They have a TV that's usually playing a family friendly program.

Such a great team at Tropical Orthodontics! I had unforeseen issues with my insurance company and they did a fantastic job working with me to help solve as much as they can! Thank you so much!
