Always an amazing experience! I order all of my Russian books exclusively from this store and never had an issue. The staff are always very friendly, very helpful and professional! I frequently come in to pick up my online orders and every single employee has been kind and helpful!

Today I spent $200* there. I love the store, the ppl working there, their service and stuff. But then i thought i ll go to the jewelry department and buy something for myself and my hubby. But the lady working there is really an eval lol. She was so rude and answered my questions so insulting so that i ran away from the store and never want to cone back. Other staff are nice and helpful

Troika is one of my favorite stores with a wide range of Russian products. I always find what I need there. A month ago I received the books I bought online, I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the goods.

I’ve been buying books from them all the time. Selection in the store is limited but you can always order and pick up any book in a couple of weeks. I recommend it to anyone who prefers paper books.

This is a great place if you are looking for a book in Russian language or cool looking souvenirs. A decent selection of cookware and especially - beautiful shot-, wine- and brandy glass. Neet jewerly department and even moonsihe machine!

I don't often go there, as it is far from home, but I can recommend that you will find everything you want. The price is usually high, but it is classified as handmade, or that brought from abroad.

Ok place, we entered with our 3 years old, old babushkas see kids, they get all fringy, pls don't touch kids books, pls don't touch this.pls ask if you may look.we decided not worth buying anything from old bazaar babaushki.

A few years ago the same sales person was so rude with me that I wrote a review. Shortly after that the store owner contacted me, apologized and promised me that she will take the proper actions, she begged me to delete the bad review. Few years past and nothing changed. Yesterday I brought my friends from abroad to that store to buy a Sokolov jewelry I went first to that store and heard how one sale person was yelling on other people. Once my friends came into the store the same sales person turned around to my friends and started to yell on them. They didnt even passed the entrance yet, didnt do anything wrong, didnt even have a chance to say anything yet. And from the entrance salesperson was continuing yelling at them.
. Felt like we walked into the mental institution.there is no many russian speaking businesses around and I was always happy to show all of them to my friends. But i am begging you let's stop that
kind of RUDE SERVICE.let's show to all foreigners that we nice, friendly, highly educated and have the great manners peoples!

This is my go to place to buy Russian souvenirs in Toronto! I always buy presents for my friends and family here and they adore them. Also, they have a great selection of jewelry and headscarfs. If you want to get a lot of compliments, you should definitely buy them! And don't even get me started on books and board games!
The stuff is always friendly and supportive and they help with all my inquiries:) I got a chance to chat with Darya and made a new friend in Canada! 5 stars!

On June 23,2021 I decided to buy the present for my wife for our 45th anniversary. The budget was $2000-3000. At 11.20, we came in to the store and approached jewelry counter. The sales person at the moment was talking to her colleague - "he said.she said.in my opinion. ". After for a minute we were not paid ANY attention at all, like we were empty spots, we turned around and left the store. We have been to this store a few times and never saw this kind of service, but will never show up again there.

My favorite place! All staff is friendly and helpful! A lot of beautiful things as souvenirs, jewelry and books! I love Troika!

I buy gold here week ago make big mistake not good quality gold very expensive and not good quality gold chain and they did smart cannot return or exchange stay away scammers

Troyka offers a large variety of gifts, books, collectibles and household items. Prices are a bit high. Between the first and semi second floor, they have beautiful art pieces hanging on the wall, made of sand, rocks and what seemed to be on a plank of wood.

Buyers beware. This store does not stand behind their poducts. They make fraudulent claims and sell over-priced and damaged goods. Purchased Russian Samovar (electric kettle) as gift. Never used and kept with packaging provided. Product was damaged and upon attempting to return sales associates were rude and made false accusations. Very dishonest and extremely disappointed with service. Think twice before buying anything here - would recommend you buy elsewhere. Very dishonorable.
