Tru North has been an amazing experience. The staff is always so joyful. They are very accommodating to scheduling appointments and making changes that suit your needs.

Tru North Orthodontics has been fantastic. Our Son is on the spectrum and the staff have been extremely patient and friendly over the last two years. They explained the procedures to our son and ensured he had time to ask questions during each visit.

He's happy to have his braces off and enjoy his favourite treats!

My ortho second home for over 14 years. I started treatment when I was so little and remember being excited for attending my appointments. Not a fan of dentist in general, or anything to do with my teeth but being apart of the True North Ortho Family gave me such comfort, I ran back a decade later when I noticed a small space on my bottom row. I called and was able to book an appointment quickly. I got in and the team knew exactly what to do. Within a couple months, I was done my second round of braces and I would not have gone anywhere else to complete my treatment. Not only are they the most professional, they also always bring smiles to my families faces. The atmosphere of the office is warm and welcoming. I never had issues with signing in or booking appointments. In fact, most appointments I arrive early just to grab a message chair in the waiting room, beside the waterfall wall (what my son calls it). They have continued to do such hard work during this global pandemic and I felt so safe within the bubble rooms. They have transformed the treatment areas so that you do not feel the awkward having to remove your mask. I am now known for my smile and I would not have had my teeth so perfect it was not for the incredible work of Dr. Goldstein and the crew. So excited for my sons consult this year! So grateful for you all! I have also told them, they had the hardest job during this pandemic and they handle it flawlessly.

All the staff at Tru take incredible care of you. Everyone makes you feel special and make sure you have the best experience. I was fortunate to have all three Orthodontists guide me during my ceramic braces journey and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

I drove through a snowstorm from London to get my braces off and it was 100% worth it! I had an amazing time with my treatment, and everyone was wonderful throughout! 2½ years for the perfect smile was worth it ️ Thank you Tru North Team!

When I talked to the doctor before my braces were put on, he said that your teeth will be fixed within 18 months. It's been 18 months in December, but I went yesterday, they told me that I need to come four more times. Each visit interval is three months (even though the doctor says that I have to go with an interval of 2 months, the friends at the desk make an appointment 3 months later) and it takes a year for my 4 visits to be completed. Yes, everyone is perfect here, but I think the problem is with the head doctor. My advice to you is if you want to go to True North Orthodontics, think again. What I understand is that they don't want their braces to get efficient results. I think next month I will gift my braces to Tru N. Orth.because it makes a lot of headaches.

Dr Goldstein and his whole team have been absolutely amazing from day 1! They make you feel like family from the time you walk in the door. I travel an hour just to see them and I would travel farther if I had to!

This is an amazing office. I had braces 8 years ago and I am very happy about the outcome of my teeth. I went in recently to re-glue my retainer and the Dr.was great. The staff is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.

The way staff treat you in tru north it really a blessing because they are so generous and kind. They also keep on motivating you to do your part and help you see that the end will be worth it! My daughter got retainers in, constently needed to go back to fix a problem. Who ever put them in must of done something wrong because she followed all the rules.

This was the most pleasant, streamlined and professional dental experience I have ever had in my life. Dr Sarah Malek and the entire staff were all smiles every single appointment and listened to all my concerns about my smile and took care of them quickly and effectively. They really helped me feel like I had a say in my invisalign journey even though they were taking care of it all. I finished my invisalign treatment a few months ahead of schedule and I am incredibly happy with my smile.
