Always a great experience here. Have had many acupuncture appointments and b12 shots in the past with Dr. Irene. She is lovely and with consistent acupuncture treatments they were a great remedy to my circulatory struggles. With any ND their services cost money as they have the knowledge and expertise to conduct treatments and explain/consult with your results to have a plan in place, that should be no surprise to people coming for services. It is a shame that some people are issuing one star due to their own ignorance.

Dr. Irene is great, she really helped my chronic migraines. She listens to you and also gives really great tips. I had mentioned just out of the blue that I was having a lot of heartburn lately and she cleared that right up for me too!

I made an appointment for acupuncture not knowing that Dr Irene was a naturopath instead. The acupuncture was OK had better in the past. It didn't feel like did something for me, so I didn't want a follow up acupuncture appointment.
In this appointment, Irene sold me her food sensitivity analysis service and I fell for it. I paid 385 for this study thinking that I will have a follow up appointment to be explained the results of the analysis. To my big surprise, after contacting this person to have her explained the results, she told me that the study didn't include a follow up appointment (she didn't share this information when sold me the service). After contacting her several times and no receiving an answer for it, I decided to make a formal complain with my credit card and try to get my money back. (no luck so far, but hopefully it gets resolved)
I am stuck with 3 pages report that only technical people could understand. Literally, I have wasted my blood, money and time on this.please do not believe her and do not fall for extra services.no worth the hassle!

I used to take my husband to Dr. Irene Chan and she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and she LISTENS. My husband would always feel great and feel uplifted after his treatments. We moved 2 hours away and sadly we haven’t found any doctor as great as Dr. Irene. She has a wonderful way of making you feel cared about. We don’t look at her as just a doctor who had expertise in treatments but one of our best SUPPORT during our challenging times. Even their products are amazing. From their natural soap to supplements they’re all great!

Dr. Chan and Gary Canhoto are awesome. Dr. Chan helped with my eczema skins issues and Gary is a great RMT. He's helped relieve the knots and sore muscles. Keep up the great work!

I was first treated by Gary Canhoto 9 months ago and after the first massage it was obvious that his years of experience makes a huge difference. He listens and communicates better than any other. His ability to make you feel comfortable enhances the level of relaxation. I have had tremendous benefit from his treatments.

I have had some interesting health challenges in the past 2 years. Nothing seemed to help. I found Dr. Irene and things have done a huge turn around! Through deep tissue massage with John RMT, I am able to move my arms and neck without pain! Highly recommended! I have discovered some intolerances to food items and with Dr. Irene's guidance I feel so much better! Their store Sprouts has fantastic smoothies, a great tea assortment and many other items.

My first visit today for a massage with Shari Sauve. What a wonderful

Was recommended to TruChange by a friend for a neck issue I was experiencing, got a deep tissue massage and it did wonders. The staff is friendly and professional. They also have a good variety of supplements in the storefront.

desk and got me in right away. He is so good at reading the pain levels and helping the body heal itself.unreal. I can walk again without crying! Yay!

I saw John Maynard today following a major injury that I had suffered and had been mainly chiropratic treatment with very little relief from the pain and limited range of motion that I had been dealing with since October. John was absolutely amazing and after just one treatment I already knew that I had found the one professional that was going to be able to help me. His knowledge and experience was obvious and it was a relief to find someone who specializes in deep tissue injury and I finally feel like I am on the road to recovering from this. I have seen a few Naturopathic doctors in the past but none that really helped me with the issues that I was experiencing at the time. More often then note they tried to get me to buy a bunch of products and sent me on my way.but Dr Irene is different. I am incredibly grateful to have met and be able to see her. I have gone to her a handful of times (and will continue to do so) and couldn't say enough good things about this woman. She's a genuine and caring human being, she actually listens and is incredibly knowledgable. I recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome Doctor - and sing her praises to friends and family.
