Trudel Home Hardware - Kanata

Did not accept a return because they did not have the item in their store!

I also have used them as a return point for an Amazon package. They are so disorganized that they lost the package and the package was never picked up and delivered back to Amazon! I was lucky that Amazon agreed to refund my return anyways!

If you need help with any problem around the house from plumbing to electrical etc, this is the place to go. Their knowledge and service exceeds any big store like home depot or lowes etc.
I went to a specialty store and they couldn’t help me nor had the parts but here at Trudel they had no problem advising me with my issue and even found the parts that i needed. I love going to this store, always knowing they will help me!

I love these guys! The place isn't very big, but it packs a lot of stuff. Their screws and bolts, etc, are exquisitely organized, and if I have questions, Mike or Doug behind the counter have always helped me answer them. The only downside is that they do close a little early in the evening.

A really good store. The vibe here is very different from larger competitor stores. It feels more like a family shop serving neighbours. Customer service at this location is simply fantastic. I went to the store with a problem and the guy helping me explained what exactly needed to be done. Although the store did not carry the exact item I needed, they explained where I could purchase it. They also cut keys at this location.
