I been coming to this location since it was newly opened, service by management is getting worse and worse than before nothing else has convinced me to visit this location except Krista doing her best to accommodate incase of me ordering and product is already gone in front before my arrival! Example: Monday 28g flower on sale
Wuhuuu very convincing! When you get to the location they play ball with you on HOW ITS FOR LIMITED Or SPECIFiC items meanwhile customer aint aware of that or nothing is accurate or mentioned!
This movement started to affect on pre rolls last months and i stopped buying them
Now the same thing happens when I get to buy the ounce!

Great prices and selection, Staff is very friendly and helpful, amazing daily specials, Krysta rocks!

Stopped by today for the very first time. Prices are fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly. We got a great recommendation. I love the atmosphere to. Unfortunately my friend is very scent sensitive so that was hard for her but it is a really nice smell just strong. We will be back for sure:)

Been frequenting this location for a couple years now. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and True North is the place to go if you're looking for great prices on quality edibles, concentrates, flower, and vapes. Parking lot is now expanded too! Highly recommend this location to new and seasoned consumers.

Please stop asking your customers what they are buying the product for. I know you're trying to do small talk but asking why I'm buying thc products is awkward and cringy. I wanted to reply "none of your business" but I'm not a complete a$$.

Also asking for my ID every single time I come in and I'm very obviously over 19. I know it sounds like a dumb reason to get annoyed but it is very annoying everytime. Other places recognize me and wave me in. The "oh its for the cameras" routine is getting old.

Tried to price match because I like the true north store. Was told that they can't price because paradise cannabis had a sale on prerolled. On the true north website it says if you find it cheaper we will match it and give you 5 % off. Nowhere on the website says that it has to be on regular prices. Not the regular staff today. Did like the attitude of the staff.

Terrible service staff uneducated rude and very discriminated refusing to refund purchases lying about procedures threatening imprisonment and arrest really what ya wanna go through when going to pick up your order WAS a repeat customer never again it’s funny how they don’t comment on this post I already submitted my video of my experience to the bbb which shows the level of professionalism and knowledge of laws policies and procedures.

Witnessed staff verbally attacked a man after refusing to refund him for an online order he had prepaid the manager completely rude and refused to answer him and called police!

The best prices I've found and they're 100% legit. They also have a very knowledgable and helpful staff that will go out of their way to find the info.you need. I ALWAYS LEAVE HAPPY! And as for the newer staff, I find them to be kind and as knowledgeable as most. My go-to store will continue to be my go-to! ️

A lil pricey with little to no qty buy incentives. With fresher, cheaper options on the "grey" market.it's tough to spend ALL my hard earned cash here.

Was great at the start of the year but seems to have had all the good employees leave. Current staff is unknowledgable and rude. For the name True North they are a bad representation of Canadian manners.

Purchased a vape ctrg at this site and the ctrg was faulty. After a few issues trying to have it replaced a rep from the store contacted me and sorted it all out.

Used to be a 5* but the menu has been lacking for over a month now with no ozs catching my eye. Can only buy puresun for so long.

Wow. Ignorant ladies in there today.first time I've ever seen more then 2 ppl in there and employees were not the happiest.ask a question get a ignorant response! Poor customer service!

Very friendly and highly professional staff will cater to your every cannabis need. The service is always quick and their prices are extremely competitive in all of Ontario. As compared to OCS and the surrounding dispensaries, TNCC always has 5%-40% discounted prices. Do check them out and happy shopping! Thanks TNCC

Friendly staff and great prices and selection. I can't comment on the store since only been there during all this lockdown stuff but I love the look they gave the building on the outside. I've experienced the curbside only but they have been quick and good service. I also see they offer free delivery for people who can't or don't want to go pick it up. Don't buy else where before checking here.

Really love the service there. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I had questions about getting a vape pen. They took the time to help me pick out the best set up for. It's always a pleasure going there.

Update: THEY HAVE EARNED MY 5TH STAR. Honestly I am very impressed with the ladies at this shop. They did a fantastic job earning the 5th star. They were going to get it anyway but I wanted to have some fun. Thanks for the laughs!

Best shop around hands down. This will be a 5 star when you consistently have
1g sativa crumble and Redees 10 packs in stock. Thats basically all I buy and youre almost always out of the crumble, and albeit only occasionally out of the 10 packs.

Love this place! Staff were super enthusiastic and helpful. I'm a bit of a newcomer to weed so find some dispensaries kind of intimidating but definitely didn't feel that way here!
