I'm really glad that we got in contact with Pawandeep Singh when we did. We were previously going to get a private loan as our credit wasn't the greatest but the lender was difficult to deal with and very grumpy so we decided to shop around. The first phone call we made was to Pawandeep and it was our last. Not only did he help us get a better rate, he hook us up with a B bank. He guided us through as to what we needed to get done in order to make this happen. Through out the process, it was easy to deal with him as he's very nice, easy to talk to and very helpful.
