2nd interaction, this feels like a call centre reading out from a script.they promise lowest rates in the market, they haven't even checked my whole history and they already offered me a higher rate than the one published.they haven't even looked at my file. I have another two brokers, who offered me a lower rate.so.no really the best in market

Manoj Gortha from TNM was absolutely fantastic. I was referred to him by my brother who had used Manoj as a mortgage broker in 2021 and had a positive experience. Manoj was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had a 30 day closing date, which was not a lot of time, but Manoj assured us we can get everything submitted and close a deal in time. He worked diligently, sometimes in the late evenings and weekends. We had a lot of different accounts and assets which the bank understandably scrutinized due to new CRA rules. Terrible experience, Peter basically promised us a pre-approval on an amount and than went off work for a week only to come back and say absolutely can't help you. Wasted a week of our time to be told this and left completely disappointed. Don't recommend.

My bank was not helpful as I was trying to switch a 3 yo variable mortgage to a lower rate one. I recall walking by true north back in the date when going into the office so decided to call them. Cezary followed up on my case and helped putting everything togethet for my application. Next thing you know, it is approved! Cezary was super helpful every step along the way, and also very knowledgeable on all the questions and details. On top of that True North was able to absorb some of the transfer costs. These guys are serious when it comes to winning your business over, and the whole process was transparent and easy, would definitely recommend.

This is the second time in two years we've used True North. Both times we have been delighted with their service which was timely and very professional. Initially we contacted our bank who held the mortgage arranged by True North two years ago, mistaking thinking we would be rewarded for our loyalty. In fact, True North was able to arrange a better rate, no appraisal or legal fees and a larger line of credit than we were offered by our bank of 30 years! We saved thousands of dollars over the terms of our mortgages. Don't sign a mortgage with any bank without checking with True North first!
