My initial experience with True Tech Autos was very positive. When my wife's car began experiencing starting issues over the weekend, I turned to True Tech based on their impressive online reviews. I arrived early in the morning without an appointment, Despite the busyness, Mike kindly agreed to take a look at my car.

He informed me that the repair might not be completed until the following day. However, by afternoon, they had identified the issue – a starter problem – and, to our pleasant surprise, had it fixed before 4 pm. Their charges turned out to be remarkably reasonable, significantly lower than the initial estimate. They explained that the labor required was less than expected.

I am genuinely impressed with True Tech Autos for their integrity, transparency, and the courtesy that Mike extended to me. I highly recommend them for all auto repair needs.

Yesterday I was driving from Woodstock on my way to Haliburton area when I heard a noise underneath my car. I pulled off to this location and had the best experience. They made sure all of my car was safe to drive and did it out of the kindness of their hearts. Sadly, everything is a money grab anymore, but all I was asked was to pay it forward. This is a motto I live by in life, so was shocking to see. Truly thankful and would recommend this company to anyone.

I booked an appointment with them for a big maintenance job. I had to drop my car before shop closes so that they can start early morning on next day. He got another customer in my place and made excuses that I am late (when work was to be done on next day) to return me. He never called or email to me before cancelling my job and said that they don’t call customer before cancellation bcoz they are too busy. So, this is the quality of service. If you go there, keep your expectations lower.
They commit to me and then made excuses to refuse to me when they found a bigger job. You cannot trust their words.
I don’t recommend them. Very rude, pushy and confronting people.
You will never hear polite words from them if you have a different opinion. Thank God I got saved.

Pretty good mechanic, but I find him to be a little overpriced, generally i had good experiences, but on one occasion he asked me to replace all four of my ignition coils at a cost of $900. Yes he gave me the option to replace only the faulty one, but was adamant that when one fails, the rest will go fairly soon. It was not until I spoke to the dealership when trading this vehicle in that not even a dealership would recommend to change all four unless they were truly faulty because of the cost of the part. He is a quality mechanic, but this one experience soured me and got me thinking.if he oversold me on the coils, what else could he be over selling me on.

Well if this seems like something you’d enjoy, I highly recommend true tech auto and Paul! Do you enjoy almost dying on the Burlington skyway as your cars transmission seizes during rush hour, if you’re a thrill seeker like me this is the place to get your heart racing! Paul and his team are amazing, my go-to for any complex repairs needed like brakes and suspension. I've been going to True Tech since they first opened. If anyone is looking for a honest and professional car repair shop, look no further. My car was making a loud knocking noise, brought the car just dreading the repair bill to come. Paul reassured me that the car was in good hands. Turns out my front tire was loose causing the knocking sound. He made sure all 4 tires were well tighten and secure at NO CHARGE! I finally found a place I can safely say I wont fell ripped off!

I've been going to Paul as my mechanic since I moved here in '07 and the garage was over on Bronte. When you find a mechanic that you like and can trust, you stay with them. That's been my experience. I used Hayden's when I lived in Aberfoyle. Now I use true tech.

Paul is a really nice guy he will never charge you extra for anything i have visited him couple of times and found him the most reason and reliable person in town. I will recommend everyone to come here

Paul runs a very honest shop. I’ve been taking my car to him exclusively for a few years now, and my last visit exceeded the exceptional service I’ve already come to expect from him and his team.

I had a minor issue with the shield underneath my car being bent out of place and almost dragging. Paul and his team took a look at it, fixed it on the spot and charged me $0 for the repairs. It’s this type of service that lets me trust True Tech blindly with my car as I know they’ll be fair and in my best interest.

True Tech Auto has been my 'go-to' for several years now! They go above and beyond typical customer service - the most recent time was when our emergency brake seized the night before my daughter was going for her drivers test. They are professional, service oriented and will never suggest repairs more than what your car requires!

I've been going to True Tech for several years now. Hands down this is the best mechanic I have ever been to. The employees take the time to walk me through their diagnostics and recommendations and I have total trust in the quality of work and the price. I have never been able to say that about another mechanic before. Maybe I have just had bad luck in the past, but I am so grateful that I have discovered this shop and they will always have my business.

These guys were so incredible. My car broke down en route to a funeral. I asked the guys here to look at my car while I continued on to the funeral. They called me and updated me with their assessment and were realistic about what needed to be done.

Awesome guy, and great shop. I asked the Milton reddit group where an honest and reliable Mechanic is in Milton, and they ALL said Paul at true tech. Had an oil change, seasonal tire swap, and new pads and rotors installed. All done in the estimated time slot and and the work was excellent. Paul is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. His prices are competitive and the work is done proper. He’s running a solid team there. Glad I got introduced to him and his shop. Ill be taking my car there for any work that needs done.
