TruGreen Lawn Care

I used Trugreen this Fall to fix my lawn which wasn’t that bad but I did have lots of weeds like white clover n bare spots from trying to hand-pull the weeds. Initial aeration and over-seeding service wasn’t much satisfactory as I inspected the job. Following services of Fertilization and Weed control seemed to have been done right. As I see mark improvement in my lawn. I don’t see much bare spots. They have since been replaced with grass. I also received some grass seeds on request and I applied on all the remaining bare spots. I diligently followed their advice regarding mowing and watering. Overall I am quite satisfied and happy that I used their service. The result this Fall is satisfactory, come Spring I will know with conviction the real result. But overall the company did a good job with my lawn.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. While enrolling for the service, representative specifically mentioned that first visit will be 30 dollars and remaining visits will be at 60 dollars. After 3 visits when i decided to cancel the service. They charged first visit at full price stating that the last visit will be at 50% discount. The representative was very rude and was not at all a good experience.

The technician who comes for the spray came un announced and dont know if he sprayed the fertilizer in the lawn i just saw the invoice stuck in my door handle.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I used TruGreen in 2022 and they killed large portions of my front and back lawns and did not properly fix it. Then 2023 rolls around and next thing I know I am getting back from my morning walk and they're just finishing up a treatment. I figured must be them being proactive and trying to repair the damages from last year, but nope, it was a normal treatment with a bill for me to pay for services.

I never signed up for 2023 and I expressed my frustrations with them in 2022 and ignored everything mailed to me to get me to signup for this year, so they should not have come back on their own without my consent!

I called and made sure they knew now (without a doubt) that I am cancelling, but they keep calling me to try and get me back as a customer. I'm not paying for the one treatment which I specified on the phone as well but with a second call where again I said I am not using your services, why do you keep calling me? This number has now been blocked.

I use Trugreen every year and their service is fair and their staff are friendly and polite. If anything wrong, I call them and they’ll look after right away.

I used their services last summer but did not want to continue this year. Ignored mail/ads sent to me only to find out they made their own appointment to fertilize my lawn without my authorization. Now the company has charged me $85 for a service I did not request. Shady practices. How does a company get away with that?

Called about weeds was told someone will be there within the week.a week and half went by weeds have trippled and now I canceled going back to weedman

Doesn’t look a legit company. Refused to share any email. Trespassed my property. Could you stop coming to my property and leaving invoices for services not availed or asked for.

Been using them for a few years and the condition of my grass has deteriorated each year. Finally cancelled them.

Their staff do not do their job properly and short cuts as company needs to investigate their performance.
I have to use a reputable company.
