Truly Nolen Pest Control

I’ve had a bees nest in my backyard, every time I would step outside I’d get swarmed. My kids couldn’t play outside, I couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the weather.even leaving the house was a nightmare until Ariel came to help. I have a fear of bees, she did not judge me instead reassured me that she would help me out so that I can get outside. She was very professional and caring. She did such an amazing job and now my kids are able to play outside without any worry of getting stung. Thanks to Ariel my family finally gets to go outside and enjoy the nice weather.

Needed a rush job for a wasp nest. They initially booked me in for the next day, but the receptionist ended up finding a way to get someone to come same day. Price seemed competitive, service was friendly and effective. I'd contact Truly Nolen again without shopping around.

I called Truly Nolen when I found bees in my basement. I then enrolled in the fall seasons programme as I had a mice problem too. The technicians have come out regularly to check on things, provide treatment, etc. They have kept me informed. Stacey dealt very well with some questions I had. Ariel and the others who came, checked things thoroughly and kept me informed. I found their prices reasonable compared to other quotes I had received.

Ariel came to inspect the house and was able to find the access points that I couldn’t, was very professional and polite, and took care of the issue in a timely manor. I wanted to leave this review just to give a thank you to Jordan that came out and took care of my Rodent problem, he came out a few times to set up traps and came back to insure all of my rodents were gone! He helped me spot all of the areas they came in from that I could not find! He informed me that if I got them patched he would be able to take care of the rest, and so happy they are all gone now!
