I've been going to Truly Hair Salon for the past few years and can't say enough how great the service is every time. Tran is exceptionally talented and takes such great care with my hair. Everything from cuts to baliage to root touch ups, Tran and Jimmy make a great team. This place is a true gem in Burlington!

I'm quite disappointed in the service I had. The blonde was patchy, the cut was not what I wanted. I had to go back and was fitted in but she trimmed my hair in 30 seconds didn't pay attention if it was correctly cut. It's all uneven. For what you pay it's not worth two trips to fix

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Tran at Truly Hair Salon, and I can honestly say that she is one of the best hairdressers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I met her, I was struck by her warm and friendly demeanor. She really took the time to get to know me and my hair, asking questions about my styling routine and the look I was hoping to achieve.

One thing that really sets Tran apart is her mastery of cutting and styling short hair. I have short hair myself, and I've had many hairdressers over the years who have struggled to create the look I want. But Tran has an incredible eye for the nuances of short hair, and she always manages to create a style that is flattering and easy to maintain.

In addition to her skills with short hair, Tran is also a true master of highlights. She has an incredible sense of how to create depth and dimension with color, and she always takes the time to really understand what I want from my highlights. The end result is always stunning, and I've never been happier with my hair color.

Overall, I can't recommend Tran highly enough - especially if you have short hair or are looking for a talented colorist. She is truly one of the best in the business, and I feel so lucky to have found her!

I took my daughter for the hair cut and blow dry. I donot think they understand what kind of haircut we want and they do whatever they know and after it’s done, she showed me if this is okay but it’s already been done. I was disappointed. The blow dry also she did not do it properly, just straight with no round brush. What a waste of money and now time because I need to wait until the hair are grown again and I can take her to the salon where they know what the customer wants and ask if they do not understand. I would never go there for my hair.

I went for a hair cut no blow drying or wash she charged me $75 in my opinion it was very expensive hair cut - I won’t go back.

I would first like to say that this is my all time favorite hair salon. This is the only salon that I will go to. I live about an hour and a half away and it is totally work the hike to get to Truly Salon and Spa.

The salon has a great postive atmosphere. The place is very clean, new furniture and chic decor. The staff there are very professional and friendly. The last thing you need at a salon are people who dont understand your needs. When I first came to this salon, Tran took me in and completely understand my hair needs. My hair style and my colour is always the way I want it. I have been to many salons in the GTA and I have been fed up of having to find the right hairdresser. I am glad I found Tran, so now I dont have to show her a picture or tell her what I want. She just does it. I went from super picky and never being satisfied to a hairdresser that does whatever to my hair and it looks perfect!

All my family and friends come to this salon and they live even farther than me!

Needless to say, if you are one of those poeple who are hopping from one salon to the next, look no more! Give this place a try and you will see why I love it! 6 yrs later I’m still back at this place and still just as good or even better!

I have been seeing Tran on and off for over 13+ years (on and off due to me moving away, and back again). I followed her from a salon in Mississauga to her own salon in Burlington, and I have had the pleasure of watching her grow her own business.
Tran works harder than any stylist I have ever seen, she does her best to make sure her clients are taken care of and happy! If there has ever been an issue, Tran makes sure it fixed swiftly - she never wants anyone to be unhappy. The team she has working with her also work very hard and customer satisfaction and happiness are what is most important to Truly Salon & Spa.

I wasn’t impressed with the service l received. First very hard to understand the person that answered the phone. I told her that l wanted a gel manicure and she said it was $35.00, when they finished with my nails it was $65.00 + tax and l shouldn’t have given a tip. The place and service isn’t worth that price. Though he charged me that price the gel was just on my nails and didn’t put any tips so it should have been a cheaper price, not even a proper manicure. I’ve paid this type of price at establishments that are luxury and take pride in want they do. For that type of money you would think l should be going to a spa not a mediocre establishment. For that price not even a massage on the hands or even oil or lotion after. Worst service that l ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment. They get good reviews but after the experience l had l don’t believe that they are getting these reviews, they have to be bogus.

Tran is so easy and accommodating. Always there with a smile. She uses great products and knows her craft very well. Everyone at the salon is nice.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and never had a bad experience. Even now that I live in downtown Toronto, I still come here for my haircuts!
