Exceptional customer service and team! My mom was visiting from Ottawa and she happened to run out of two different medications and different times during her stay. They called her pharmacy and arranged her for her medications immediately. It was a relief for us knowing we got her medications quickly and not to worry!

This pharmacy did a great job during Covid - offered customers a database to waitlist for first vaccine; made and kept smoothly executed appointments; kept us up-to-date on new health guidelines; offered another waitlist for the second vaccine, and offered me my second shot two months ahead of the original wait-date of 16 weeks. I'm very impressed, especially in light of what's happening in other public health areas in Ontario. Well done.

My experience was horrible. I would read all the bad reviews and see how the staff hate where they work.
There is zero education behind their training and they can only suggest products that a popular in the market but not suited to the needs of my mum.
Does anyone here have a science background and understand what they are saying or are they learning scripts?
After visiting the website, I noticed most of the staff on their website don't work there anymore? How many staff members have left this year?
I used to visit in the past and I worked with one lady for a while. She helped me order product and get funding through ODSP.she no longer works there and she was amazing. Now I don't want to come back. Everytime I come here there is a new staff member. Say a lot about the place.

On of the best pharmacies I've ever been to. The staff and pharmacists are all very friendly and helpful. Also, they almost always have what you need which is a huge relief when I sometimes need more specific medications. Thank you all for all your hard work.

I had an amazing conversation with a women on the phone on Saturday, October 2nd around 12: 45pm from this pharmacy. I wish I remembered her name. Rather than just indicating when the prescription was ready she had a 10 minute conversation with me about my son's symptoms and what was prescribed. I received a prescription from a walk in clinic over the telephone earlier that day for my 2 year old and she heard my concerns as I wasn't 100% comfortable giving them to my son just from the conversation I had with the walk in. She spent the time like a caring friend and gave her opinions on what to do at home. I left feeling SO HEARD and didnt feel like meds were just prescribed but an actual conversation was had on what's best for my son. I got to speak to my son's pediatrician today about what happened as he's closed on weekends and he was very happy with the advice she gave me. I am so happy I found this pharmacy. We needed a lift chair for Mom and when we encountered difficulties, James from the Adapt Homecare division went over and above to resolve everything. Sometimes it can be a little intimidating to get medical advice. There's a lot of unknowns and you are asking to a certain level strangers for input on very important decisions. Coming to Truscott IDA was one of the best decisions I have made for my personal health. The staff walk me through all options and truly take the time to make sure I am okay with my decision. I feel like I can genuinely trust the input and recommendations from the staff and that they are really acting in my best interest.

I have been a customer at this IDA from the very beginning and would never even consider changing Pharmacies. My experience over the years has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff are amazing and will always go the extra mile to make sure you get what is the very best for you. One of my cats KitKat had to loose her left eye because of glaucoma which was horrible but what was even more disturbing was that KitKat would have to get drops 3 times a day for the rest of her life in her right eye. When I told the pharmacist about KitKat, he told me that they would gladly fill KitKat's prescription for me. I was surprised to say the least but when he told me the cost I was stunned because I would be saving about $20.00 every time I filled the prescription. Like I said the Staff at the Truscott IDA will definitely go that extra mile to make your life better.

I received my Covid vaccine here. The staff were organized, professional, warm (even at a distance) and friendly. The store was spacious so we could distance well. The pharmacist seemed very caring and they offered clear and concise information. They made this a very positive experience!

I registered for the COVID vaccine with this pharmacy last week and within days I had an appointment booked. The pharmacist was prompt, seeing me right at my appointment time, and took the time to explain the procedure, address my concerns and how to handle side effects, if any. They made sure I was feeling fine before I left. Will definitely recommend to others.

Got my COVID-19 vaccine at the pharmacy. Fantastic service from the minute you step in till you leave. I made it 5 minutes before appointment per instructions from pharmacy. Waited for couple of minutes for person ahead of me and then it was my turn. I was out after 10 mins from taking the shot. Great staff and service.

Outstanding customer service received from the manager Peter Bovolaneas. I came in with my elderly aunt to purchase a few products for home safety. Not only was Peter very knowledgeable about home health and safety products, he was extremely caring and compassionate towards are needs and concerns. I visited Truscott IDA in search of a knee brace. A very satisfactory experience. I first spoke to the cashier, she was very helpful indeed and went out of her way to help me. The lady in the pharmacy took over and went beyond what l expected in to ensure l got the brace best suited to my needs. Also introduced me to other products l may need in futre. No preesur just downright excellent customer serve. I recommend most highly.
