I had new windows installed on my main floor and this company was amazing. Serg and his installers were very nice and professional. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up any mess from the installation. Serg’s customer service and communication was impeccable. They were also the lowest cost I was quoted. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to replacing windows and will also be contacting them when it’s time to replace my front door.

I recently had our windows done by Trust Build Windows and Doors. I had a large job, 13 windows and a patio door brick to brick install. I was told initially it would be a 2 day job, but it was completed within 1 day.
The installation team was very professional, took pride in their work, and cleaned up after the work was completed.
We are pleased with the new windows, service and most importantly the price.

After detailed search for contractor to have my work done, I did contact few company. So far, the most professional product presentation and quote, honest pricing and schedule of the work. They exceeded my expectations, doing an excellent job, at the fair price. When I began to inquire about replacing the windows in my home, in total I had 5 quotes from various companies. Not only did I receive exceptional and professional service from Sergio, but he offered me the best quality windows with the lowest pricing. I used this company on recommendation of a friend who used them the year before. Trust build did a big window replacement at her residence which included 19 +windows. The job at my place would be just as big so I needed to get a company in who knew what they were doing. I had previously contacted four other window companies. Leon was the gentleman who came to my home to do the initial measurements. He was a consumate professional. He emailed me the estimated when he said he would and followed up with all my questions prior to signing a contract to start the job. Leon gave me a potential start date for the job but made it clear that the date could change depending on manufactures completion of the windows. During this time, Leon followed up so I knew what was happening. I was never left to wonder about the status of the start date. Once the job was started, Leon was on site to make sure everything was going well. The crew who came to my home to install the windows was led by a gentleman named Slava. This guys has a work ethic like I have never seen before in a contractor. Slava called me to let me know when he was coming to my home and he and his team were always on time and respectful of my living space. The entire job was completed in three days. Once finished, Leon called to make sure I was happy with the job. I would highly recommend this company based on their customer service and quality of workmanship.

Excellent service and experience right from the beginning to end. I obtained 3 quotes prior to making my decision and Trust Build was the most cost efficient of the 3. Not one company came close to the expertise, thoroughness and patience of Leon at Trust Build in explaining the products, procedure and answering my questions. I had all the windows and two doors in my home replaced. The install was done by Slava and his quiet professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. He worked long hard hours to get it done with minimum disruption to our family life. I was very impressed with Leon’s after sales service as well. He was very responsive and attentive. I was so impressed with Leon, Slava and the whole team at Trust Build that I have referred other projects to them and will continue to do so.

As a side note, I had someone visit my home who, unknown to me at the time, had been the window business for over 40 years. Iliya was very patient and knowledgeable on the different window options. Specifically I wanted to maximize the rebates and also pick the right windows for the application. GTA is unique because a window needs to perform equally well in summer and winter. With many glass options and coatings, it can get confusing very fast! Vinyl Pro windows are very well made and the corner locking mechanism is a must especially for taller windows. I love the black exterior and it gave the house a refreshed look. I also got a custom sized vista patio door which was great. The measurements were very precise (surprisingly) so there was minimum gaps for the brick to brick installation. You can tell Slava knew what he was doing and his installation and workmanship was excellent. They replaced 12 windows and patio door with a 2 person crew all in one long day. They cleaned up and was respectful of my house. Price point was competitive with other quotes I received with the current inflated Pandemic pricing. I highly recommend Trust Build without hesitation!

After going through the process of scheduling a few companies to give us a quote on a complete window replacement, we decided to ultimately go with Trust Build. Alex D.showed up, and presented us with different options. He was very professional, and friendly. He answered all our questions with confidence and responded in a very timely manner. He recommended an Energy Advisor, and even the advisor was very friendly, and responds in a very prompt manner.

As for the install of the new windows, we cannot be more thrilled with the finished product. There is no draft coming from the windows anymore, and we even noticed how much the noise from outside has been reduced! They look fantastic.

I just add it a photo of a text from the owner back in Novmber 2021 last year telling me we scheduled the glass next week and i still haven't heard of them (today is April 7th 2022).

i ordered Entrance Door and 2 garage Doors over $12,000 and i told them in more then one place that i want matching windows (sand blast) and in they are last email where they request my order confirmation both pictures said sand blast which i will attach for you guys to see but i will remove my personal info only.after all that my garage doors came with clear glass which i will also attach photos of.when i called the sales rep he said i will call the company and get back to you so then he texted me saying sorry this is the company mistake and they will order the correct glass for you and that i should get it with in 3 to 4 weeks and when they come to replace it they will also fix the squeaking noise that my garage door had after they are installer left.after a while the installer came back lubricate the doors and i asked him what about the glass he said i don't know anything about that.so i contacted the company and the company said you have to talk to Alex which is not my sales guy so im guessing manager or owner and he said he will check with the sales guy and get back to me with in 3 days and after 2 weeks i texted him again and he said give me one day and now is been since August 28th 2021 so i called the sales rep that i purchased from and he said sorry but i don't work for the company anymore and he was willing to pay out of pocket for window tinting from home depot which is nice of him but that is not what i have ordered or paid for so i reach back again to Alex and he fully ignored me.now lets talk about quality.when you look at the doors you think wow BUT the main door around the trims of the glass now that is getting colder some white stuff started coming out which the installer left me a touch up at the times and told me that i will need it in my head i thought if it gets scratched or something but not manufacturer defect and the garage doors which should be 2 inch foam insulated i promise my garage is super cold now that my previse rutted wood doors with no insulation had better seal on them.far from good good from far
