If there was a lower rating I would be giving this place it. I was just in there with my dad and the old man who works there was nothing but rude with us anytime my dad asked a question. My dad asked if he knew what part would work for what he needed and the old guy kicked us out and he was cursing at dad. DO NOT GO HERE!

I hate writing bad reviews but this guy cant get away with his attitude after 3 years I stayed away from this place and, then went in and was hoping the owner wasn't there, and he was, it took one small question to rev this guy up and he kicked me out of the store, I was shocked, he should stay home and deal with web site stuff and let happy people work there.went to X-tream right after and spent over 300$ going back this weekend to grab more stuff

Nice place prices are fair.the staff are knowledgeable and are better than John's hobbies.by far a better hobby shop

Very welcoming store, found something I had been looking got and reasonably priced as well. Store clerk was very nice.

First time visiting. EXCELLENT selection of Tamiya paints. Definitely found my new local hobby shop.

If you buy an RC car there he will have all the Spare parts that you need for that vehicle really great stuff

Extremely rude swore at me because I had the wrong part and kicked me out of the store. I do not recommend going to this shop I truly recommend Xtreme hobbys and raceway really good service kind people and they won't harass you.

My autistic son went in and cut someone off when they were talking. My husband called to apologize. The next day, mu son went in to ask a question and potentially buy parts. He was thrown out of the store before he could ask saying with your attitude you can get lost. Talk about customer service and lack of empathy.

A locally owned hobby shop. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Great conversation over the phone and face to face. Store is adequately stocked. Prices are competitive. My girls are loving their new RTR Traxxas. What more can you ask for?

Their prices are way overpriced you can get all their stuff at other hobby shops a lot cheaper the staff is very well-informed but again their prices are just beyond the charts

Great place for model cars and RC me and my father have spent thousands here over the years, not sure what the bad reviews are about people saying the owner is rude? Ive been coming here for years and have never had an issue, leaving with the parts i need and good conversation.

Great service and fast shipping. They had no issues answering my questions and helping me understand how to install the items ordered. Will definitely shop here again.

One word: discrimination. That's the store's policy. I would give it zero stars - one star it too generous.

The owner has zero car for the customer and doesn't not want to help if you have an issue with the product he sell. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go

The proprietors are friendly, interested in their customers & ready to meet people's needs. They are knowledgeable & passionate about these hobbies.

Not a great experience went to get new motor for kids ride on car asked about the motor at the door to show me difference without me touching it or anything to make sure I'm getting the right size of motor and then tell s me no have a great day so i messaged politely asked about it to redew the order and take my chances buying one of the motors then ignores me and says no I cant have a great day so I just wasted time driving down here to get told i cant be serviced have full conversation as well not fake review

Every part you need is probably in there stock of major brands, just make sure you know what you need.

Great store. Best store in the GTA. They had EVERYTHING I needed for my traxxas trucks. Prices are in line with online if you factor in shipping costs.

The worst experience Have no knowledge about their own stock. Very poor customer relations. Twice have tried this business both times had to go somewhere else.

I have ordered parts a few times now. They call as soon as the parts came in. I find all the staff friendly and willing to help. Great selection of parts and vehicles. Thanks Terry

Not sure about all the negative reviews i've been there a few times and i've had no problem with anyone especially the woman there very helpfull. And found evrything i need for my Helis.

Trying to get my kids into R/C, which once was my hobby. Talked to lady at the front counter which was nice. The old guy that runs the place was already annoyed at the fact that my kids were there. He was picking at them everytime they were interested in something. I ask if he was much of a kid person. As he snapped back he asked me to leave. Not nice, not professional, rude. I will not be back or recommend this place to anyone.
I have been hearing that other people have experienced the same as we did.
Went to extreme R/C on simcoe st. And they welcomed my kids and let them try a demo model on their indoor track. Awesome place.

If there was a way to rate zero, or a negative integer that’s what this place would get. I have never had a more bizarre shopping experience in my life. The owner of the shop acted like I was bothering him by being there. He stated he wasn’t interested in any personal details (who the product was for, age etc) and actually said I was wasting his time. A complete jerk. I have no idea how he keeps in business-must be laundering money or something. There are plenty of other hobby shops around, where the staff realize that customers keep them in business! This is the kind of store that I’m happy to see Amazon put out of business for good.
