After reading the awesome reviews, I needed to experience it myself. Matcha Tea Latte was definitely delicious, creamy and made with almond milk. My friend had the chocolate cake which was delicious and enjoyed coffee with almond milk.
They had plenty of selection of sweets unfortunately they were not dairy free.

I've been eating the bruschetta bagel from here for years and it never fails to be exceptionally tasty! The lumpia is also great! I've tried a wide variety of their other food and drinks too and it almost always slaps! Big fan of this place, hope it sticks around for a long long time to come!

The Bistek (Filipino beef steak sauteed in onions) is soooo yummy too

Absolutely amazing little gem run by the kindest people. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade.

This unassuming lil shop has some of the most delicious drinks, with good quality tapioca and unique flavours.highly recommend the hong kong style milk tea!

I asked if they had a Brown Sugar Milk Tea drink (my go to boba order) and they made it for me even though it was not on the menu. Incredible workers. I love their energy! I also got the Ube Yema for the first time and it was delicious! Will highly recommend.

A fantastic bubble tea shop that offers a wide selection of food and drinks, it has the most friendly employees and good customer service.

The place is open pretty late at night and they have one of the best boba teas I have had! The ambience is casual and they have a pretty good range of desserts as well!

Went in last night and purchased a large grape smoothie — Paid $2 for watermelon popping boba I dod not receive and I paid with Cash, and they only gave me back $31, when it should have been $41. Brutal

I just went there tonight for the first time! Great, friendly staff and a wide range of food/drink. I got the passion fruit bubble tea with mango jelly. It was refreshing! My only complaint is that everything was sweet - I recommend asking for half sweet next time. Certainly will be back

Been here a few times now and have always been impressed with what I've ordered and with the service received.
There really is something for everyone here. I wanted something warm, parents wanted something cold and fiance wanted something in between. The portions were more than decent! My bowl of soup was filled to the brim and my parents' halo halo was served in a big bowl for easy sharing. I couldn't believe how much ice cream came with the affogato. We were already full but demolished it cause it was so good. I plan to try their meals one day; the table next to us ordered food and the bowls looked huge.

I will always support Filipino businesses but I try to be objective too. This place deserves all the business. If given the choice for tea, dessert, etc I will hands down opt to go here, just on value for money alone.

Teas are too sweet. It's a shame too because they do something special compared to every other bubble tea shop and brew the loose leaf tea base for every order. I got a Jasmine Dragon, but I couldn't taste any of the tea because it was overpowered by the sweetness.

I understand there's a market for the sweeter teas, but for the loose leaf tea series, I would recommend they only offer it with extremely low sugar options and let the tea itself give most of the flavor.

The female staff member who helped us today was super nice; she was explaining the different drinks and giving good suggestions! Very friendly.

The drinks themselves tasted great - the mango & halo halo were very flavourful.

On the expensive end, though. That’s the only caveat.

Been here two times for bubble tea, and while i usually keep my orders simple, the flavour says otherwise, it is so delicious.the spot itself is so warm and welcoming, too; it almost hurts to walk away from it! I think the same person has served me both times and they are just the sweetest.can't wait to go back, i'd like to try some food too?

Definitely exceeded expectations. Drinks are even better than big chain bubble tea stores. Also tried their cassava cake and it was the best one I've had in years! Would definitely come here everyday if I could!

Love the selection of teas they have, but also if you have the chance try their food and desserts

Yummy vegan options and huge selection.tsaa tea shop always has my back late night.the vegan menu is very extensive which is awesome.i got the strawberry bubble tea, coconut creamy cupcake and blueberry scone.all vegan.the tea was very good and fruity, and large size.the cupcake was insane and probably my favourite thing.the cake was soft and moist and the coconut frosting was so rich and flavourful.blueberry scone was decently delicious as well.

First time I came here the drink I got was realllllly good and the service was very nice and friendly… second time was a different experience, the drink wasn’t good. I think the girl boiled the milk instead of just steaming it which made the drink taste terrible.

I was looking for a coffee shop to sit down and get some work done for a couple of hours, and the cute teapots on the window of this shop caught my attention. I was very pleasantly surprised that they sold Filipino food, so of course I bought an order of their turon. This is hands down the best turon I've had in a while: warm, crispy, not overly sweet, and with lanka (jackfruit)! Their americano and peach bubble tea (no bubbles for me) were excellent. I am def coming back here to try other Filipino food and espresso drinks. The staff are very friendly and quick with their orders. Also, it's a great place to sit and get some work done!

Craving for Halo Halo middle of the night, it was so worth it. Best Halo Halo I had so far.
