Great place to bring your car for service. They gave me an upfront price, and there wasn't any upsell. They serviced only what was needed. The price is half what a dealer would charge.

Found this place from searching through forums for my Audi. I also highly recommmend this shop now. Tam was very friendly and honest about what my car needed, although I thought my car needed a lot of work, he checked out my car and said the other items I pointed out was not due until later. I brought my wife's Lexus in the next day and also received great and timely service at fair prices.

I chose T&T for a tire change based on the phenomenal reviews I read online, and I'm so glad I did. I was seen right away, and within 15 minutes got a call to tell me the tires I had asked them to put on the car were in very bad condition. They asked me to come into the shop and said they'd put the tires on if I wanted, but they recommended very strongly that I keep my current tires on. They pointed out defects and wear that would almost certainly have caused a blowout on an upcoming long haul drive - something the people who changed my tires in the winter didn't bother to mention (the place rhymes with Shmanadian Shmire). I am so grateful this was brought to my attention, as I may not have noticed in time to prevent an accident had they not told me. The icing on the cake here is that the staff are very friendly and trustworthy. No one tried to sell or upsell me on anything, and they wouldn't even let me pay them for their time spent putting my car up and unwrapping/repackaging and reloading the old tires. I know that once I've got a new set of tires, I'll be bringing them to T&T to put on my car. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

Ever since finding this shop (using online reviews) a few years back, this has been my go-to place anything car related. They are very professional, knowledgeable and are honest, which is hard to find these days. They will not do unnecessary repairs just to make a few more bucks. Cannot recommend them enough.

I first found this shop on a Reddit thread recommending good mechanics in the GTA. I gave T&T a shot and have been a regular customer since 2019 and it is the first shop I recommend to any family and friends who need a mechanic. In fact, I live in Upstate New York and wait until a weekend I am coming up to get any car work done by T&T.

Trustworthy shop that goes the extra mile for their customers. Just yesterday (Saturday), my new car's parking brake needed to be fixed. It was a big job and time consuming but Tam stayed past closing to make sure my car was good to go in time for my work south of the border on Monday.

Oil, spark plug, transmission fluid, brake pads, timing belt, anything needed for my car I have always trusted the people here! Scotty says to find a good mechanic and here you go. They do amazing work and are honest about where I can save money. Highly recommended!

Even though they are far from where I live this is the only mechanic I work with.

I would recommend his service, he seems honest, I especially like dealing with the mechanic that is doing the work, dealership put you in a waiting room - not know what is going on. And his rate is reasonable.

Went here due to the good reviews - wasn’t disappointed. I’m always apprehensive about sketchy mechanics, but T&T seems to be the real deal so far.

Got an oil change which was an easy in and out, later came back for an oil reservoir replacement. The team was informative, patient and transparent. Walked me into the repair bays to point out and explain the problems in great detail, even ordered some additives for me because so I didn’t have to go find them and laid it all out with a quote before any repairs took place to get the “ok”. Also, they have pet rabbits and daytime soaps going.

It’s out of the way for me, but I’ll be going back 100%.

Awesome service, been coming to this shop for all my services for years now even though I live quite a bit distance away. I’ve had engine problems, brakes, and regular maintenance done here and it feels like their prices are a lot better than other Mississauga and Toronto independent shops I been to. Do not take your vehicle for inspection at this shop. They will try to show knowledge about body and engine. Only take it to the dealership. These guys are fake. Later I will explain more details.

I looked around for high reviews, and found theses guys. Tam installed my coilovers for my accord, and did an amazing job. He even offered me a free adjustment after 2 weeks to make sure all was well. Highly recommended this shop.

A simple stud and bearing replacement manifested in several electrical issues while the car was being worked on. A rental and the service was provided free of charge until unforeseen issues were resolved. Best customer experience of any commercial service I've ever came across.

Quick and very friendly service! Got brakes replaced on my Audi in 2 hours, and I can work in their very nice place (they even have a movie on) while I wait. Very clean and everybody wear a mask so I felt safe. Very reasonable price too. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a good mechanic online and came across T and T auto, going by the reviews I decided to walk in-my RX350 had a faulty alternator I am glad I did. They replaced it and fixed my windows which has also stopped working. My car feels good I am very pleased. They worked on my car while I waited in a very clean, comfortable wait area watching Netflix.thank you so much for the great service.

My brother recommended me this place and low and behold I cam out as a very satisfied customer. I brought in my mazda for Oil change, coolant change, transmission flush, brake service and Tire rim sway (winter to summer). Tam did not even charge me for the tire swap because he did the brake service for me. I found him very fair. You have mine and my family business. I recommend it!

Clean shop, super honest people. For my 20 years old Subaru plagued with problems they quoted me a reasonable price. When I go back to pick up the car after all the work is done, the final price is not even half of what we agreed on. Because some of the work I asked them to do is not necessary, and some parts can be fixed rather than replaced. Come on people, if they keep doing this, they will only be moderately rich.lol

The first time I went to Tam I took my 370z. My car is lowered, but that is not the issue, the issue is those side skirts I have! Tam, being the professional he is, told me kindly that he does not put cars on the hoist with side splitters (cars that are lowered by a lot) due to a past incident (A false accusation by a previous customer). Though it was unfortunate for me, I still respected his professionalism and his honesty, so much that I told him I would bring my other cars back to him.

Today I took my Mercedes to Tam and he was happy to receive me the day I took my Z in. I went in for a oil change and a power steering fluid flush. Tam uses high quality oils (Motul, Liqui Moly and Eneos) and also uses the correct and high quality oil filters for your vehicle as well, not some cheap paper filter like my past mechanic did.

In my opinion, Tam has the BEST labor rate in the GTA and I have been to many shops. In addition, Tam and staff are friendly and always ready to answer any questions you have. I asked to see the old oil filter in the Benz to see if it was fleece or paper and he took me to the back to show me as per my request.

The waiting area has a t.v, chargers for you phones and of course Wi-Fi. In addition there is a mini fridge which houses some soft drinks and water in case you get thirsty.

I want to thank Tam and the staff at T&T auto for being welcoming, professional and carrying out quality work at a fair price. Now I know why they are rated so well here. I will be coming here and making reference to this shop for a long time to come. Hey Tam, Go Pats! Go Barca!

Finally found an honest and more importantly - a competent shop. Prices are very reasonable and great communication with the customer.

I have used T&T Auto the last 2 years for all our cars. Tam and his partners are honest and do a great job in servicing and repairing our cars. They give you straight-up common sense advice if something doesn't need fixing or has to be addressed by a body shop, etc. Their prices are competitive and they do the job within a reasonable time. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Very comfortable dealing with them and will not hesitate to recommend to others.

I take my Audi A4 to this shop after work and these guys are always able to rescue me! They work fast and the service you get is top-notch. You can tell that they love what they do and you can ask them for advice if you have any questions or concerns.:)

T&T auto is a great shop. I've been here on two occasions so far and have had a great experience both times.

The first time, I heard scratching from my brakes and took it in for a check up. I tried recreating the noise with Tam and was unable to do so. Tam didn't perform any further work on the car even though I indicated I wanted to check the breaks. Turns out he was right as the noise went away soon after.

The second time, I went in with AC issues and a rattling noise from my car. I was told by another mechanic that I needed to replace my muffler in order to get rid of the rattling noise. Tam took a look at it and fixed the noise by simply changing a bolt and saving me a couple hundred $$ in the process. Tam also identified the leak in the air conditioner and made the repairs without charging me.

Overall, the have a knowledgeable and honest team at T&T auto. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a new mechanic.
