Super clean and sizable Asian food market. Might not have the brands you're hoping for, but there are plenty from which to choose! Enjoy!

I busy nice green tea from here. It's Asian specialty store. I found staff friendly and helpful.the fresh vegetable section is really nice

Love this place, they need to open up more or at least one more around somewhere cause at certain times it gets pretty darn busy and at times products are out of stock and it takes a while for them to stock it back up or they just don't have it for days. So if you're looking for something that you need to buy make sure to go at a time that there isn't a lot of folks or go early in the day and that also goes with their dessert and hot foods area, things disappear quick. Overall though great place to buy asian products that you don't see anywhere at other stores, lots of unique things, decent dessert and good hot foods. Be warned though when you step in thinking you'll buy only a few things but only to come out with more than what you needed.

Decent place! The food court is open now if you have vaccination receipt, I love to go there for a hot traditional breakfast. Youtiao with free hot soy milk, yummy!

He was an expert but not in a discipline that anyone could fully appreciate. He knew how to hold the cone just right so that the soft server ice-cream fell into it at the precise angle to form a perfect cone each and every time. It had taken years to perfect and he could now do it without even putting any thought behind it. Nobody seemed to fully understand the beauty of this accomplishment except for the new worker who watched in amazement.

The headphones were on. They had been utilized on purpose. She could hear her mom yelling in the background, but couldn't make out exactly what the yelling was about. That was exactly why she had put them on. She knew her mom would enter her room at any minute, and she could pretend that she hadn't heard any of the previous yelling.

Waterloo location smaller than others. Quite expensive. Limited item selection. Did I say expensive.

Fantastic Asian grocery store. A lot of variety. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Was really hoping to find some char siu here though, but no luck.

Seems to cater to shoppers who don't know any better.prices are higher than my usual store in London.

It's always well stocked and can find what I need quickly. I enjoy visiting for my weekly stock up. And the staff are super helpful. Worth the visit if you like to cook with new products.

It was good.found what I was looking for & got out.there was a lot of people, but just went looking around a bit & lined up for the register.

Their Hot Food is hands down one of the best Chinese style food I've had in KW and so cheaply priced!
Their bakery is awesome too and I get the tayaki every single time I go there.

Covid: extremely clean and well maintained. Masks are enforced as well.

It was very crowded in Saturday afternoon. I was using the self-checkout and when I put the code number of the leeks it showed a different item on the screen. So I had to wait for the staff and mentioned I need help. However, the staff just pass by and on the way she shouted the code number to me. As I needed to cancel the wrong item first I asked her again to help me out. She said that she gave me the code number so I had to figure it out by myself because she is busy and went away. I was speechless of her rudeness. Was really disappointed of the bad customer service. More badly, I realized on the way home that she did not cancel the wrong item. So I paid extra 5.99 Dollars for the rude customer service.

Most items are over priced compare to other East Asian stores but they are super clean and well packaged. They have fresh seafood and ready made foods that you can quickly grab and go.

Wandered in to grab something quick for the barbecue and was blown away with this specialty grocery store.

There is a fantastic selection of produce, meats, dry goods, deli, seafood, and a take out meal offering that completes with an wonderful Asian flare.

The best part is the price point on most items is ultra competitive.

Highly recommend.

This is a nice little supermarket that's usually bustling with activity. It carries a decent range of east and southeast Asian products and fresh produce. The staff are helpful and friendly and you'll almost certainly be able to find help in Cantonese and Mandarin (English of course, as well) if needed. Some produce sells out quickly, so if you're making a drive, the staff encourage you to call ahead to check first. I visit T&T weekly for everything from galangal root to shaoxing cooking wine, green tea mochi or a solid wok.

Very well stocked. Huge selection of live seafood. Unique offerings not available elsewhere in KW. Staff is not very helpful, only the 3rd person I found could help. However that's the reality of going to an authentic Asian supermarket so I'm still giving 5 stars.
