Lake of security and indifferent employees.
I was threatened and verbally abused by an Asian male who is physically stronger than me, close to the cashier, in the store. Not one TNT employee came up and helped me. One was even very close to us, and he was just standing there and watching. I won’t go to TNT again. You can’t choose your customers but you can choose to protect the customers who need help. You failed and I’m very disappointed.

I like to come here, because is very convenient Easy to commute, I can get my groceries done while I also able to go another shopping. There are many choices of veggies and fruits, fresh seafood also asian products. The customer service are nice and helpful.

Lots of fun and a good place for fruit and vegetables. Many items you don't see anywhere else.

I have been longing for this location, and it finally opens! It has everything I need. This location seems always busy, and I am amazed by how neat and tidy clean they maintained for this location.

The cleanliness here is exceptional; they maintain spotless entrances, floors, fridges, shelves, and displays.

Their produce section is a gem, always brimming with fresh and diverse options.

The bakery section offers a delightful array of freshly baked goods, ensuring there's something for everyone.

The seafood and meat sections are not only well-stocked but also exceptionally clean, giving me confidence in the quality of their products.

The grocery section seems to have an endless variety of items, making it a one-stop-shop for all my needs.

The well-lit store creates a pleasant shopping atmosphere.

Lastly, their convenient self-checkout makes the whole process even more efficient.

I highly recommend T & T Supermarket for a top-notch shopping experience!

The new location is huge! A lot of space, a lot of products and a lot of people

Love the fact that there’s many items that I have not seen at other locations. They also have a street food takeout stall on the outside of the supermarket facing the mall

They still have the hot food section tucked into a corner, which I think should have a better lineup coordination as it can get confusing between the dim sum and bbq counter

The bakery selection was quite good and everything looked fresh. Didn’t get a chance to look at the produce section but everything else was very well kept, including the seafood / meat section

Even when it’s busy, they are sweeping the floor and saw someone trying to keep the floors nice and shiny with a dust mop

The checkout looks confusing at first, but once you are in it, it’s actually pretty streamlined. The self checkout has a path leading there that is stocked with items that really tempt you as you’re walking. They thought this part out as, if potentially the lineups are long, you don’t feel bored waiting as there’s so much to see, touch, feel

Will totally come back here for some nice snacks when I’m in the area

T&T finally opened on May 18th, 2023 in Fairview mall. It is within walking distance to the TTC subway station. So one can shop and go straight into the subway system. They offer free ice bags at the seafood counter for your trip home.

On opening day, this store we’re giving out gift cards and souvenirs. There was a line up around the back of the building. I saw it all over internet. I decided to go once the crowd settled in June 2023. Space is a premium, so aisles are narrow and tall. They have similar items in other T&T locations, but don’t expect them to have everything. For sure they have your everyday staples: produce, seafood, meat, dairy, frozen aisles, BBQ, prepared foods, bakery, and Asian beauty products.

There is ample parking. It’s a mini version of a full fledged store. What’s new is there is a street eats counter right outside the store with tables and chairs within reach. Another new thing is the Gifts section. One actually queue in this area if you are buying lottery, need someone in customer service or access the self checkout lines.

Can’t ask for anything more. You can window shop in the mall, eat, bank, and now pickup your groceries. Don’t forget your T&T rewards card and bring your reusable bags. If you don’t have one you can purchase reusable bags or sign up for a new T&T card.

Great new T&T location conveniently located inside Fairview Mall and steps away from Don Mills subway station! They manage to fit a full-sized T&T with all of the usual goodies into a compact footprint. Everything you love, including fresh Asian produce, a butcher, live seafood, Asian snacks, hot food, bakery, sushi, etc are all here. One unique feature of this location is a street food stall selling things like Tianjin crepes and popcorn chicken that is located facing the mall, so you can quickly grab and go a snack before catching your train without navigating within the crowded supermarket. Everything is very clean and organized and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially given how busy this location has been. All in all, a great new Asian grocery option in the area!

Perfect grocery store in Fairview mall. Although I have to wait in line every time I go, it doesn't matter that I am always having a good shopping experience. I think the T&T need open another little store in different mall. I love to order the food in this store. Yummy and offer a keenly priced. Also easy to get something else of my shopping list.

Visited the Fairview location today, and I was surprised by the neatness and layout of the store!

As soon as I entered, I went straight to the beauty. The selection of East-Asian Beauty products was amazing, just hoped they had more SPF products. The prices and deals were pretty good.

I also explored the hot/prepared food section and they also had a wide variety of prepackaged meals, hot foods, and sushi! The sushi tasted fresh and delicious.

They have a self-checkout section that does not accept cash. Love the variety, prices, and organization of the store! Will come again

I have always been a fan of T&T~ After the opening of T&T in Fairview Mall this time, I fell in love with T&T even more! Although the store is small, it feels very warm. The staff are very nice, although there are many people, but the queue is orderly. Checkout is also fast. Hope to add more variety to the snacks. Let my Chinese stomach be more satisfied! Hope to do better!

I love t&t but this location is way too cramped and why are people lining up for, theres so many locations in the gta

TNT always the first choice when we are shopping supermarket. So many choices, many Asian foods, snack and groceries. This one is big, clean and organize.

Got a mango cake from the bakery. It was beautiful looking, came in an amazing carrying box and they provided a plastic serving knife and candle. Great service as well.
The taste of the cake was pretty good, fruit tasted fresh & the filling was nice and light with cream and mango chunks. The cake felt a bit dry.
Overall would go back definitely.

This shop is cheater! They are challenging the law of Canada! I am now complaining then to the government! Human right now in this shop! This shop is a black shop! They never follow the laws of Canada! Whether it is food safety or human rights! Be careful when you enter the store! Avoid being framed! Or be forcibly pulled into the office! Otherwise, it would be miserable to be surrounded by a group of people! I called the police right here in this store! Do you dare to go in? This is how they treat the food staff! Do you dare to eat the food in this store?

A Metro or No Frills please.

The worker name Peggy working at the self checkout is weird and suspicious toward customer. I shopped there in the evening (July 3) and it became an unpleasant shopping experience after meeting her. When I wasn't even ready to cash out (finish loading all the goods to the counter), she immediately told me the code of the watermelon. I bought several other fruits like Lychee &cherries, and I knew all the codes of them as they are just on the bags. I didn't even have any problem or any pause when cashing them out. However, when she saw me just putting the cherries on the scale, AGAIN she told me the code of the cherries. And the whole time, she was standing next to me pretending that she was there guiding the customers to the counter. And I noticed that after I weighed every item, she went behind me then came back again standing beside me. Also, there was no need for her to instruct any customer to the machines, and whenever one was available, customers could just go there. After I finished paying and left, I immediately looked back from outside the store, I found she was NOT standing there anymore guiding the customers! Even though there was a line-up. So, most likely she was just there to watch me the whole time. I didn't do and wouldn't do anything suspicious, and I just happily went there to shop, but had to be treated like that.

I had a few other times at self checkout, but never had any problem with other staff. When I needed help, I would ask for it. Otherwise just keep silent and let me do my own thing unless you see something wrong. I don't mind you stand behind me to watch, but it was totally unnecessary to act so obvious and interrupted me multiple times. Never had any kind of this problem at any other Grocery store self check out. And I have found some T&T stores are very petty and suspicious towards customers due to some mean staff. Someone like Peggy need to learn some courtesy and don't judge others by your own character!

Love this supermarket. I go once a week, very clean lots of items to choose from definitely recommend

A large Chinese supermarket with mult-countries grocery in a shopping Center with various shops. Depends on the time of the day, parking is challenging. General prices are reasonable. Prices are good with weekly specials.

Just got back from T&T about one hour ago. I was very excited to see it because it’s a new store. I was told to go to cashier 7 and I only bought 5 items. I didn’t check the receipt until I was home. Turns out the cashier scanned one item two times (2@$5.99). If there’s a surveillance camera it will prove me right. It’s not a lot of money but this made my first experience at this new store a bad one.

The food was unappealing and not good tasting, especially considering it was expensive for what you got. Would not recommend for take away.

There are many varieties of groceries, and the staff are friendly, especially the sister at the cash register

Datonghua is really rubbish, the most expensive and the worst in the Chinese Super League, I wish it will be yellow soon

Waited a long time for it to open. Not disappointed! Clean, bright, and every employee is super nice! Will come every day!

Ordered and paid pop chicken this morning only to find out it is not ready and the staff can't even tell me when it would become available. Worse is that I have to go back and forth getting a refund. Why open your street-food department if over half your items are even ready. Should have a cashier next to the ordering machine. Never coming here for breakfast again, other TNT locations especially one at Warden and Steeles is alot better than this location.

The management is chaotic. Although the express channel with less than 5 items at the cash register is clearly separated from the ordinary cashier checkout channel, the management staff don't care if the express customer checks out more than 5 items, and they don't care if they take a whole car to check out. I don't understand why Spend a lot of effort to set up the express channel but do not manage it.bad experience
