The Asian Super League is the favorite place for Chinese people. You can always find the snacks that you miss most there.

The cooked food are often uncooked and the lines are always so long like u guys took off a lot of register for no reason when u guys clearly need them and the produce area is always so gross

I love this supermarket. So clean and lots of variety to choose from. Vegetables and fruits are fresh and inexpensive. I go there once a week.

TNT to me has always been good quality fair/decent pricing but this is straight up unacceptable. I know it's not their brand but for them to sell it to their customers like this feels like a scam. This is $15 on sale missing quarter of its portion in a box. Imagine paying full price which I think is close to $20 a box after taxes missing a quarter of the box. Your better off making the box smaller.having that section covered means you are trying to hide it.

Although I find that the quality of the prepared food has gone down they have a nice variety.
Produce is of great quality and a huge variety espe3if you're looking foe exotic produce.
Amazing fresh seafood and fish.
I love the fresh meats not so much the chicken.
Huge variety of Asian specialty items.
Impressive bakery. I absolutely love there coconut bread. Very unique baked goods.

I mostly just went there because they had some interesting and weird flavours of soda and chips

Let's use dim sum. The fried rice in the cooked food section today, when I bought it at home at night, it tasted rotten and was sold on it. I know it may be unintentional, but at least I can smell it when I wrap it.

Huge amount of exotic food you never see in other places. Prices are mostly affordable. A negative impression is the odor.

This T&T is a good one. Lots of options. The meat section is amazing, and they do have a section with butchers working, you can get the pieces of meat as per your choice. The bakery section and the hot food section is pretty awesome as well. Just the veggie section I feel a little expensive, maybe go to Walmart on the other side of the road for that.

Sisi, the cashier was so helpful and opened the lane for me to cash out a very important cake order, thank you for all your hard work!

Always clean and not a fragrant as some asian stores. Since Loblaws took over the operation of this store it did get rid of some asian items and put more North American items from Loblaws in the store. The quick self check is efficient and works well but I do not like the fact that it does cut jobs out. Why do these machines not take cash. There are ones that do. Walmart has them.

Treat employees horribly. They force employees to work while severely injured (injured due to bad store maintenance)! Plus, they force employees to sign contracts they can’t even read, and then completely disregard any health concerns they have. It’s sick. It’s inhumaine.

T&T超市的服务和管理应该是大多伦多比較好的级別，我也是这家超市的常客。 與市内的分店相比，我最喜欢的分店是位于钢铁和典狱长. 今天中午去了这家店，想买个名牌电子產品可惜的是售罄，所以 希望服务台的女员工帮我查一下市内哪些分店还有货。 女店员不厌其烦，连续联系了两, 三家门店。 她的做法很值得称點赞，結果并没有让我失望！发现旺市的大統华超市有货，于是赶到这家店的时候，店员的做法卻令人有点酸溜溜、首先電話中要求留货，遭拒绝！因为开车路途有半小时，害怕到店时銷售完畢就白跑一趟！然而电话预订座、定餐、订货在服務业内是大行其道的，为什么这里没有这种服务，（一頭霧水）？最終来前台说明來意，前台态度很冷淡漠，即使是一个普通而客气的称呼也很难说出口，是不是因为讀書時教师在基础教育中没有這教他們，或者这就是所谓的企业文化？ 虽然这不是什么大问题，員工的一言一行代表著公司的形象，甚至很难让客户有宾至如归的感觉！ 但是在这方面做出改进，仍然是一个加分项。 我希望一傢大型企業的分店加以改进，令其面貌焕然一新，不要令人失望！

The real service and management of T&T supermarket should be the top in Greater Toronto, and I am also a frequent customer of this supermarket. Compared with the branches in the city, my favorite branches are Steel and Warden. Went to this store at noon today and wanted to buy a brand-name electronic product because it was sold out. I hope that the female staff at the service desk can help me find out which branches in the city are still in stock. The staff took the trouble and contacted two or three stores in a row. Her approach is commendable and did not disappoint me! When I rushed to this store, I found that Datonghua Supermarket in Vaughan was in stock. The clerk’s approach was a bit sour, because I came to the front desk to explain what I wanted, and the front desk attitude was very cold. Even an ordinary and polite title is difficult to say. Is it because teachers have not gone through the education process in basic education, or is this the so-called corporate culture? Although this is not a big problem, but this also reflects the quality of employees, it may be difficult to make customers feel at home! But making improvements in this area is still a plus. I hope this branch can be improved!

I bought the package labeled 'red bean mochi' but it was mislabeled and there were peanuts inside. I have a moderate peanut allergy so this was horrible. Aside from potentially killing me, the store is quite nice and has a wide variety of good things at mostly decent prices.

Some items seem to be no longer available to the lower-middle class like sea cucumber. This is capitalism.

Edit: I think service has improved as I got what was labeled next time, so I'm raising the review from one up to three stars for now. Now, it sure would be nice if they sold Kaya spread.

May 2021 This T&T location is a decent size and in a centralized neighborhood lined with condominium towers nearby. Located within the mall and is the anchor store of the mall. This location has a South Asian area which most other T&Ts don't have. A good variety of groceries, fish, meat and bakery.

The Shrimp dim sum were perfect today! The shrimp wasn't over steamed. I stopped buying it for a while because it was mushy. Please keep it up! It's my favorite weekly breakfast. And the new sushi roll, with both raw and grilled salmon, was good too. I usually don't buy the sushi here but this one was pretty good.

Love this store! However, now that there's covid, safety measures are not being done. Unlike Walmart, Costco, No Frills and other grocery stores, TNT DOES NOT SANITIZE the cashier area AFTER EVERY CUSTOMER (both self check out and cashier counters). Twice I used the self checkout there and the register scanning and bagging areas still had watery/ sticky residue from previous customers items. Other than that, the staff here are knowledgeable and very helpful. And the store is bright and easy to browse through.

Fairly clean inside, some of the aisles are small and cramped. Wide selection of imported drinks if you want something different from the usual fizzies. I would make the journey again.

April 4 Update. Much improved experience on the 2nd day of phase3 shutdown in Ontario as the busy shopping weekend continues here. Even though the place was busy with a surprisingly wide array of patrons, the shopping and check out experience was better. So kudos to management for acting appropriately to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Shelves are well stocked, plenty of staff on site, clean and easy to navigate. Much improved checkout, efficient and clean, so that's another plus. Good job!

Covid19 review: In a word. Terrible. Went during the day in a non-busy period.
Express lane has been closed since covid came to town, automated self-serve kiosks don't take cash, your only option for buying a handful of bean sprouts is to stand in a long slow moving line to the cashiers. To make matters worse it was training day, which in and of itself is a fine activity for the store. But when you have only two lines open, and both of them are trainees, and the only person with enough experience to know how to properly operate the equipment is busy supervising the self checkouts then the result is customers who are waiting too long for nothing to happen. Everyone has this covid shopping figured out, so no nonsense excuses about it. This was a bad experience because management hasn't properly staffed the store. Can't blame the trainee for not knowing how, that's what training is for. Can't blame the supervisor, she can't be in two places at once. Nope this failure falls squarely in the lap of management. Maybe if I have an hour to stand around doing nothing, I'll use it to stand in the long and very slow moving checkout lines at T&T. Great job Weston! Your subsidiaries are working hard to support your efforts.

Great verity of products especially from Asia and fair prices.
The automatic paying station are not user friendly though. We had to get assistance 3 times for a short shopping list, and the machine kept asking to put the product in the bagging area which makes no sense as it was completely full. Definitely opportunity for improvement.

Driving by and we needed some fish for bbq and went into this t and t on promenade. Got some fresh Tilapia fish, but it did not taste the same as Tilapia from any other stores and some parts had really horrible after-taste, even during bbqing. Fish was clearly mislabeled, even though it was one of the cheapest. In addition to that, the aftertaste was perhaps (based on some friends) may have been due to peptides used by the fish producers. The inside of one of the fish was GREEN! We tried to wash it off, but could not. Again, never seen it before. So, some kind of pesticide/chemically treated fish, that perhaps came from fish farms from China. I don't usually shop at T&T due to questionable quality and this was the last time for us.

Veggies are fresh and they are displayed nicely. The staff keeps the store very clean and neat. This T&T location is very easy to access & navigate.

This place has a wide selection of East Asian food. The seafood section is simply amazing (´ `) ﾉ

I did not have any staff interaction this time but I noticed that a fellow shopper was asking a staff member a question. The customer asked something and the staff pointed to an item in the freezer. The customer had another question to clarify but by then the staff was answering but also mumbling the answer while walking away. This left the customer dumbfounded and without a clear answer to their question. To me, T&T isn’t known for the same type and level of service as you would find in a Caucasian supermarket, especially for non Cantonese and mandarin speakers.

When entering the site from the mall there’s the prepared food section and there are premade drinks on a bed of ice. I noticed a drink that I haven’t seen before, tofu pudding with tapioca pearls. Normally this dessert, minus the pearls, is eaten with a spoon from a bowl. My question is: are you supposed to use a bubble tea straw for this drink or a spoon?

While browsing I noticed that there were packages of boneless chicken feet and baby pork uteruses. I’ve never seen these before at any other T&T’s.

1) Fish, Meats and Poultry are NOT FRESH.
2) Customer Service ZERO
3) Had left back an item, spoke to MANAGER very next day, She claims to have viewed the CCTV and says we did take our item.
When we asked to see the footage on CCTV our selves. She said you will have to get the POLICE INVOLVED.

For a $45 item, she wants me to get the police involved? TnT that's a HORRIBLE policy. The police have nothing better to do than track down a missing item?

I dropped the matter, they can have the item. Because I clearly paid for it and the lady that bags items didn't put it in. Period.

Pathetic customer service, manager should be fired, she doesn't even know how to talk.

Ps: TNT doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Wow what happend to this store its very dirty. I see new staff everyday, management is very poor.

Do not buy the onigiri here. The staff wrapped them horribly (the red tag you’re supposed to pull to open it was not on the outside and so we had to switch that onigiri for another) and there is no filling. Bought a spicy salmon and unagi onigiri only to find them just flavoured balls of rice without ANY filling whatsoever.

The vegetables were not very fresh before, but now it's much better, there r many choices of snacks, staff are friendly.one star is for hoping that they will maintain the quality and freshness of the food.

Amazing selection and quantity. Like a small Asian grocery on crack. This place makes me want to move to Canada.

I really enjoy this time because they have a large variety of items that you can purchase. The only reason that I'm giving a four star review rather than a five star, is because some of the staff that serve food, are less than hospitable and put less food in packages for people who are not Asian. Or at least gag was my experience. Which was off-putting. But I hope to see this improved upon. Overall it is a nice place too shop at.

Although Loblaw bought T&T It's still the place to go for good Chinese imported selection and comparable value. I would have given them 5 stars except for the fact that they didn't have oatmeal RAISIN cookies. Staff states that they will have raisin cookies tomorrow but this was not the case. Then it's this afternoon but still a lie. To me they had the best oatmeal raisin cookies at a great price. Amen

Located inside the promenade mall prices are inecpensive.selling fresh produce and quality meat too.a lot of southeast asian products to choose.

I really like t and t. They have a massive selection of Asian and international food, and an impressive produce section. There's really good prepared Chinese food and sushi, to be eaten there or taken home. The prices are reasonable, but not cheap and if you're shopping for value this isn't your first choice. What i love most is watching all kinds of people from all kinds of cultures shopping and eating together. This supermarket makes me feel like a global citizen!

Great selection of fresh produce. Well stocked shelves with terrific variety of products. Popularly priced.

Decently priced food items. Cafeteria serves ready made food. Come at 8pm and you get some of it for half price.

The meet is usually smelly. The fish is stinky even the so called live water fish has a strong smell of disinfect water. Also everything is usually over priced. There is no information centre. Only a cashier part timely camouflaged as information. The only thing that can’t find from other stores may be some Asian cookies. I shopped there for almost two years and finally decided not not go there any more because I find much better replacements stores for vegetables, meets and fishes.

Love this place. It's near my sister in law's house and we always make a stop here when we visit to stock up on various Asian and esp Korean supplies so we can cook at home. We live in Argentina where there's not much Asian food so it's a total treat to bring things from T&T.

The cream of the crop. Expensive but well worth the quality and selection. Always a delight when I come here, but definitely a dent in my wallet!

Great location adjacent to Hillcrest Mall and attached to Promonade Mall. Makes it more convenient to get multiple things done. Fresh produce and meats/seafood department. Gets pretty crowded at the parking lot during weekend but management. Big grocery store overall.
