T&T Supermarket

Clean and they have good variety of food from different Asian countries, but their price are usually higher than other Asian super markets.

A typical T&T. I don't like the design of the entrance/exit during winter because it makes the indoor area cold. And I definitely don't like the parking lot because it is always very busy. They have self checkouts but the area is very small and shoppers are back to back and side by side. Also, variety of products are getting more and more limited, if you want to explore other brands, visit somewhere else.

Not bad. The staff are very responsible, but many customers are too picky. If you are not satisfied with regular Chinese supermarkets like T&T, you can choose to go to Western supermarkets. It doesn't matter. You don't need to blackmail this store if you are just personally dissatisfied.

The shopping environment is very good, but the prices are getting more and more expensive. I haven't been there for half a year, and I don't want to go there now.

Great grocery store to get all you need. Good service especially from the seafood department. The people from the meat counter are much less friendly and helpful. When you ask them which one is less fatty, their default answer is "you pick". Place gets very very busy on weekends.

We came on a Sunday morning after breakfast before it started to get busy from the weekend grocery rush. Store looked clean and well-faced. The young man who rang us out at the cash was extremely pleasant and gave our kid a T&T balloon!

I like shopping here if we are craving for quick Asian food. Discounted hot foods few hours before closing time. But sometimes product we are looking for are sold out or not available.

Very helpful staff and kept very clean and many staffa asinine the duties of cleaning an sanitizing wherever deemed necessary.

I went to T&T supermarket at Woodbine and 16th Ave, Markham on Saturday evening (November 13,2021) from about 9: 30 pm to 11 pm, the customer service was terrible. About 10: 55 pm, a male Chinese employee (with dark skin) was so rude and said loudly to me in Cantonese that "You did not hear that (the announcement), we are closing". His manner is so bad. One will expect an T&T employee to say "Excuse me (or Sorry), we are closing. " to a customer. It was a very frustrating and upsetting experience. His behavior is totally unacceptable.

This T&T is a bit more dated but hasn't lost its charms. Well maintained, a very wide variety of goods, fair prices (although definitely higher now than when it was independent, even accounting for inflation). Fine prepared food as well.

Lots of fruits and vegetables. Good inventory. They sell various fresh and frozen meats, and fresh and frozen fish. I just wish they'd slice the Pork Belly (won't do it) so you can fry it. They mainly focus on Chinese products.not a good selection of Korean or Japanese products (better off going to Galleria or Pat's market, or J-Town). Very clean and we'll organized. Prices aren't as cheap as many of the other Chinese groceries. I used to like their Take-out food, but they started charging by weight.would be nicer to know how much it will cost, rather than trying to figure out how many grams you have. Duh!? Pretty good selection of sushi. Dim Sum is ok, but not nearly as tasty as going to a restaurant.

First visit to this location, but a friend of T&T going way back. Pandemic shopping on an uber-busy Friday afternoon was made seamless by a team of gracious store associates who escorted me to every aisle and self checkout. #markhamstandup

T&T supermarket is a chain business that own by another company which own multiple big name grocery store.
This location is selling everything pretty much the same as any other T&T supermarket in Ontario. However, most of their products sell price is a bit higher in compare to other T&T supermarket.
This is something that really alloying.
Selection of vegetables and fruits are good but quality is just ok.
They have live fish, fresh meat section that staffs are usually very friendly and willing to help.
They do have a kitchen for hot food and Chinese BBQ.
A bakery is here for fresh baked Chinese style buns. You can get a custom cake or ready to go cake for a birthday party or any gathering.
Parking on the weekends can be difficult.

I went to the one on 16th and Woodbine. Checking out was chaotic as they changed to mostly self check out with only a few with cashiers. The lineup was VERY long, couldn't see the end, so people were confused.

Good selection of stuff.

Long lineup to pay, and the longer the people wait in line, the shorter the spacing between customers becomes. No control personnel to stop this bunching up.

Luckily, other T&T's carry similar products with less people.

Really good supermarket for fresh produce and incredible choice of goods, Asian and North American. Awesome Chinese pastry section and well organized too. Seemed a bit crowded for covid times but everyone wore their masks. Would definitely shop there again as prices seemed very competitive.

Great selection of products and items but many items overpriced and expensive compared to their parent company - LobLaw such as Superstore and No Frills.

Typical Asian food offerings. Aisles are kind of narrow. But service personnel seemed friendly. Place was clean. Plentiful parking. No complaints.

Finally found a perfect timing to shop with fewer people during weekend! Here seems to have more variety of products & they really have what I want:) The only thing I feel can be improved is that I’m not too sure why the meats I bought seem not that fresh: ( (compare to what I used to have in Mississauga location), probably because of the weather getting hot? Overall the experience is really good. They really have a lot of ready-to-serve food & bakery. Loved it!

It seems this aging supermarket located in the Cachet Centre at Woodbine Ave and 16th Ave is busy and the parking lot is almost full most of the time.

There is a large fruits and vegetables department here as well as the standard bakery, seafood, meats, housewares, dairy, etc.

You can also buy a large assortment of hot prepared meals plus bbq meats for take out.

I can say that this store is very clean and the product displays are amazingly organized and appealing! Overall product prices are competitive with most Asian grocery chains.

Checkout was efficient even with social distancing measures.

The cashier was very friendly and thanked us; quite surprising and unusual!

I frequent this supermarket a lot. I always thought the products here were of good quality, and I buy a lot of their T&T branded frozen sausages, but one night when I cooked some, I found a staple in the sausage. I could not believe such a terrible quality control violation could happen like this. This staple could have seriously hurt a member of my family, and I am so disappointed. I reached out to T&T about this issue 2 days ago, and they have ignored my complaint, so I am putting it out here. Be careful when buying T&T branded products. You do not know what you will get!

Very fast experience. Went at about 6 30 pm and walked right in and was asked to use hand sanitizer when I didn't. Walked straight to the aisles and found the very very affordable 400g of curry paste that are much more economical than the smaller packets. It's like double the price but 8x more volume. AroyD is the brand! Got green red and yellow curry paste. The self checkout line was clean and was fast AF.the machine was in my top 2 of self checkout machines.

Asian grocery store that carries a lot of your grocery needs. Large selection on produce and seafood items. The food takeaway is awesome.

The best part is the cashier, but the rest are not too impressed. The staffs at dim sum and raw meat department are mostly Mandarin, and being very rude if u don't speak their language. This is Canada, I assume English is the official language.

Hardly anyone speaks English. I think this is disgusting as we are in Canada. They should only hire bilingual staff. Also, the prices are really high.

Got charged for an extra $3.49 dimsum again! Bought only 2 combos and 1@$3.29, but saw that cashier charged 3 combos and 1 single!

Expensive. Is there anyway to minimize the odor by the fish area.also is it humane to have ao many live fish in the tank?

My wife wanted to get some Chinese vegetables but didn't because they weren't as good as she wanted and were more expensive than she was willing to pay. We did find other products that were good and not too expensive.

Staffs are nice here and always customer first. Store is a little small and when it is weekend it is hard to find a parking space.

This TNT has a very good home ready and prep food. Staff is nice and they will help anyone especially when it comes trying different foods.

First visit today, and I have to say 'very clean, fresh produce and the staff was helpful'. Wide array of Asian products; I was able to find all items on my grocery list and more. I was really amazed by the freshness and the taste of their sushi; it was just amazing wish I'd pickup more. Bought some bakery items as well and they were also freshly baked and very delicious. I was really impressed and I would definitely go back the next time I'm in that part of town.

Wide selection of seafood, both fresh and frozen. Produce prices are a bit higher than Food Basics.more in line with Sobeys I'd say. Generally kept clean and staff try to be helpful

If you are looking for cakes you see and buy in other countries they have them here as well. Make sure you buy and go straight to your location as the fluffy cream icing cakes are prone to melt if left in the car in warm weather.

They have a good selection of everything from groceries, produce, baked goods & lots of hot serve dishes for take-out. Sushi, dumplings, sweet & sour pork. Clean & ready made food is a 7/10. Parking is great, no problems.

Prepared food is awesome, hot and delicious. Groceries from China, Japan, Korea, and Phillipines. Some beauty items and housewares. Prices are a bit higher than other Asian grocery stores, but worth it for the huge selection.

Pretty awesome. It has dishes and Asian snacks you dont usually find in places like oceans or nations. I found a snack here called lays wavy chips crab flavour. I recommend everyone to try this chip flavour. I have tried searching for this at many other Asian stores but could not find it. Only thing is expect it to be a little grumpier than your "Nations" store

This t&t carries more items than the one near me, and I think the fresh foods are better because of huge turnover every day, the cons are limited parking due to many customers

If you like fresh and high quality vegetables, fruits, seafood, poultry and meat shop, no other supermarket can be better than this.they have tons of varieties in every grocery selection. They also offer organic groceries if you have organic hype like me lol. Their fresh prepared meal also good choice if you want to skip cooking for a day. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. In comparison to other chinese grocery store, i found T&T products are much fresh and good quality. That is the reason they are always super busy.but no worries their cashiers are pretty fast and customer oriented.

Everything you need for Asian groceries under one roof! Bakery here is really great too, try the white forest cake (white chocolate version of Black Forest cake)!
