Reading the negative reviews I was hesitant to visit this store but I decided to go and I had a very pleasant experience. I called beforehand to make sure they had what I needed. They were friendly and helpful, they have a wide selection of glazes and tools and everything is tidy and well organized. I will come back:).

The worst customer service and rude staff that I’ve experienced! I regularly go to this shop because it’s closer to me to compare to the other suppliers and always has confronted with a lady with bad behaviour and lazy!

I’ve made a few online purchases from Tuckers and typically have a positive experience. However shipping often takes a while. This time it has taken 13 business days, and although email responses are very quick I did not get an apology or proactive acknowledgment that my order was going to be delayed.

Great selection - amazing service both in-person and online. I also contacted them with questions about my kiln - very knowledgeable and helpful even when I asked a lot of questions. Tuckers is now my go- to place for all my pottery needs!

Just ordered a slab roller for my wife for Christmas. I was worried about delivery being in time for Christmas.
My order was placed on a Friday and delivered the following Wednesday to northern Ontario!

Tucker’s has the best customer service! When the clay I ordered was out of stock, they called and left a message ahead of my pickup so I could choose an alternative. When I went to pick up my order and a few extra items, they subtracted the price difference of the clays from my bill without me even asking, and helped me carry the clay to my car. Thank you!

The last several years the store staff has been terrible, I’m hoping next time I’m there they’ll have learned a bit about customer service

If you’re a potter, Tuckers has everything you need! Be sure to order a week in advance for deliveries. The Tucker’s line of stoneware clay is my fave.

Tucker's was recommended to me by a friend who was impressed by their service. When I was looking for a wheel, I contacted them and was not only pleasantly surprised by a prompt reply but also an offer to help with the assessment of an older wheel on an ad that I was considering purchasing. Clearly, such professionalism goes beyond the goal of simply garnering sales. Customer service is obviously at the forefront with Tucker's. I'm not even a resident of Ontario. Lots of stock for potters. While some on here state they have had bad service, my son's experince was frustrating for him, but once i emailed them to address the concern they responded quickly and explained thier side. Confusion and bad days happen, thank you Tuckers for taking the time to respond in a very professional manner.

I always have frustrating experiences with the staff. Was told while visiting that 'most customers were true potters and use their website' as if to say going there was a waste of time. Try using the website like they suggested and it's very slow and challening.
Has that typical Toronto business attitude you see commonly where 'their too good and important' for your time and convenience let alone money.

Price matched PSH for me. Shipped on the same day that i called to advise on when package was sent for delivery (only a couple hours after payment was sent). Bricks were individually wrapped in bubble wrap, none were severely damaged except for a single brick out of 12 that had a fracture midpoint on the 9" side (still, however, retains full strength at the top of my forge while hot). Very pleased with tuckers. Easy to talk to customer service, and also very helpful. Will be ordering again!

Note: bought the soft insulating firebrick from tuckers for a upgrade from the hard refractory brick bought from arnt's. Forge now gets to temperature in a fraction of the time when compared to the hard fire bricks, and therefore burn less propane though my burner to keep the piece up to working temp, and can work the piece more frequently due to the high rate in which it heats up with the ifb.
