Walked in with my husband, baby and instantly felt like a criminal. Guy pointed at us and then another woman to keep her eyes on us. Spent $400 in Yeti stuff because we needed it for Christmas but definitely didn’t feel like buying from them after that treatment.

Great little store with almost everything you need and would want from a hardware store. There's plenty of parking as well.

Has everything you could need in a hardware store. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. A real asset to Wortley Village.

I bought a baby gate and I found that some of the screws were missing. Stefan, he was the one helping me and he took the time to find the correct pice for it, so patient. Wonderful customer service.

I've been coming here for your years and it has always been a great store. It is even better now at the Wortley location because it is bigger and I love the garden center.

They got a huge selection of everything you need. Paint, tape, pesticides, gardening stuff etc.

I have shopped at Tuckey Hardware since the middle 1970's and have not once been disappointed by the service, the price or the selection. If what I am looking for is not in stock the staff recommend other stores. Recent renovation and expansion has improved the quantity of products available. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

Quick and friendly key service, lots of prices are ridiculous though. Only one type of cheese grater and I'm expected to pay over 30 dollars, no way.

A great hardware store. Much bigger than it look from outside and they have some of everything. Staff are so helpful and can answer any question or point you to the right aisle.

Love Tuckey Home Hardware. Leave the big box stores alone and likely you will find what you need at Tuckey's They will also order in items that they don't carry and yes, they will call you.

I had keys cut, they didn’t work. Went back for replacements. Replacements also didn’t work. Total waste of time and money and huff hassle.

Staff friendly, helpful and informative. Everything I needed to complete a project was on hand. Will shop there again.

If home Depot doesn't have it Tuckeys does. Home Depot was very bad during pandemic but Tuckeys was more able to take your form of payment even answering phonecalls if you had a question. I'm now only shopping Tuckeys from now on.

I love their products and it's easy to get there. I would have liked to give them a 5-star rating but their curbside pick-up system is neither customer friendly, nor efficient. Also, I was put on hold for 10 minutes which is very long compared to other similar stores.

I can see why Tuckey's has been around forever. They are the perfect neighborhood hardware store. With a friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a well stocked store, You can always find what you need

Awesome little hardware store thats fully stocked. They have a garden center which has helped me many of times the girls back there are amazing. I believe the main girl back there's name is Sandy she is absolutely incredible. Very knowledgeable and always has a smile. If you need plants check this place out.

I honestly do not know how they do any business. Called several times throughout the day, only to have it ring and ring for over two minutes, then hear someone pickup the phone, and hang up. Call back, and it's a busy signal. This happened more than 7 times over a few hours. Why have a phone if you're not going to answer. Taking my business elseware.

Great customer service! I have always been impressed by how much this smaller hardware store stocks. The staff are great, I just called in for a curbside pickup during lockdown and they had my order ready in 15 minutes. Well done!

Stewart was friendly and efficiently helped me receive my order within not only the same day, but minutes for curbside pickup. Will be happy to support Home Hardware in the future.

This store is amazing, the people are amazing. Highly recommend shopping here! I called in my order this morning around 10 and it was ready for pickup by noon. While other places are taking up to 14 days for curbside pickup, Tuckey's is a dream with only a couple of hours turnaround time. I'll be returning for all my hardware needs!

I get coffee filters here once a year, usually no problem, and the lady who gave me my order was pleasant to deal with; however, her female co-worker was not pleasant with the customer she was dealing with and rudely barked at the line forming on the wrong side of their curbside pick up table, which was unusual in my curbside experience. The corporate email to pick up the items, I waited 7 days for, did not include any pick up intructions, so the grumpy lady may want to take that into consideration in the next couple weeks.

Before putting someone on hold, tell them to have the part number ready. Second, update your website so it actually lists prices and number of items left in stock. HH is stuck in the 90s.

Great to still have neighbourhood hardware stores, and Tuckey's is among the best! Even if they don't have something in stock, they can order it in for you.

It has most of what you need for home supplies and can order to the store over phone call.but unfortunately not any/ very little wood selection for home projects

Excellent service! In a world where customer service seems to be a dying art, it is alive and well at Tuckey Home Hardware. Even though the product we were looking for was out of stock, the store staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to find it for us at their building centre (without us even asking!) No wonder this family business has been there for decades. A gem of a store with great selection. And regardless of being out of stock of the product we came in for, we found other quality items for our home. We will be back again and refer friends and family to Tuckey Home Hardware!

The store was COVID marked to protect customers. All staff I interacted with were pleasant and informative. I quickly found everything we went to buy—great inside signage. I will be a regular now.

Create an account with this store and your order is processed and ready for pick-up within 24 hours.my last order took 3 hours to prepare! Curb-side pick-up was well organized with very little wait (maybe 3 minutes) and now that the store is open, they really seem to be doing their best to promote the safety of the community and their staff by requesting no children, requesting no more than 2 people in an aisle at a time, having arrows, using barrier methods and all while still providing exceptional service!

Great to see them full open again. Garden center, key cuts, etc. Cash or debit only at this time. They're limiting the number of patrons inside the store. Only 2 persons per aisle. All the same friendly service you've come to know.

This is really a centre point for Wortley Village. You never have to look very far to find a knowledgeable staff member. If they don't have it on the shelf they're happy to order it for you.

Dont even want to waste time writing about the issue, plus it will be a tip for the management to improve at the cost of my sufferings. Wish there was a negative 5 star.

A last minute dash for plumbing parts on Christmas eve and they had just what was needed the staff had to even unlock the doors to let us out.

Great hardware store with a massive range of products all at a good price. Easy access and good car and bike parking. Friendly and helpful staff who have great product knowledge and they can answer any question.

I had visited and called around a few of the big box lumber and hardware stores and they didn't stock what I was looking for. Tucker had it in 2 different sizes. Friendly service at the cash as well.

I just live down the street so Turkey's is convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are within reason and they sell quality merchandise.

Great local store in Wortley Village, you can tell staff have a great connection with their customers by way of their interactions with each other, often times on a first name basis. Store is very clean and well organized

Our favourite little hardware store! Despite their geographic size, we can almost always find what we're looking for. Their staff always also seems a lot more helpful and knowledgeable than what you'd find at a typical hardware store. For items that can't be found here, I've also received good recommendations for where to find things from them.

Good store - a little overpriced but its convenient for the neighborhood rather than driving to Lowe's or Home Depot.
