Beautiful walk! So many benches! Lots of spots for picnics! Didn’t expect it to be that peaceful

Beautiful park. Large green space, lots of very well kept walking trails, Gordon Lightfoot memorial statue along the water. Lots of places to put a kayak/canoe in the water. Many benches to have a rest or enjoy the park.

Loved the place. There are no parking charges and plenty of slots. There is beach access, maybe not a public boat ramp.

This park has so much to offer. Food, paved walking and biking trails to a beautiful beach with water play area and great activity place for children. Lots of benches in quiet and busy areas to see the water.
Easily accessible and parking

We had my Granddaughters birthday party here. The kids loved playing on the playground and going for a walk on the trail.

Very popular place to spend a sunny day for locals. Has everything you need from a small beach with change rooms, washrooms, water park, lots of seating plus a food and dessert stall for when you get hungry. Large field for all types of sports but watch out for all the geese poop!

Beautiful park and lots of parking. One of Orillias treasures. We will have to come by in the summer for some ice cream too.

Because of the spring thaw it was very wet and muddy lots of people walking dogs and enjoying the day

Had a pit stop here on the way back to Ajax, nice park with good areas for Picnics, if it wasn't super cold would have had a longer walk around. The beach area looks great too. Need to come back when the weather is better.

Went there for ice fishing for the first time in my life. It was too cold and windy outside, but we had great time though. Would like to be here back in summer to enjoy the sunshine.

Great place but got aparking ticket because we had a trailer on the back would have been nice to know with some signs

My go to "dog park". Quiet, no " temporary residents". If u catch my drift. Lots of room to run. Will get a bonus star once the lake is ice! As well, this park is closely monitored by the opp. I often go there in the middle of the night, b prepared to interact with the police. Licence, insurance,! U will need all these things for it to go smoothly. It's a peninsula. I just wanted to say peninsula! And it is.

Beautiful spot. Great paved trail that runs the perimeter. Site of annual Mariposa Folk Festival.

A calm and serene point. If you are in a hurry, I would say that you should skip this park and look for other interesting things/places.

This is a fantastic park with beach, well groomed walking trailes, tributes to Gordon Lightfoot, waterfront views.

Public restrooms at the park were very clean, and a perfect stop to dip your feet in the water and take a standing/walking break during a long drive.

Everything is great but the playground!
Lifeguards, bathrooms, change rooms, paved biking/walking trails, kayak rentals, ice-cream & tons of picnic and play space.
The playground slide is ridiculous and very dangerous! (See photo)

Parking is usually crammed full on the nice days / weekends!

Good small park with a beach and kids playground, water splash.
Can be very crowded on weekends.
Highly recommend this beach at the park for small kids specially.
There is a great waterfront trail here.

Fun little park close to the beach. My son loved the spinny-thing and spent almost an hour playing on it alone!

Has everything for a family park including food and ice cream!
Modern facilities too.

Had a great time. If you go early in the day, it is not busy at all. They have a floating obstacle course which was fun for the kids and adults. The food truck had great food, and the ice cream was good. A fun experience for the whole family.
