Mr. Yang Li is an excellent massage therapist. He is very friendly, very kind, and very welcoming. He is also very flexible in booking appointments. This is my 2nd time visiting this clinic, and he really helped me a lot with my knee pain in terms of the excellent massage therapy he had provided to me. In my opinion, this is really the BEST massage therapy clinic in Toronto. Mr. Yang Li was able to put every effort to alleviate my knee pain. He is extremely skilled in the techniques of relieving the knee pain, and helped reduce the inflammation in my knee. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this massage therapy to anyone in the Toronto area.

I've gone to a lot of massage places before but they've never really been able to solve my recurring shoulder and back pain.
My friend referred this place, so I called and got an appointment the same day (last slot is 8-9pm). This was my first Tuina massage and Master Li was very patient. He asked lots of questions and worked at my shoulder and back until the pain was gone and my muscles felt super loose. I recommend the full hour so you get the full body treatment including hands and feet.

Very efficient and effective therapy performed by Yang. He identified other areas that needed treatment that I was unaware of. I felt completely rejuvenated after a 90 minute session. I never write reviews. However, the results were so amazing that I felt compelled to share my experience.

I have been going to this place for massage for over 3 years now and generally get treated by yang or his wife. They are both very professional and always try their best to treat every sore area of my body. The great thing is also you get massage treatment for the entire 60 min of the time you book instead of just 50 like in other places. I always go in there with a lot of pain and leave completely relaxed. Yang is great in working on each of the sore spots separately instead of the typical deep tissue massage. Over the years I have really felt how effective his treatments are as I am able to focus better and sleep better after getting the massage. I highly recommend the place and their therapists.

I would give 0 if it was possible. This place is horrible! I was fooled by the good rating and reviews, which now I understand they are all fake!
first of all, the place is dirty and ugly, nothing like a relaxing massage center.place is ran by a couple, no other staff member! In the middle of my massage the wife started answering calls on her cellphone while giving me massage haphazardly! She's not even a massage therapist I guess! My husband was getting massage by the one who claims to be a registered massage therapist, and after the massage he had a severe neck pain for a week! We even thought we have to aue this place, his neck and ahoulder pain started immediately after the massage and during one week after it, it got to a point that he couldn't turn around or move his arms! Thank God we were able to heal it by lots of hot compress and Advil and rest!
Don't expect anything good from this place, they answer calls, leave you in the middle of massage to answer the door or give massage to another client on another bed! This was the most ridiculous experience I had in massage therapy!
and after all of this, when I wanted to claim the amount with my insurance, the company said this guy is delisted as a massage therapist which was not suprising at all to me! So no insurance reimbursement for my horrible experience!

My first experience with Tuina Toronto is really great. I have tried different kind of massages in Canada, Thailand and China. I feel the master here is better when is compared other massage places in downtown Toronto. The service is really Better than osteo tuina. Check it out.

This place left us a bad taste in the month. After trying multiple massage places around the world, I can tell the therapist is really experienced.
However, like someone else mentioned in the review, the entire experience felt like you were in a military camp. Maybe you are cured physically, but definitely traumatized mentally. Not to mention this place is ran by a couple, and they don’t have anyone running errands, which means during your massage, you will experience the therapist: 1. Running to get the door and talking to early arriving client 2. Making phone calls every so often 3. Clean the massage bed next to you 4. Changing to an apprentice to massage you 5. Left there unattended.

Yang is a master at his technique. I highly recommend booking an appointment. I challenge others to find me a better clinic - been receiving treatment for ~7 years.

The Traditional Chinese Massage definitely widely open my eyes! Love the deep pressure on the back and muscles, as well as the acupuncture (never tried, and loved it!). Master Li, Sally and Michael are all good, tried them all. LOL.
Price is reasonable, easy to find. It is more like a treatment rather than relaxation massage, it actually helps a lot on my back and neck pains and can help on the whole body cycle improvement if you consistently do it. I am starting to do it once a week though Sally said maybe once a month is sufficient, she is very honest as I thought she can easily sell the project to me. Strongly recommend.

"No pain no gain" that's not what you'd expect massage therapist to say. But true to Yang "s word. The pain felt from being twisted, stretched, walked on etc.turned out to be exactly the pain needed to allow me to use my arm again. No wonder they have clients that travel long distance to get treatment

He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The best massage I have ever gotten. Period.

I was in positions I never knew were possible and every nook and cranny, every muscle was worked on.

My posture improved immediately. I could stand completely upright after the massage, whereas I couldn't before.

My breathing, and other things I'm not sure how to describe all improved as well. It was if my body was broken but had now been corrected or put together correctly for the first time.

I had a really good first experience here. I got a full body Tuina massage from Phoebe. She was excellent and made sure I was comfortable all the time. I train almost everyday so I was very very tense and tight. Everything was all loosey goosey after the massage. It was amazing. Will definitely be back

I’ve been coming to this place for years. After months of working at home and barely exercising, Yang, my massage therapist saved me from severe shoulder and neck pain. I went in feeling I couldn’t feel any sensation in my hands to coming out feeling warmth loose sensation in the hands, arms and shoulders and improved mobility.

I come for the traditional style of massage, where they use a lot of deep deep pressure points and really get into the tight muscles. It almost hurts at times but the release is amazing!

This place was recommended to me by someone who really knows about massage and osteopathy. I called and they got me in on the same day, which was amazing. I didn't know anything about Tuina massage so I was shocked at how painful it was but I had done other types of deep tissue massage and reaped great rewards so I was willing to sit through it. I have been back 2-3 times since and will continue. The owner's name is Yang and he is incredible. He is certified in osteopathy, acupuncture, cupping, thai massage and so many other things! In China he worked in a hospital. He offered so much more than just a massage. He spoke to me about diet, exercise, sleep, my circulation, my internal organs, my energy flow (or lack thereof, lol mine is broken). I went in feeling sluggish, low, tired, in pain and left feeling so much more relaxed and energized. I am even motivated to make some lifestyle changes. If you are looking for a relaxation massage then this is not the place for you but if you need a tune up to your whole system, then book now!

If you're looking for a spa experience, this is not it. If you're looking for someone to actually fix your messed-up back, however, you've come to the right place.

I went in with horrible back pain that almost had me call in sick. I checked myself in to get Tuina the same day, and I left feeling light-headed, a bit sore, and in 50% less pain. 12 hours later, I was back at 100%. Which is unheard of in my experience; usually it would take me at least a few days to get back to normal.

I'm leaving a full five stars because I also left my Presto card there. They called me to see if it was mine, and held it for me until I could come pick it up.

I am a competitive weightlifter. This is no Spa experience but the guy is the best so far in Toronto. He fixed my messed up Shoulder, sciatic nerve pain and other issues.if I have a serious issue - I go to him. I cry in pain when he message but I come out pain free.

I love this place! Open area for beds and treatment and some spots closed with curtains. Nice white pants and t shirt for your treatment and very clean. There was a massage guy who would walk on my back holding the rail on the ceiling, so good! He is gone now but so many other good people work there. Acupuncture was also very good.

Mr. Yang is a magician! The best massage experience that I ever had in Toronto. I highly recommend this place! I have to warn - this place is not for the weak hearted. The massage sessions are intense but you guaranteed walk out with an effective treatment. If you are looking for a relaxing time and zen experience, this place is not for you.

Great massage! The guy did his best! Prepare to feel a lot of pain, but you'll feel much better after the treatment. You will start breathing with a full diaphragm, a lot of tension in your body will be released.
