Excellent Customer service. I had a problem with an order that got lost and Dylan, fix it all up and respect the sale price even if the sale was over at this point. I will do business again.

The store was so nice and felt so comfortable to be in, and the salesclerk was so funny and sweet, I definitely recommend if you're looking for a welcoming place to buy your pieces!

I made the mistake of making a big purchase off their website, over a week later the order still had not progressed but they had charged my credit card, I tried calling the store but it goes straight to a machine, so I left a message, the next day I left an email. 4 days later and no reply.
These guys have been scamming artists for almost 10 years now and there are HUNDREDS of similar stores all over, it's my fault for not looking them up first, do your homework.

Had a good experience ordering a Guild bass bridge through the shop. Nothing but clear, polite communication from Tundra the whole time, even though it was not an expensive purchase. No complaints!

After ordering a guitar and being ghosted during Covid, I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by Dylan at Tunndra music, who sorted it out and got my guitar shipped.

Looks like they had some issues during covid that have been fixed now.

I recommend Tundra Music to anyone and everyone. I took my damaged Taylor guitar and they repaired it to perfection in excellent time. Matt, who works there, is especially knowledgeable and very helpful, kind and personable. Many thanks.

I was reading all the reviews good or bad before I posted my own opinion. Only thing I can 100% confirm and one consistent pattern that stood out from reading all the reviews was Matthew and his excellent and personable customer service at the Jones location. Every positive review about Matt is pretty accurate. Before going to Tundra I went to a few other music stores to repair or restring my guitar and it always takes a day or two or more even just to restring a guitar. I thought it was the norm. Until I went into Tundra and met Matt, he did it right on the spot in 15 to 20 minutes. Saved me time and another trip. Because of Matt excellent service I always go back and have never went into another music shop since. I usually end up staying over an hour just chatting and learning about musical instruments and history from Matt. He showed me guitars from $100 to $6000 and even let me tried them out. I doubt any other store would be that willing to do that especially with the more expensive guitars. What a great asset to Tundra music. I am not sure about the other location but I strongly recommend going to the Jones location and asking for Matt.

I had my Martin HD28 repaired at Tundra and they did a great job at a fair price. Service was friendly! 5 stars

Amazing experience at this store! I have recommended Tundra to all of my friends into music. Incredible selection, great service and knowledgeable staff.

Don't ever deal with these people or order a guitar online from them, I had a warranty issue with them for a defective neck pickup in a brand new $3000 Fender UltraTelecaster. For over 3 months they kept promising to resolve the issue and then they decided to ignore my emails and refused to answer my phone calls. I ended up having to buy a new set of pickups that set me back $300 becuase i was fed up with these people. All the negative reviews are true. Once they get your money they don't give a S@#T.
