I have now been at Tundra for 1 year and have had the absolute best experience being apart of this company. Not only is the company cultured and well-rounded, but the leadership is what makes this company! I have had the best mentorship from my director and have had the luxury to learn from some of the top leaders in the company. They are always willing to make time to help you learn and grow in your career. I have felt tremendous support from our team and have made lifelong friends! There is huge opportunity to grow internally within the company! I was promoted 6 months after joining the team. Having never been in sales, I have grown so much as an individual both personally and professionally and wouldn't have had this opportunity without my leaders believing in me and giving me the hands on support I needed! I love this company with my whole heart and blessed to be apart of this company and look forward to growing here!

Dana Fox called me in about a job opportunity and asked me all her questions and if am available for a video call at a particular time, then i have to make my time moving forward all my meeting schedules to ealry morning to make up to them, as she never sent a meeting i have to call in the morning to confirm if they are still up for call. Even when i told her multiple times, i had an ongoing call, and she kept asking unclear questions and hung up on my face.
Firstly, we are not coming to you guys asking for an opportunity. You are reaching us so that you can make money while we are working.
Try to maintain a little manners and quality of time.
You guys wasted my whole day doing your unclear stuff.
If you find another employee for a lesser rate, i will be happy that you are making more money.
But this kind of behavior and wasting clients valuable time is not acceptable.
I cannot give less that one star i hope i can do that

I was working though Tundra on a contract with an insurance company for 18 months and found them to be very professional company. I have since moved on as the company I was placed in has now offered me full time permanent position and I'm very excited to take them up on the offer thank you Tundra and Matt

Great place to work. People are really friendly and helpful and lots of opportunity to grow withing the company. Wish the elevators in their building worked properly though.

I'm so glad my friend referred me for a recruiter position at Tundra. I love working here! Everybody is here to work hard and have a good time.

Working at Tundra has been great. The best training program I've seen. Every single staff member is ready to help at any moment, great team environment! Would def recommend Tundra as a place to work at and work for!

Great environment to work with. The team is very sociable and has a startup feel to it. Everyday brings a new challenge and if that's what you are looking for, you don't have to look anywhere else.

Great atmosphere in the office, lots of laughter and music. Its fun to be in a place where everyone wants to work hard and play hard also!

Had interviewed through them. Not professional enough to even let me know the outcome of the interview. Just ghosted. No one expects this off a professional company.

Anyway at the end I got hired somewhere else so this is not a salty post. It's just saying if you take someones time at least have the curtosey to respond back.

Incompetent recruitment company. They reached out to me offering me to apply for a position. Provided me the option of going ahead as a standard T4 employee or incorporated. Both the recruiter who reached out to me and the account manager (who I would assume would have more experience) were unable to answer any questions about the difference between the two. They kept pushing for me to go incorporated as it is 'more money'. One would think that they would have a better understanding of the two and would be able to answer basic inquiries. They provided me links to their website where the two options were explained. All of them were dead links.

A quick research told me that I would have to take on all the headache of doing my taxes myself. Which is fine if one prefers that. I have always been a T4 employee so I chose that option. They lost interest immediately. When I pushed for them to answer if a standard employee would work directly under the actual company or the recruitment firm, I got vague answers. I gathered that Tundra would have to do all the leg work for a standard employee and they were disinterested in that. Why offer the position in the first place then? Anyways, I did not hear back from them afterwards. No follow up. Nothing.

Furthermore, they did not seem to really understand what the role was all about. It was for a highly technical position and I am surprised airheads like them were allowed to seek out candidates for such a role.

TLDR: Stay away from them!

Tundra was great to work with. My recruiter Christina helped me improve my resume and even got me a project contract with Tundra, which helped me grow my skill set. Thanks Christina!

I worked here for a while and it was the worst employment experience I ever had. The nanny runs the company and is a total airhead and bully. Also Talent Net and Tundra Technical are owned by the same person and operate in the same space. It's basically a scam.

I am a business analyst and attribute my success to working with recruiters all throughout my career. Although Tundra isn't the best I've worked with, I don't think they deserve 1 star. I worked with Stephanie B.and Bianca in the past and they are awesome! They always make sure to keep track of my interview requests and even called me back for a few more roles which eventually got me HIRED! Thanks Bianca and Stephanie.

I had 2 separate recruiters reach out to me and both times I've been left hanging. I send my resume both times is because their client paused the hiring for position they were recruiting. But both times the recruiter couldn't even email me a follow up.

Worst, have required more then 4 times via Fax and E-mail to be excluded from their e-mails. No clue recruiters who drink cool aid.

Horrible recruiters. Sends me a job and I pass it down, and then re-sends the EXACT same job two days later, meaning they clearly spam candidates on LinkedIn and don't even bother to read responses. To management: Get a hold of your staff and quit recruiting junior recruiters off the streets who used to work in retail.

Worst recruiter in whole city.never do follow up.never contact.repeat same job till months to confuse people.even job is gone from market, employee dont have ideas of job posting.
I contacted one the recruiter in linked but no response.and then i applied through their portal and still no response

Most ineffecient and insensitive recruiters I've ever worked with and that comment by Zack is actually one of their employees FYI.

They contact me with a job off then tell me im not good enough, when they had no knowledge of the industry at all
