Excellent service. Pleasant staff. I interacted with Isaac upon bringing my Persian rug, he was so nice and professional. My rug was immaculately cleaned. The tassles were repaired and my precious rug looks as good as new. I stored my rug with them until we finished our renovations and had it delivered. Even their delivery team were so pleasant and nice. The rug was wrapped in a way that made it easy for us to unwrap. Every nitty gritty detail was done professionally and throughout, the interaction was so pleasant. Will definitely return and have already recommended them to friends.

My parents took their carpets here & so have I for at least 40 years. I've used others on occasion but it's never as good as Turco Persian for cleaning & fixing area rugs.

Bought a few very nice carpets there. It's an old business I think over 100 years. Very knowledgeable staff.

Talk to an employee about a problem with a area rug and he took his time to tell me the does and don'ts about cleaning it sounded like a CSI for area rugs.highly recommend them.

Turco Persian cleaned ALL my Persian wool and silk rugs before I reinstalled them in my remodelled home. They were recommended my my Interior Designer as The Best. I used them again after having a flood in my house and they cleaned both stairwells fixed carpet runners this time - they looked like new - wasn't expecting it considering how bad they looked after the firemen went through (bless them for getting all the water out of the house)! On time, reasonable price, fantastic service, nice, professional (and patient) employees! I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We recently bought a Persian rug at auction. It had been lying for many years in the lounge area of a condominium building.
It was stained and parts of the fringe were missing.
Knowing that it had been originally an excellent rug, we asked Isaac of the Turco-Persian Rug Co.in Toronto to try and save it.
The colours are beautiful again and it brightens our home.

Amazing work and personal service to explain what needed to be done, the cost involved, expectation, and a beautiful result (AND they complimentary came to my home to deliver!). I couldn't recommend any other company better! TURCO PERSIAN is the place to go.

Second time round using their services and second time "extremely" satisfied. Repairs are suggested only if necessary and restoration work is gauged to match the quality and value of the carpet.

I was happy with the work they did on one of my carpet and decided to use their service for an additional 6 carpets.
When they returned the carpets I was devastated to see my carpets with a yellowish stain, with damages to the pile and the borders that were not flat on the floor. This damages cannot be repaired and have deprived me from the pleasure that very expensive and beautiful carpets were giving me.
I considered the justification given about the damages offensive to the human intelligence.

I was promised that someone from their head office will call to arrange for an assessment of the damages and attempt to minimize them. Is now about two months and no one has called.

Should you decide to use their service be aware that when they pickup and deliver the carpets you must sign a form that lists the damages and stains in your carpets even if your carpets have no damages or stains. READ THE FORM BEFORE YOU SIGN! And be aware that the damages done cannot be repaired.

Now I am deprived from the pleasure that very expensive and beautiful carpets were giving me.

I hope that sharing my experience with you will help to avoid a very unpleasant and costly experience.

The facts I stated are true and correct. It was your truck, your invoices and your people.

Since my first experience, I moved in with my partner who made the calls and payments, hence you not having a record of the new transactions.  

No one is impersonating you! You simply provide a lousy and expensive service and do not take responsibility for your own shortcomings and shoddy work.  

To say that I am disappointed in your services is an understatement! You do not deserve to continue serving the public.

Not the best selection and everything has to be ordered. The pricing was just outrageous on some of the carpets. The Same or better oriental 100% hand woven silk carpets I can buy from Iran or Turkey for literally 45-50% cheaper. Yes Identical or BETTER for upto 50% less. I would have to be a huge dummy to shop here. I got totally ripped.

GREAT SERVICE! I always get my carpet cleaned here. Pick up. Delivery. Very friendly people on the phone as well as the delivery guys. Very knowledgeable. They get very busy, give yourself lots of lead time to get cleaned.
