They have some of almost everything. Got some replacement hinges but I noticed a pretty good selection for the DIY and pro guys.

Poor customer service.was almost charged double for some supplies I was purchasing. Only plus is bulk screws.

Wish they know what they are talking about. Always someone doesn’t know how to get the job done. Prices are not cheap

If your time is worth something. Go to a different store. They will 100% sell you product they don't have in stock then ask you to compromise on what you've purchased.

UPDATED REVIEW:
After a minor communication mix-up, Steve at the Hamilton location gave me a call and we discussed the situation. He was very understanding, and remedied the situation right away! Great guy to work with. Turkstra replaced the bad boards, delivered for no additional charge. They offered to either take the bad boards back, or let me keep them if I can find a use for them.we will build something for the cats. Very generous, thank you!

. I asked if I should hand select my lumber and was assured they will do the picking and they only choose "the best most perfect boards". I had these delivered since I do not own a truck, paid the $100 delivery fee (for the $1700 of wood). Almost a quarter of the lumber is unusable. How am I supposed to exchange these.especially with the $100 return fee (plus I'd have to rent a van). Home Depot next time.
