Didn't buy anything so can't comment on after sales service, but there are a lot of great products, reasonable prices, and friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

Where do I start with this place? It’s like heaven the minute you walk through the door but let me tell you, The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for great quality products. If you’re looking for anything to do barbecue, this is the place.

I had such a wonderful experience in dealing with Melissa. She really turned up the heat and introduced me to a Daniel Boon GMG. Melissa is so knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about her product selections. The only reason I bought mine was how she treated me and followed up on my purchases. She is indeed a great employee an Ambassador to "Turn Up The Heat"

We love our Caliber grill and Everdure smoker! The salespeople here are so helpful and knowledgeable. Happy customers! Enjoyed our grill with close family last summer and and throughout the winter (used the smoker the most in the winter). Looking forward to more entertaining this summer now with less COVID restrictions. This place has the best charcoal selection.

Customer service is terrible! Customer service doesn't exists. Since August 5 trying to resolve an issue manager never returns calls or update. All I get is the run around when it was the stores error. A simple solution turns into a nightmare. I will definitely wont be purchasing from this store.

Had everything I needed. Found the stuff I was looking for alone. No sales people until the to end. I had to load my own 3 bags of charcoal onto the cart. Then I also had to load them into my truck. Not happy with customer service. They had people available to load it up.

We had purchased one of the stores last remaining Lynx Napoli Pizza Ovens. Due to an unfortunate clerical error our pizza oven was sold accidentally prior to us receiving. When we advised management, Troy (Owner/operator) he showed his true character. These people truly care about their customers and want people to have a good experience when visiting TURN UP THE HEAT. He made things right without hesitation and threw in some extras for the mix up. We are pleased with our new pizza oven, though only got to use a couple times due to weather, we plan to add in some pics down the road of the cooks. We will certainly be recommend TUTH to our friends and family, good people and excellent customer service from owner, thank you Troy.

Always great service. We didn't get what we needed they don't stock it but helped us find out where to order it. Bought some other items we needed. Love this place.

Purchased a Kamado Joe Classic III from TUTH and it's the most amazing BBQ/Smoker. The service and staff at TUTH are very knowledgeable about their products to help me make the right decision about my purchase. I had a minor issue with my order, I was dealing with Gillian and she provided awesome customer service to make the minor issue go away. I definitely recommend this place for selection, price and above all, customer service. Kudos to the TUTH team!

Amazing store in the heart of Vaughan. You'll definitely find all the barbecue stuff and kitchen utensils here. They do have the spices as well.

Purchased a couple bags of charcoal today. Place feels sad.charcoal selection is now very limited and prices are still high. No customer service at all. Was happy to leave and will purchase somewhere else in future. I miss BBQ World from its past days.

These guys are amazing! From the initial call to help me with my purchase, right up to the home delivery, the folks at TUTH BBQ were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products I bought. Bought my fireplace from them and loved the care they gave me from beginning to end. Their store is quite large and has a great selection on display.

Great location and service too bad they are possibly being bought out. Everything was reduced before the holidays so took advantage of the hot deals.

They carry the top brands. Pricing may not be as competitive as the big box store but the service is worth it.

Found my new home an excellent barbeque thanks to a friendly representative. Looking forward to having friends over with my new grill and cutlery.

Just bought a brand new BBQ and an employee named Christian gave the best recommendations on BBQs I have ever received. He was incredibly educated on the topic and well-mannered. I will definitely be returning and recommending this BBQ World to everyone I know.

Service was problematic and when they finally acknowledged that, they had someone take down all my details and questions about a specific BBQ they advertise, but didn't have on floor. Would get back to me. Never called.

Nice place. Dont have one local to me but made the trip as they were the only place I could find with replacement parts for my Weber.

This place has everything you can ask for when it comes to BBQ. Everything from smokers to patio furniture. The staff are less than enthusiastic though

I want there for buying bbq, Sealer had not any information about anythings.so when I received your advertisement I decided to come there and buy my bbq from your store because always I thought that your store is my paradise. Everything was different. Staff was not friendly and they have not any promotions and I could not find my bbq.

Went in to buy some BBQ covers on Boxing Day. They had minimal sales which I guess is fine.their decision but when we asked for $5 off, two older BBQ covers to match our budget the manager was very unfriendly and not accommodating. He said that “the manufacturer sets the prices”. There was barely anyone in the store yet they seemed to not want our business. Was really hoping for a better experience and unfortunately I will never be going back.

Came in for smoker, no staff would help, too interested in helping phone orders than customers in the store. Went to Home Depot bought smoker there
