This company completely replaced my roof. I am very happy with the work and service. Darryl is exceptional, and even came back to check to make sure I was happy. This company was referred to me by two others and I knew if they were happy then I would be happy. And I am happy with the quality, the service And the customer service.

Roof re-shingle by Turnbull. They did a great job with the installation and clean up. Follow up with Robert was very professional. Would definitely use Turnbull again if needed.

We had issues with leaky gutters and poor downspout locations and needed a full gutter replacement.

We went with Turnbull Roofing to do the job and had a great experience, I would definitely recommend them. For us, it was a classic case of you get what you pay for; Turnbull's quote wasn't the cheapest, but we wanted to use a knowledgeable, experienced, local company.

The whole process was easy. Steve confirmed our needs and provided great product recommendations with help from one of his gutter expert colleagues, and we were very impressed with the actual installation process. The guys showed up on-time, explained everything they did, and were friendly and efficient.

I know they are just gutters, but the end result looks great on the house, and we're confident it has solved the issues we were having.

We had Turnbull replace our eavestrough and were very happy with the work. I called them again for what I thought was a roofing issue and Darryl came out the same day and gave me an honest opinion and even took photos for me to see another issue which he fixed on the spot. One of their representatives, Darryl SMITH attended our house & completed an assessment. He gave us a break down of what would be completed & an accurate time line for the work. Last year, much to our chagrin we had to have the roof of our home replaced. This came as a surprise to us as we had the roof replaced 12 years earlier and been told it would last for 30 years. We were certainly not going to use that company again. My husband and I started asking our friends and neighbours who they would recommend and of course there were various companies named but one of our friends went into great detail about Turnball Roofing. After talking to them we decided to go with them and we are certainly glad we did. The big thing for us was the quality of the shingles and the clean up. It took more than 1 day to finish the roof and after the first day was done we walked around the house and there was nothing to be picked up.not 1 nail or part of a shingle was laying on the ground.it was immaculate. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and accommodating and I would highly recommend Turnball Roofing to everyone.

Turnbull roofing were the 3rd roofer to repair wind damage (even after an Aviva approved company) and the only ones to get it right. Good roofers are hard to find but Turnbull got the job done quickly and did what was necessary to make the correct repairs. Jeff the project leader gave clear and accurate answers to my questions and is the reason I would call Turnbull again for any roofing needs.

Turnbull Roofing did an amazing job on our roof and would recommend them to everyone. Turnbull Roofing was able to fit us in after we decided to get our roof done late in the season. Many companies were unwilling to even speak with us or return our e-mails. Upon calling Turnbull Roofing they ensured we were happy with every step of the process and even had one of the owners meet with us because all of their other employees were busy with the end of season rush.

When meeting it was clear that they value quality products and made us feel comfortable with our choices. The installation took a day and they helped replace some flashing that had fallen off the roof earlier in the year. Our roof looks amazing and we have not even had a minor issue with it since it was installed.

Very Professional service, They were done our roof in a timely manner which was amazing! They cleaned up the jobsite when they were done, we were very impressed on how clean they left our lawn and work area when they compleated the job! YOU MIGHT WANT TO RECONSIDER USING TURNBULL ROOFING

TURNBULL did my roof Sept/Oct 2017. After the job was complete I contacted "CJ" and asked if they would come and finish up a couple of things. "CJ" responded asking what it was exactly that needed to be done? I sent him a couple of photos. "Bent up white flashing should be straightened down to meet shingles and vacuum front gutters completely please. " Never heard from him.

FAST FORWARD 1 Year and a few months later. Just discovered a squirrel running around in my soffit area IN THE ROOF. Did some searching.found a chewed out hole in the same flashing I had asked TURNBULL to fix. Ive inserted before and after pics. Worth noting I've lived in this house for 15 years and never had squirrel issues.

WAY TO GO TURNBULL for abandoning your customers once you got paid!
